I was looking at some cars online and a certain Acura caught my eye. I clicked on the post. It must been on Cardinal Way's ad or post because I received an email and a text from Eduardo Cortez of Cardinal Way Acura inviting me to come to the dealership or if i have questions to reach out - you know, the typical polite messages you get from businesses. I actually thought to myself what the heck, why not? So i agreed on a date to stop by. From beginning to end i was very impressed with both Eduardo Cortez (salesman) and Chad Bolinol (Sales Manager). When i agreed to come in I was immediately offered a ride with UBER and they also asked me for my order for a Starbucks drink that they will have ready when i arrive. Wow. Just wow. Not pushy. Not irritating. Just POLITE. I've had some bad experiences with car salesman and these 2 have totally redeemed them all lol. I was shown a few Acura's (btw, cant stop thinking about those cars) and also test drove a few. Throughout this whole process i was very comfortable, not once did i feel like i wanted to run out the door - let me tell you, its happed A LOT. Lol. I did not walk out with my dream car, I WILL SOON tho! However, what i do know is I will definitely be returning to Cardinal Way Acura when i am ready!!! I'm getting that car! Lol Btw.... I rarely leave negative reviews, but my experience with Cardinale Acura was so disappointing that I feel other customers should know what happened. I brought my 2024 Acura to the dealership because my vehicle had developed a squeaking noise when I turned the steering wheel. The dealership lubricated the control arms, and I noticed an oil smell immediately after leaving. At the time, I assumed the smell was related to the work that had just been performed. Later, I discovered that my oil filler cap was missing. When I returned to the dealership to address my concern, I expected professionalism and a willingness to investigate. Instead, I was met with one of the worst customer service experiences I've ever had. The service manager, Brad Garrett, was rude from the moment he approached me. He never introduced himself, interrupted me repeatedly, spoke to me in a loud and demeaning tone, and pointed his hands in my face while we were talking. Rather than listening to my concerns, he immediately became defensive and repeatedly insisted he was "not taking the blame." What made the situation even more frustrating was that he told me there was no record that I had even been at the dealership. Later, my service advisor confirmed that I had been there, and afterward I received an email from Mr. Garrett referencing a shop foreman who supposedly remembered working on my vehicle. Those statements did not make sense together and only added to my frustration. After I left, I received an invoice by email that stated I had come in for an oil leak and that the dealership had discovered the missing oil filler cap. That was not accurate. I did not report an oil leak, and I was the one who discovered the missing oil filler cap before returning to the dealership. I was also told my vehicle was ready and given my keys before any invoice was provided. Receiving documentation afterward that I believed did not accurately reflect what occurred was extremely concerning. The most disappointing part of this experience wasn't just the vehicle issue, it was how I was treated. I felt dismissed, accused, and spoken to in a way no customer should experience. Regardless of whether there is a disagreement about a repair, there is never a reason to treat a customer with disrespect. The experience was so negative that about a month later I traded in my Acura and purchased a different vehicle. I no longer wanted to return to this dealership for service or continue doing business there. When friends or family ask me about my experience with Acura or where they should have their vehicle serviced, I share what happened to me and recommend they consider other options. I hope Cardinale Acura takes customer service seriously and ensures that future customers are treated with the professionalism, respect, and courtesy that every customer deserves. read more

What a wonderful dealership. I took my RDX in for a B1 service, and Aylin was my advisor. She was incredibly kind and professional from the moment we spoke on the phone until we met in person. Aylin is knowledgeable and moves efficiently; my car was serviced, washed, and cleaned within an hour! I was given a list of helpful recommendations and even received a reminder of them in the mail later. While I was waiting, she seamlessly connected me with the finance department so I could look into moving my extended warranty from CarMax to Acura. Within that hour, I also met a salesman named Charlie and the finance manager (whose name escapes me at the moment, but he was fantastic). Charlie was so kind--we went over the numbers on a new RDX and MDX, and it made me realize I purchased my current car at the wrong dealership! They were also incredibly sweet to my grandson, who has a speech delay. Charlie even taught him the word "bumblebee," and he hasn't forgotten it yet! (I've enclosed pictures below). I truly love this dealership. They are kind and genuine. Even though my current financial situation means I can't trade in my car just yet, they treated me with the utmost respect. Usually, when a deal can't happen right away, the energy changes--but here, I was still treated as if I were purchasing the most expensive car on the lot. That kind of genuine courtesy can't be taught; it comes from the heart. I now have a solid game plan and will absolutely be back in six months for my MDX, and eventually an RDX for my granddaughter. Recently purchased a used car and traded in my old Acura TLX. Charley was our salesman. I'm happy with the car. When I purchased the car, I was told to bring it back on a certain date to get the scratches touched up and the car detailed engine included. Brought the car in and all they did was touched up the scratches put different tires on but didn't clean the inside and the engine of the car . The car was still dirty from the previous owner with little stuff left behind and was never cleaned and the engine is real dirty. I can't even tell if the valve cover gasket is leaking because it's so caked on there with dirt and oil. I see there was a fee of $999 for cleaning fee and getting the car ready and paperwork. they're competitors charge $499 for paperwork. The service advisors here Mitch and Freddy are great and the parts department are always nice and helpful . I just don't like that. Everything wasn't taken care of on a certified car. this is the fourth car we purchased here. The drive might be a little bit longer for me, but I think next time I might check out their competitors in Henderson. read more

Apple car play cuts out and on, my speakers sound TERRIBLE full of static, sounds blown, I had a terrible gas smell in my car that sent me to the ER, gas smell still here, still experiencing heath issues and am seeing a cardiologist, then my AC cut out IN LAS VEGAS. Absolutely no help and getting me out of the car and I'm stuck taking to Acura Relations. They take no accountability or anything. If Acura Relations can't help. Lawsuit in coming because I will make sure this is taken care of. Was told that's t how the car is, mind you this is a 42 K car. And not even base I got the A-Spec package. Typical car dealership games where they try to sale you a bunch of overpriced add-ons. People wake up!! You can buy everything they sell if you really need it for lot less outside of the dealership including GAP insurance, vehicle warranties, etc. They will try to sell you things that were already included in the price the first time it was sold (ie tinted windows) or try to sell you their supposedly non-negotiable packages (ie, desert package) that's supposedly already installed. Wake up!! Stop being dumb and paying for the this crap and maybe buying a car won't be such a hassel for everyone else. Stop looking at your monthly payment because you will be wasting a lot of money you could spend elsewhere. Finance would not remove "desert protection package" even on used car that already had all items that are worth a fraction: tint, door cups, door edge film, etc. $1,795. Then recon fee on used cars: $1,995, when most reputable dealers include that in their list price, then $995 doc fee, which is double the average in the valley. Car also had oil leaks that a salesman noticed under the engine coming from front timing cover. Needless to say, I walked out, and you should too. read more

Well, I thought I was having a good interaction with Cardinale Way Acura 7000 W Sahara Ave Las Vegas, NV 89117 sales person is Kendra but it didn't turn out like I wanted, to recap this, I  spoke to Kendra and looked at the Mercedes Benz S560 on Saturday 11-15, went to my bank got my car loan approved came back to test drive it on Monday, drive went well, Kendra introduced me to Christen one of the managers, we agreed that I would set up an independent vehicle inspection, I asked him if he had someone that would do that, Christen referred me to a few companies he knew of. I found and set up the person that would complete the inspection. I called Kendra to let her know. She said good and let's meet shortly after that to bring down payment of 10k and start the process of buying the car, we agreed that I will be there at 3pm. Kendra then called me back less than 10 minutes later telling me that the car was sold. This is very strange and disappointing. read more

Wow, so after 25 days after I bought my car and I have not received my EDRS number. I called them and Rich told me the 1.90% Apr was incorrect and I needed to come back in and resign the contract with a higher APR. Since the banks they used couldn't finance it that low. This is such a disappoinment as I really liked dealing with the Sales person Aleksija. So instead of resigning I returned the 2018 MDX and decided this place is really too shady for me to ever return. So instead, I walked into my bank NFCU and got an auto loan for 1.79% and bought a 2020 MDX at another dealership - the next week. For anyone buying cars, if a dealer makes you come back in to resign the contract and said the APR you originally signed is too low and offer you a higher APR. At that time, you have ever right to rescind that loan and return the car. Dealership knows you were already approved when they ran your credit and this is pretty nasty for them to do that, hopefully this will help others when buying cars. read more

This is just a review for the Acura service department. It was very easy to come in for routine service. They have express service in 60 minutes without an appointment necessary. I had a coupon from their competition across town where I got the car for a free service which they graciously honored which saved me a long drive to Henderson. They have a comfortable lounge with a fridge full of complimentary soft drinks. They also had some fruit and other snacks available while you wait. They had a decent amount of seating in the lounge and a large window into the service bay in case you want to watch the work being done. WiFi is available and free, and they will do a complimentary wash if you want also. I think they even put tire shine on which is a nice touch. Overall this was a very pleasant first service experience. I would certainly return the next time the maintenance minder tells me to. read more
