He is professional and definitely knows what he's doing. He gets your measurements, asks a few questions and then lets you know when to pick up. When you arrive for pick up, he has you try it on (he is spot on with fitment) and then you're on your way, easy peasy. The tux includes the tie, shoes and cuff links.
