I was disappointed and upset with my first experience. Arman contacted me and offered a full refund. I was taken back. No excuses he just said "I'm going to take care of you, don't worry. I'll give you full refund." No excuses, no sales tactics, just a call saying he's going to take care of me. Just wow. I ended up loosing the pants to the suit. Because how he handled all this, I was going to just go purchase another pants. But he ended up giving me a full refund anyway and told me to keep the top because I can still make an awesome wardrobe with it by pairing with different color bottom. He was right. I ended up buying a suit I wanted from him. I mean how can I go somewhere else at this point. Although it wasn't even an expensive suit that I purchased, he treated me like I was his VIP client. If you are looking for a tuxedo or sharp suit for any kind of formal event, you just have to understand that Carducci's is flat out the best there is. Period. Have rented tuxedos from Dootch for myself several times as well as for my son for choir concerts and have had excellent results and a great experience. {Speaking of concerts, I need to explain that Carducci has a heart of gold! He donated all the boys tuxedos for the Claremont high school choir season last year. If you were in the choir, your tux for the season didn't cost you a dime - all you had to do was show up and get measured.} When you look at the plaques on the wall in his store, you'll see Dootch does the same thing for lots of other schools in the area, too! Anyway, whether a black tie gala in New York City at Lincoln Center or a masquerade ball in Phoenix, when you show up in a suit from Carducci's, you're one of the best dressed guys in the crowd. He's got great fashions, big inventory, measures for a perfect fit, and provides all the details and accoutrements for a distinguished look. Guaranteed you will not look like a "me-too" in a plain old, worn-out monkey suit from some formal wear chain. For my last event, I called him up at 5:00, came over, and he set me up with a perfect tux and vest that I walked out with 20 minutes later. And that is after measuring and altering the pants! None of this business about "oh, first we measure you, then we bring in the suit, then we tailor it, and you can pick it up next week". Carducci has the inventory, skills and experience to custom tailor it for you right there. And all at a great price. Finally, as if the suits, service and generosity weren't enough, the experience of working with Carducci is a real treat. Truly old-school, classy, no-nonsense approach to doing business. I had been passing by this tuxedo shop for some time now and never really had the need to go. So finally when prom was coming up I thought, hey why don't i support some local business. I walk in and am greeted by the most interesting man I have ever met by the name of Michael Carducci. It is privately owned by him and dresses 'his boys' as he calls them with pride. I received many complements on how I looked at prom in 09 and have been going back repeatedly since. The things that separate this store from the many others is that you are conversing directly with the owner, he measures you and tries coats on you the day you go in so that the coat you try on is the coat you wear, and there is no mix ups i style or size. I went to Men's Warehouse my sophomore year for homecoming and I remember my suit was too big because they have to order in all of their merchandise, instead of it being on sight. Every time I go to Carducci's he has something new that just came in that I might be interested in that is the latest style, and the store is always clean and neat. The rental tuxedo looks and feels brand new for I can tell that he puts all of his pride and passion into his work. Since the Mr. Carducci is Italian, I thought I couldn't go wrong with his dress sense, and I was more than accurate in that assumption. The prices are always extremely fair and the service is always friendly and personal as he has the uncanny ability to never forget a name. Overall I have no complaints for this man runs a high quality and honest business. He also donates to all the neighboring schools because I saw that he had plaques of recognition on his walls so I thought, if anything, at least I am supporting my school as well. I have recommend going to Carducci's Tuxedo to my closest friends and family and I recommend anyone who wants to look exceptional for a any special event to stop by. read more

Carducci's Tuxedo is definitely one of my favorite clothing stores ever. This isn't just because the tuxedos look, fit, and feel great, but the reason I love this place is because of the atmosphere inside. Mr. Carducci is a one-of-a-kind type of person, he is passionate about his work and it shows. The first time I went to Carducci's was in 2006 when I was a sophomore in high school and was lucky enough to be asked to senior prom. Of course I hardly knew anything about tuxedos and I definitely didn't know how to dance. Carducci suited me up, had me looking sharp and ready to go and sent on my way with a handshake and a smile. The following year I returned to rent another tux for prom and was greeted at the door by Carducci who recognized me, cracked some jokes, and asked about how my schooling was going. He not only remembered me but I could see he genuinely cared too. Because I went to college in Orange County, I rarely visited Claremont after high school. But when I did, I made sure to stop by Patty's (the best burritos in the world) and Carducci's to say hi and catch up. Even though I wouldn't be buying or renting anything, Carducci would still ask how things are going and make sure I was doing well. I can't say enough good things about the guy or the store. I only wish I became a gentleman spy like James Bond so I could wear Carducci tuxedos everyday. read more

If you want a tux that is top quality and that's going to fit you correctly the first time then Carducci is the place to go. Mr. Carducci actually takes pride in the way his tuxedos look on you and you will not be disappointed with the outcome. I was a groomsman in a wedding recently. The groom ordered the tuxes from a national chain which I will leave anonymous. What a huge mistake that was. I went to get fitted 2 months before the wedding. After they took my measurements they said my tux wouldn't be ready until 2 days before the wedding. That made me a little nervous because what if it didn't fit? Sure enough i pick it up 2 months later and the only things that fit me were the shoes. It wasn't even close. The Tailor must have been drunk when she was taking my measurements. I'm a size 34 and the pants they ordered for me were size 30....yeah, swing and a miss. I didn't trust them at that point so I immediately called Carducci. Long story short, I went to his store and I walked out with a tux that fit me perfectly within 10 minutes. That is not an exaggeration. The quality was MUCH better than the "anonymous" retailer too and most importantly the customer service that he provided was second to none. Thank you Mr. Carducci! You are the man!! read more

If you're looking for the latest and the greatest in tuxedo rentals... Carducci's Tuxedo is the Best! Mr. Carducci is absolutely amazing! He owns two stores one in Yucaipa and the original in Claremont. He is so accommodating and friendly, goes that extra mile for you. He does his own alterations right there as you wait. No sending out. My Son just had his wedding in Laughlin and we needed five suits. I checked around but nothing stood out. Oh a little cheaper but that's how they looked too. I wanted the best for my Son. Mr. Carducci really came through for us. The wedding party looked wonderful. Mr. Carducci even sent along extra vests in larger sizes for our bigger Groomsmen, thinking they would need them for extra comfort while relaxing. He thinks of everything. Alright... let me first say, Carducci is quite the character. Get ready for him to bust your b@lls a little bit, especially if you've never met. But once you're in, you're IN. And I have to be honest, I'm a fat @ss, so getting me to look good in a tuxedo is normally a challenge. But for Carducci? Fogettaboutit. He's gonna make you look like a million bucks. Mr. Carducci is old school, and he knows his craft very well. I had been dreading picking out tuxes but Mr. Carducci made it easy. I went in with my then-fiance having no clue what we wanted -- she showed him pictures of the dress, the venue, what the table centerpieces and bridesmaids dresses would look like, and within minutes he had exactly what we wanted. My wedding party was all from out of town, and many of the measurements called in to him were off, but he made it work, sorting out sizes and making last minute adjustments right in the shop. The whole wedding party looked great and perfectly fit the theme of the evening. We had our wedding party dressed by Mr. Carducci. Everyone looked great. The groom had to pay a $100 non refundable deposit, then each groomsmen paid a $20 non refundable deposit, that did not go towards their tux rental. This was not made clear to us at the time. Also when he tells you the pick up date, make sure your there on time. Our wedding party came from all over and getting Carducci to allow an extra day to pick up the tuxedos only added to our stress. After posting this the deposits we're returned to us. Maybe it was just an over sight. Lesson to be learned, ask questions, don't assume. read more

This place is underrated and deserves 10 stars out of 5. I went to Men's Warehouse where they tried to ding me for $225 for a tux that looked awful and didn't fit. I walked into Carducci's last minute and they put me in a tux with everything I wanted, which had a retail value of $1,700. The tux looks absolutely amazing, and the service was unbeatable. I feel like a millionaire in the tux. If you need a tux go here, hands down best place you can go. Nothing beats the service, and the way you feel when you walk out. Had to get a last minute tux (morning of the event) for the NHRA banquet, and the entire staff welcomed me in and took care of me! The tux fit great (even the shoes, which sometimes can be painful) and the Mr. Carducci even talked me into getting an orange tie, which at first I wasn't sure about, but I am glad he did... it looked GREAT! Took my little brother here last minute for a big school dance. Told me pretty much last minute he needed a suit! A few days notice. To my surprise there was plenty of selection and sizes on hand even though there were probably a good amount of teenagers from the schools nearby needing a tux at the same time. The vest was undersized and the pants oversized. They do not do alterations on site. The recommended tailors within the mall were a couple of cranky ladies. To get both the jacket sleeves and pants altered was nearly half the price of the suit! So I had to settle for just the pants. The salesman at Georgio's was a nice guy and he did try to get the lady at the tailor to reduce their price but no luck. Almost forgot to mention, the tailor left the chalk marks on the jacket and pants. So, you might have a better experience at Georgio's, but definitely avoid the tailor! (Located by Best Buy)

From the moment I came in, the seamstresses were incredibly professional, kind, and reassuring. I originally came in without my mom and was nervous about making decisions on my own, but they carefully pinned everything so I could clearly see how the final dress would look. That gave me so much confidence moving forward. When I first arrived, I thought the dress would only need a simple sleeve adjustment. Instead, they discovered the bottom hem wasn't straight at all, the bodice needed to be taken in quite a bit, and a bustle needed to be added. It ended up being much more work than I expected. Today was my second fitting, and I am beyond happy with how everything turned out. The dress fits beautifully and looks absolutely perfect. I truly cannot thank them enough for their kindness and skill. My dress looks amazing, and I can't wait to wear it on March 14. I would absolutely recommend them to anyone needing alterations.

The selection of suits and sizes were impressive, but more than that, the customer service by the Suit Bros team was top tier. Everything was clean and well-organized and they also provide pop-up dressing rooms. They answered our questions about sizing, fit, and tailoring and helped us find what we were looking for. There was such a buzz inside with our fellow brothers along with the original songs playing in the background. It was a very enjoyable shopping experience.
