She argued with me for a few seconds and then after I made contact with her, she left. She never picked anyone up. She lied to me. Not a professional thing to do. Update**** One week later, the same lady parked in front of the same doors in front of Walmart again and I made contact with her again. Once again, she was a tsunami of excuses and she lied to me a second time. I called Rapid taxi to make a complaint, and the woman I spoke with who claims she's a manager was doing nothing but making excuses for her as to why she's allowed to park right in front of the doors blocking the thru fare. Such a simple issue and yet apparently this company is okay with not holding themselves accountable or each other accountable. What a weird bizarre mind-boggling group of individuals at this company regarding such a simple issue. "Don't park in front of the doors and block the thru fare." That's it!! I usually very critical with my reviews, so it is also surprising for me that here everything was perfect. Planning, timing, communications, knowledge of the area, all 10/10. The second time I called, I was told that that they wanted to process my refund through a money gram (or order, I can't remember) and that they would need my address. I told them that I wasn't comfortable giving out my address and was hoping that there was another way to process the refund electronically (since I transacted the service through square). The person I spoke with said (begrudgingly), "okay, let me talk to my supervisor and I will give you a call back within 24 hours". I was curious about Square's refund process, so I called them and confirmed that the business can absolutely process electronic refunds via the square app as long as it's done within the first 120 days - the business would even get a refund on their transaction fee if they did it this way (a true win-win). 48 hours later, I had not received a call... so once again, I called. I spoke to the same woman (I believe) that I spoke to the first time. She seemed shocked that I hadn't received the refund yet and told me that she would reach out to her supervisor to get in contact with me and hopefully solve the issue today. I thanked her for her help and communicated my frustration about being tossed around and not getting any formal assistance with my request. She then went on to say that she is just the receptionist and has no control over my request being fulfilled. She assured me once again that she would give my name and phone number to her supervisor so that he/she could call me back.

They go off roading which everyone else loved. but being someone who has lost a loved one, due to an accident, I did not enjoy this. One driver recognized this and he respectfully calmed down for me. The next time I got on the bus, the guy asked if we liked off roading. There were a few of us that said "no" but he did it anyway and then when we got to our spot, they all called me a Karen and yelled things at me. If you're up for a dangerous experience, go for it. Being in an accident isn't on my list. you're probably going to see this company on the news someday, for vehicular homicide.
