I told her she needed to find a parking space and not block the thru fare. She tried to make an excuse that she was picking someone up. She argued with me for a few seconds and then after I made contact with her, she left. She never picked anyone up. She lied to me. Not a professional thing to do. Update**** One week later, the same lady parked in front of the same doors in front of Walmart again and I made contact with her again. Once again, she was a tsunami of excuses and she lied to me a second time. I called Rapid taxi to make a complaint, and the woman I spoke with who claims she's a manager was doing nothing but making excuses for her as to why she's allowed to park right in front of the doors blocking the thru fare. Such a simple issue and yet apparently this company is okay with not holding themselves accountable or each other accountable. What a weird bizarre mind-boggling group of individuals at this company regarding such a simple issue. "Don't park in front of the doors and block the thru fare." That's it!! We have camera footage of this individual parked in front of the doors and sitting there for a long duration, so it's really impossible to argue
