They're very nice on the phone but don't listen well. 4 TIMES I have asked them to stop billing my credit card. Each time they say they will take care of it but it continues. Then they email a statement that shows it unpaid, so I stupidly write a check. Now I'm told I need to fill out a form they are sending me to officially stop further charges. If you use their services I highly recommend their workers, but don't give them your credit card information unless you are prepared for a bureaucratic nightmare.

Not very good I hired this company before we really needed…read morethe service. We filled out all necessary paperwork and told we could call when we wanted them to start. So the day we needed them to start we were told my dad wasn't in the system. Finally they found his paperwork but said it would take awhile to get him in the system. It took 5 days before they had any one to send out. We really needed them to help with night time monitoring so we could get some much needed sleep. The first person they sent her first words out of her mouth were he is too big for her to handle his personal care (which was one of the main reasons we hired AllCare) So then they sent a man. The man they sent was not very good, he did not follow hospice's directives and on the second night we had to call in a triage nurse because he agitated dad so much. She even sent him to the other room for the rest of the night (what a waste of money). So again we didn't get any sleep. I will say the caregiver they sent the next morning was very good, but dad passed after only 3 hours. I guess he sensed the calm. My advice to you, is to avoid this company...the care givers are spotty at best
