Less than 10 minutes before they text me and tell me they are out of rapid tests. They have several hours to let me know they wouldn't have enough when it was time for my appointment. I could have chosen a place closer to home if all I was going to have to wait another three days for results. This is an obvious management lack of planning issue. The facility was very aesthetically pleasing and clean. All of the staff was very friendly and helpful, especially the nurse practitioner, Mary. They sent the antibiotics to my pharmacy immediately, meaning it only took me a little over an hour to receive care and get my medication. I absolutely dislike anything to do with going to see a doctor, but this place takes care of business. The staff goes above and beyond explaining everything and take their time to treat you with care. I will only go to this facility from here on out.
