I spent a full 24 hours feeling nauseous with body aches, vomiting, and cold chills thinking I only had food poisoning because of my lack of fever. Honestly I thought going to see a Doctor wouldn't do me good because it was just one of those things that needed to pass through my system. Once the nausea got unbearable, I decided to stop by Carenow. Took less than 10 minutes to be seen, less than 20 to get diagnosed with the flu. Dr. Jafri was spot on with her recommendations. Not run very efficiently. Used the Web check in, didn't come in until they called, did all my paperwork online in advanced but still had to wait 90 minutes and there were only a few other patients. They should change the name from CareNow to Care when ever I decide to get to you. Need to work with more of a sense of urgency. What's the point of doing all the upfront and online work but still having to wait for almost 2 hrs. Frustrating. read more

Called to learn how to get an appointment. She patiently explained how to go to the website, fill in the form fill, and she would call me when to come in. Easy enough. She called about an hour later to tell me to come in. I waited about 15 minutes and Demetrius came to check me in. He was so sweet as I blew my nose all over the place. Dr. Jafri came in shortly after. She explained that my current antibiotics are not strong enough for my condition and suggested a steroid shot. SHOT!?? Okay, no other choice because I need to get better fast. Here comes Demetrius again, all smiles, with the needle in hand. I can't watch. He was right, he said he is really good at this and it won't hurt. Needless to say, I kept waiting for the shot when he said, "it's already done." WHAT?!? I didn't feel it. I got in immediately (don't forget to web check-in), which is no surprise since there's 15 urgent care places in Southlake/Grapevine. Stellar Service! They asked me several times how they were doing. They clearly care about their patience and providing a great experience. The only thing I didn't like is that carenow hasn't upgraded to digital charting and check-in processes. read more

Great experience here. I was traveling for work and felt awful. Went to CareNow and they took great care of me. I was not sure what exactly was wrong, they were able to do xrays and found out it was pneumonia. They prescribed antibiotics and sent me a treatment plan which really helped. I have always like CareNow and how convenient it can be. I am very happy that I have one even closer in Southlake now. I will say that my first experience was very good. The waiting room is very clean and the staff was very friendly. The doctor I saw was very informative and probably the best doctor I have had at any CareNow location. Went to CareNow in Southlake, when I arrived I was the only person there. Well I waited over one hour during that time 7 work comp. people came in and went in front of me. I guess work comp has priority over patients that have been waiting. I wish they would inform everyone that comes in that regular patients are the lowest priority. read more

We got here just after they opened. There were only 3 other patients and 4 employees. It has now been more than 2 hours of waiting. There is nothing urgent about the 'care' they give here. Save yourself tome and go to the ER. This place is not worth the tine and effort. read more

Signed in online at 8:30am. Got a call to come in at 8:44. Arrived at 8:55 to a sparse waiting room ( 2 other people). Finally got called to go back at at 9:30. It is now 9:49, and I am STILL waiting to see a doctor. This is appalling. I would understand if there were tons of people. This place is empty and I'm still waiting. Smh. LOL!!! Have you ever been in this place??? No, good, you just saved yourself a whole lot of frustration!!! Ever wonder why all the good stars are from 3 years ago? Ever wonder why all the good star reviews sound fake, made up or posted by the actual company itself??? You should!!!Previous review was taken down somehow. This place definitely takes the "urgent" out of urgent care. Two-three hour wait times every time no matter how busy they are. If you are going there for work comp, I'm truly sorry for you!! Took them 6 weeks to request an MRI for a back related work injury that kept getting worse every visit. Never saw the same doctor once out of 10 visits for follow ups so the whole explanation of the injury and poking and prodding process had to be revisited every single visit. Two complaints left at their corporate office from me and several from my employer that have still been unanswered. Finally, I'm finally in the care of people who actually CARE after months of misery from this place!!!! This place is full of 1 star ratings for a reason!! Because it doesn't allow you to give them 0!! And it all starts with the people running the place, good luck reaching them. read more

I'm quite upset right now. I did web check in at 12:30. Someone called me to tell me the insurance info and said to come on in. I got here around 1, probably a few minutes before. Waited 40+ minutes in the waiting room now going on almost 30 in the actual room. Isn't the whole reason for web check in so you don't have to wait at the office? I understand having to wait maybe 10-20 min but this is ridiculous! My daughter doesn't feel good and just wants to go home. I don't blame her. Why would they say to come on in if we have to wait over an hour to be seen? I like this location bc it's more convenient for me but I may have to pick a different one if this happens a lot. Who wants to sit in an uncomfortable chair when they don't feel good? I feel sorry for my daughter and the others here waiting to be seen!! read more

Went in earlier today, everyone was great from start to finish. I was there due to an injury. They exceeded my expectations. It sucks to have to work on day when everyone else is with their family but everyone there was very pleasant. I will return for my follow up visit. Dr. Jafri brought me to tears with her compassion! I have been suffering from a reoccurring sinus/upper respiratory infection that previously was both misdiagnosed by one doctor, and diagnosed as "some sort of infection" by another. When I asked these two for details, they both said "I don't know," threw a random antibiotic at me, and sent me on my way. I was in EXCRUCIATING pain for an entire month. They didn't care. Dr. Jafri did (and does). I'm so incredibly grateful that I found her!!!! She not only gave me a proper diagnosis, but educated me on how to prevent it. If THAT wasn't enough, the staff was amazing! They were super friendly, welcoming, and helped me right away. I even got a follow-up call from them to see how I was doing. I'm coming back here anytime I need to be seen by a doctor. This was honestly a life changing visit, and I'm floored by the care that I received. read more

Worst experience ever at a CareNow. Front desk person was rude and disrespectful. The wait time (in the exam room) was ridiculously long. When I complained they said they were full, which was a lie. There were three cars in the parking lot including mine. The doctor was apologetic, but it was obvious she was embarrassed by the poor service being provided. I called today to request x-rays. Same front desk person - same rudeness. She told me I would have to drive to the location to request x-rays. She actually told me that CareNow does not have email. That has to be the stupidest thing I have ever heard. I am done with CareNow. Their service is abysmal. There are plenty of options. read more

Every part of this place sucks. The doctor didn't even tell me what was wrong with me and said I MIGHT have a couple different things. They were trying to rush me out of there because one of their machines weren't working and they had to attend to that is what I was told. I just think it's ridiculous. They charge hundreds of dollars for lab work and tell me to come in and get the results. So, I come in, they hand me a report with a bunch of jibberish on it...and the clerk asks if I'd like an explanation of the results. I say yes. That would be helpful. I will never use CareNow again! I was misdiagnosed from an allergic reaction early this month in October. The doctor that treated me looked at me for less then 3 minutes I informed her of ALL the new meds I had just taken and she said it wasn't an allergic reaction, that it was a regular rash from a viral infection. I asked are you sure? Yes she said and that it would just go away on its own. And that was it $135 for nothing. I was supposed to continue my meds I was on but something inside said don't. So I called my GYN next day and they said thank goodness you didn't take meds and to STOP taking and that it was indeed an allergic reaction. I also followed up with my primary that also said it was indeed an allergic reaction and that CareNow misdiagnosed. I was treated with a topical lotion. Thank God I didn't continue with meds because no telling what could have happened to me. I put in a complaint on the CareNow website...no call back. I also called the location I went to and spoke with the manager who said she would put in the complaint and an investigation would be done and someone should get back to me. Its been a month and nothing. I called office today and they have no notes/records of my complaint...???? So I called the Billing Dept, they too said they had no records. So not only did they misdiagnose me but they also didn't take my concern into consideration...where is the "Care" in CareNow??? I could bring this to a law firm but I am not choosing to do so at this time, I am just asking for my money back!! But if I still get ignored and nothing is done immediately I will take further actions!! read more
