Gross under cooked sandwiche

Got the wrong order, sandwich that I got is gross/not cooked..... This is a terrible location.... I've had major coffee spills, random closings and wrong orders.... You will have better service and the Star bucks across the street. Called the manager, and she couldn't even apologize. Even after calling her out twice that she couldn't apologize...nothing.

Just what you should expect from a Caribou coffee: clean, warm, inviting atmosphere and a friendly staff. Hurray for holiday drinks! I'm not the least bit embarrassed to admit I wait all year for them. Grab the couch by the cozy fireplace and snuggle in. WiFi works well!

Good coffee in a rustic, log cabin type setting. Couches and warm colors provide a comfortable setting. They even had a kid's corner with wood blocks and toys. Nice spot next door to the Sheraton Hotel to relax and read the daily news.

I liked this location a lot. It was nice to have caribou coffee and Einstein brothers bagels in the same store. I got a bagel breakfast sandwich that was good and a pumpkin pie coffee which was really really good. The atmosphere inside is nice but a little confusing on where to go and order since they have a couple of places that look like you can order from. The biggest reason I don't go to Starbucks or Caribou more is because they don't have a big selection of things besides coffee. This place offers a nice mix with both stores being together. I also liked caribou's pumpkin pie latte better than Starbucks pumpkin spice latte

Love this Caribou. New style decor with the bagels. Staff is very nice and the drinks are delicious.

Favorite Latte spot unlocked! Impromptu stop at Cafe Cerés…read morefor the rave reviewed latte and baked goods! I ordered a pistachio latte and it was a creamy dream with a rich espresso pull. I also got the Buttered Croissant and it was so fluffy and buttery. I was pleased that the counter was open to see bakers and baristas busy at work. I appreciate the simple decor with greenery. For a large coffee and baked goods- I spent about $14!

The young woman, I forget her name, was upbeat and welcoming. I told her it was my first time and she gave me suggestions and explanations. I changed my mind once or twice and usually you are met with eye rolls at other places, but that wasn't my experience here. She had no problem and actually told me I made the better choice in her opinion. Little things like that go a long way. The food! Overall, I'm not a huge breakfast person. I typically eat yogurt or a simple egg dish. This breakfast sandwich is the best I've ever had. From the runny egg cooked to perfection, fresh avocado slices, crispy bacon, and the bun. The bun! Seems sill to bring so much attention to a bun, but it was fresh, soft, warm, and chewy. I want to buy all their buns. SHOUT OUT TO THE COOKS! ‍ I tried a mint tea and guava kombucha that were both refreshing. Not pictured is a peach danish and pistachio croissant that I cannot wait to dive into. I will definitely be back.

But one day the craving of a cinnamon bagel hit and I had to go get it. If you don't have the app or enrolled already, make sure you sign up because they offer a free bagel for your first visit! Cinnamon bagel with strawberry cream cheese: I forgot to ask for my bagel to get toasted but definitely recommend a warm bagel vs room temperature. For me, the cinnamon bagel now does not hit the same spot as it did years ago when I last had one. It's just sweet and good but not the original good. I was a bit sadden because my craving was not fully satisfied. But overall still a good bagel. Egg, bacon, cheese: I actually liked this bagel more, it was hot and delicious to be honest. A good filling breakfast. On the side note: the day I went a customer in front bought 1/2 a dozen of bagel, left the store and the bag ripped maybe and bagels fell out. They came back to the store and manager was able to replace the full orders even though customer said some didn't fall out of the bag and tried to salvage what was left. Customer service is great! Definitely will be back for more bagels. It is located conveniently inside a plaza with shopping stores so get lunch and breakfast because they don't open for dinner :)

Today I tried their Roast Beef on Weck, which is carved roast beef on a type of roll called a Weck (a Kaiser-style roll topped with coarse salt and caraway seeds.). The restaurant was busy, and this is not a trendy place! I'd be surprised if there was anyone in the restaurant who was not of Medicare age (which also describes me; I'm not being ageist, just truthful). This is something that is available for lunch, during the week (not on weekends). Previously, I wanted to order this before. It was at the beginning of the lunch hour, so unfortunately the end pieces were cooked well-done. I asked if they would cut from the center, which is much more rare, but they wouldn't do that. This time, we came later and I could see that the roast beef was gloriously rare, which is what I like. The sandwich was quite enjoyable because it was juicy and flavorful. It comes with a side of cole slaw which is vinegar based (which I liked, but isn't traditional in the Midwest). It's difficult to find good, rare roast been in the Twin Cities, so this was another good find. My wife had the matzo ball soup, which remains high quality. The beef on weck sandwich (with coleslaw) was nearly $20, which is a bit on the expensive side. The service is spotty. It depends upon who is your waitstaff person (I knew it would be slow based on our previous experience with this person).
