I had a great visit to the Starbucks in Edina. I ordered a breakfast sandwich and a chai tea latte, and both were delicious. The sandwich was warm, fresh, and satisfying, and the chai tea latte was perfectly spiced and made just the way I like it. Audrey was very rude to her in her tone of voice and not very respectful to her co worker. I work in food industry and this is not a good team member. This place is near my work and the guy that served me was super helpful and really seemed to know his coffee. It was a free birthday drink yet he treated me like I was paying double. The girl who delivered my drink was not that way at all. She just slid it onto the "ready/completed table without a single word. I work close by this Starbucks so I've been here countless times! The mornings are always pretty hectic. You can count on the drive-thru being at least 5 cars long + 5 people in line inside + 5 people waiting for mobile orders until the rush is over. In the mornings it takes me anywhere from 2 minutes - 20 minutes to get my order. The service is so great! Everyone has been SO sweet! They also thank you for waiting in line or for your order, etc. The cafe part is also well kept! There's not a ton of room but there's always open seating. If i have some extra time before work I'll hang out here in the mornings and have always been able to find some space! One of the better Starbucks locations in the area! read more

This place sucked... go to the one on gus yung ln, they took FOREVER ON OUR DRINKS the FIRST TIME THEY MADE THEM and made them wrong. we ordered ahead and waited 20 minutes in store and another 15 minutes again after they messed my drink to remake it. they suck and honestly every single table was dirty and not clean disgusting. read more

Hand down the best I mean BEST Starbucks ever!!!! I must admite I am not a coffee drinker UNLESS it is my Iced Caramel Macchiato with almond milk and extra caramel!!!! Thats my ishh right there! Anyways I work in Edina literally 5 blocks away from this place! Every time i go here , I get the best service! I I Only go through the drive-thru i have never been inside so i cant speak about the inside experience. The drive-thru goes so fast! I have never been late to work lol. I work on France avenue and there is another Starbucks down the street i believe by Lunds but i just can not go there! I just have to go to this one i am faithful to this location! There is a particular employee I don't know her name but she is an older women with short hair and i think she only works mornings because she is always there! She is awesome you see her just going everywhere! She is talking in her head set while taking customers money, sometimes I think she is an octopus because her hands just go flying and i start to seeing extra hands but its possibly because i am still im sleep mode and i am seeing things! Super unimpressed with this Starbucks which is really unfortunate as it's only a few blocks from my home. It's very easy for me to get in my car in my driveway, order through the app, and by the time I get to the store my drink is ready... I grab it and am on my way! Well, in the beginning anyhow... somewhere along the way they decided that mobile order drinks need to be kept under lock and key. They claim that it's to keep people from stealing the drinks... *rolls eyes*... I am a sales rep and so I travel all over the cities for work all day long... this is the ONLY Starbucks I have come across that does this. Now... this wouldn't be such a huge issue except that when you walk in, all of the employees IGNORE YOU!!! I have stood there for 5 minutes with employees glancing at me out of the corner of their eye and not saying a word to me... no acknowledgement whatsoever. I can SEE my drink.. usually a caramel macchiato, which means the espresso is busy melting the ice into it and watering it down while it sits there and the employees stand talking to each other and not handing me the drink... every.time.without.fail! They also never learned who I am. I've worked in restaurants and coffee shops in the past and it only takes 3 or 4 visits for you to learn a customer, especially when they get the same thing every single day, 5 days a week for months... but not this place. When I could finally flag someone over to hand me my drink they always look at me like a deer in headlights... so disappointing. Customer service was terrible. If you have to go to a Coffee shop in this area I would recommend Caribou. They are much more friendly and welcoming than the staff at this Starbucks. The coffee was good. I purchased 3 coffee's 1 for me and 2 for some business executives I was heading into a meeting with. I shared my experience with them and they informed me that they have had similar issues with this location. I hope it gets better for future customers. read more

One of the best Starbucks drive thru locations in the Edina/Richfield/Bloomington area. While the location closer to my place of employment is okay, this location is worth the drive to get a drink that doesn't taste like dirty water! This is a great Starbucks, it's always busy even at 5:30 in the morning and the drinks are always on point. They are usually quick and able to keep up with the morning rush however Saturday mornings either have different staff or they could have just been behind today. I still give this place their 4 stars. Even at 5:30 the staff is always happy and smiling. That's a great way to start anyone's morning. read more

I don't drink coffee, so I order hot chocolate, which has some other name in Starbucksese. I probably buy 50 cups per year, and Starbucks makes it's hot chocolate at a temperature that is easily drinkable with no risk of burning your mouth. At least other Starbucks do it this way. The Edina location must pride itself on being a different kind of Starbucks hot chocolate maker. This drive-through Starbucks is a wonderful addition to the Edina business park area. We routinely stop here two or three times per week. The drive-through line can be very busy but it moves along quickly for the most part. Staff is friendly but attentiveness to our drink order has been an issue. I'll always be an eternal Starbucks fan but it is frustrating to not get what you want when you pay almost $10 for a couple drinks. Over the last several weeks our order has been made incorrectly at least three times. Unfortunately, it's driving home when we actually notice the errors. Please management, remind your staff to double check orders at the pick-up window. Your loyal customers will thank you! read more

The two stars is only because there are a couple very nice and courteous baristas here. This is the absolute SLOWEST Starbucks ever. It's proximity to my office makes it the obvious choice to go to, but holy cow, they are molasses here. Out of 30 mobile orders, my order has been ready maybe 4 or 5 times when I show up at the suggested time. Often, I'm waiting in excess of 15 minutes. Very frustrating to watch them continue to help new customers at the register instead of even starting a mobile order. What's the point of the app? read more
