Strawberry Rhubarb scone...pretty darn good for being gluten free!

[[HIGHLIGHT]]Very nice little bakery/coffee shop.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] Amazing selection of sandwiches and baked goods. The staff is very friendly. I suggest the Kouign Amann bakery item. It is so good, especially warmed up! Flakey, buttery, a bit of sweet, so good! [[HIGHLIGHT]]Good place to stop by, right in the mall where you can walk off any calories you eat here![[ENDHIGHLIGHT]]

The caramel sauce/syrup here is seriously the best I've ever had. It's the one thing I always come back for and it never disappoints. Today I tried their chocolate chip cookie and wow, hands down one of the best cookies I've ever had. It's perfectly thin and so chewy, just amazing. [[HIGHLIGHT]]This location is my favorite. There's a lot of seating which makes it really easy to sit and enjoy your drink.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] [[HIGHLIGHT]]The atmosphere is super friendly and comfortable and the staff are always welcoming.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]]

[[HIGHLIGHT]]Wonderful location, the cafe itself is very homey.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] Ordered a hot caramel latte and a pistachio sugar cookie, both were very good! Coffee is strong (not just a cup of milk and sugar lol) and all of their baked goods looked so delicious! I would love to come earlier to see their selection when they open, but even in the afternoon it's a rec from me

Rustica has really good pastries, which is the primary reason I've been a returning customer for over 2 years. Their pastries are some of the best I've tried in the twin cities! Bonus of pretty good coffee + kombucha on tap. [[HIGHLIGHT]]The interior is a cute open floor plan with lots of tables and chairs that fill up fast.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] I've never had bad service! [[HIGHLIGHT]]This visit I arrived at 7:50am, and by 9:00 it was PACKED! On a Thursday morning! They definitely get busy sometimes.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] - Parking lot at Southdale Mall - [[HIGHLIGHT]]Indoor seating + seasonal patio[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]]

Update: they got rid of their kombucha on tap. It really differentiated them from other cafes while it's still good im sad about that decision and will probably not be going as often

Big windows? Lots of outlets? Good vibes? This is your spot! I enjoy coming to this location because the natural light and outlet availability makes it a perfect place to work on your laptop. I came in the late afternoon so they didn't have lots of baked goods available so I just went with a chai tea latte with a shot of espresso. The small cup seems a bit too small so I went with the larger size. The beverage was really tasty though I must admit, I didn't taste the espresso very much. The service was great, friendly team. I did have to wait a little bit but it wasn't too bad. Parking was pretty easy & free as it's a parking lot in the front. It can be a little busy with the mall next door but I'd say it's not too bad.

I can't find it but everyone else can

Great coffee, great food, great service, terrible website directions 930 on a Wednesday morning, the place was busy and packed, but the service was fast and personable. Really nice person taking orders, she seemed naturally excited and happy. The store itself is new and attractive. A little noisy, but hey, it was full of happy people talking to friends and family. The music was not too intrusive And then the coffee. They brew Dagwood, which is a great choice. I ordered a red eye and it was delicious- sting but not too strong, great by itself and the way I like it, with an unhealthy amount of half and half. The food is also great. Not French patisserie level, but well better than most coffee shops The only negative? Online directions to this location blow. They are basically we are in the mall. Where in the mall? Just kidding, you can't get there from the mall. Access is only from the outside! I refused to be denied and drove around the mall untill I found it. So, website directions are a big fat ZERO. But everything else is five stars. So I forgive the directions.

I wanted to go to Lake Calhoun Rustica, but my GPS took me here which made me discover the second location. Very classy area and I would say high class. People were doing business inside or ladies were meeting and talking. Slot spaces between tables like the one on Lake Calhoun. Clean inside young servers, very polite, and the whole place with the high ceiling was relatively quiet they could do second floor restaurant if they want to maximize income, like many corporations do. Both items my wife and I ate were excellent.

    Look at that latte!

They lost a point because they don't have sugar free syrups, but I do like that they have "for here" cups that are actual china cups with handles. And I like the design on the top. The process to brew decaf coffee was long and convoluted but it gave me time to write this review, so I suppose that's a positive! I had a soup one day that was very good. You can watch people in Lifetime Fitness play pickleball through the back window if you're bored. What's not to love?

The bakery items and chai are delicious here! I stopped in around 1:00 on a Saturday and there was plenty of seating and no wait.

Finally a coffee shop aside from Starbucks and caribou in Edina! Yay!! Plus one with such delicious bakery items. This location is bright and airy, with floor to ceiling windows on the two front walls. It's located in southdale but has its own exterior entrance. Plenty of free mall parking. I had a delicious honey latte with cinnamon and came to read early morning on a Sunday. The place was busy, but still plenty of space to sit. Kind and helpful workers. Rustica is a good one glad they opened another location!

Megan, she made the inspired recipe & maybe it has that touch of love that makes all the ingredients a well balanced hum! When I popped into Patrick's Deli in Edina today and ordered their Roseberry Shakerato -- it was waiting for me (& you?) ... something special I didn't know I needed but it stood out. How can I not order a decaf Roseberry Shakerato? Made with decaf espresso, this beautiful shaken drink arrived in a tall glass with perfect layers and a luxurious foam (the photo really doesn't lie!). The star is that dreamy swirl of pink rose-and-raspberry whipped topping on top. It's creamy, fragrant, and -- most importantly -- genuinely not too sweet. The rose and berry accents are elegant and balanced, finished with rose petals and a touch of pink crumble petals for texture. Every sip felt like a little celebration: floral, jazzy, uplifting, and just plain joyful. This is sophisticated, refreshing, and fun all at once. Whether you're doing decaf like me or going full caffeine, Patrick's Deli has created something special here. I'll absolutely be back. If you're anywhere nearby, treat yourself. This drink is main-character felicity in a glass.

They have a heater that looks like something from a convenience store, and there are hot offerings in there like the flatbread-esque thing I had.
