Unfortunately had a very disappointing experience visiting the Board Room for the first time, and most of the issues lay in the fact that it was severely understaffed, with only one employee working every single station in the place - registers, drive-thru, drinks, and making food. This poor girl could not handle a small rush of 8-10 customers. We waited at least 30+ min for our coffee and probably another 15 min for two breakfast sandwiches. Their menu is impossible to find online and they don't have any social media updates indicating seasonal options. Even once you get inside, the menu is on three screens on the back wall, and difficult to read due to tons of options and small print. My biggest issue, however, was the fact that there were absolutely zero descriptions of any of the drinks! Many of the specialty drinks had fun names, but no clue what was in each one. I certainly did not want to stand at the register asking the only employee to explain each one. Went with the cold brew flight, which was also disappointing. You choose 4 different syrups and have them topped off with like 2oz of cold brew and whip cream. I guess if you hate coffee and want something super sweet this might work, but I couldn't taste the cold brew at all (also an indication it wasn't very strong). My husband got a s'mores mocha, which was delicious, but took 35 min to receive. Breakfast sandwiches on everything bagels were tasty, especially liked the chipotle mayo they give you as a sauce on the side. If I'm going to wait 45 min for food though I would go out to brunch at a nice sit down place instead. Don't stop here if you're in a rush to get anywhere. Ample parking in the lot outside, drive thru available too.

This was sort of a saga. I sat outside and waited for a waitress as instructed by the hostess. When…read moreshe came out, she talked to the table next to me and then disappeared. I finally went inside to see if I could just order some food and have it brought out to me. The manager was very nice about it and apologized profusely. I got the Berry Margarita, which was delicious. The juicy Lucy was on special and they have a gluten free bun (hurrah!) so I tried it. However, the burger was a little disappointing: it's pretty small and not very juicy. It also comes with absolutely nothing, not even lettuce. To be utterly frank, it is not good enough to stand on its own. However, they have a lot of other burger options, which I'm interested to try, knowing that I can get them with a GF bun. And I want to try more of their yummy cocktails. I also appreciate that a side salad is a standard option, not an upcharge. I'll be back.

They toasted the tortilla which was nice bc it was warm and lightly crispy. I thought it was drizzled with fresh melted mozzarella cheese and was initially excited it might be but it was a sauce that didn't really go well with the taco as it tasted a bit like ranch dressing which I would have liked on the side. I would have preferred salsa on the taco. They put a very few number of chips with my taco ... I counted 9... but expected more to enjoy with the taco. Salsa was good and not spicy bc I don't like spicy. The inside of the taco didn't have much flavor except for the ranch like dressing so it was a bit bland and I was hoping for the veges to be grilled or different veggies like grilled mushrooms, cabbage, onions, garlic, zucchini, peppers, beans ... and a lot more veggies for paying $13 for 2 tacos with 13 chips. With tax it was $15 plus I gave $3 tip. So a total of $18. I don't really drink so I guess for those who like to drink I'm sure it's a better experience. But for a mostly vegetarian like me, I wasn't really happy. The waitress was nice. Bathroom was clean...that's always important to me.

I actually was looking around for posted hours, thinking it was closed. Finally was greeted and sat. We placed our drink orders, and was given drinks quickly. Ask our waitress (The Supervisor per her name tag) poured my coffee, she makes a 'ugh' sound. She excuses herself to get me good coffee, as she says that coffee was 'no good'. We the order the lunch buffet, which is soup and salad. 3 soups, chili, minestrone and chicken noodle. Salad bar, could have been noted to be pretty nice, if there was more than a cup worth of each side put out. As noted my son loved the chilli. My other son wouldn't touch his chicken noodle soup and I spit out half of the sides on my plate. Chicken noodle soup -over cooked by days, noodles were falling apart. Sides - either noteabley very old, under cooked or tasted off. Crackers used for soup - rancid. YES spoiled and smelly. No wonder my youngest son wouldn't eat his most favorite soup. I requested my bill, only agreeing to pay for 1 buffet, since my son did like and eat his chilli. Initially she was going to credit us 7 buck. Leaving the bill still at 30. Uh, no. No. No. No. I paid for 1, which was still 12 buck and way too much for 1 cup of chilli. She did ask if we wanted a meal cooked in the kitchen and brought out, I said no. I couldn't trust the cook staff enough to try. This place also offers a 3.99 breakfast buffet in the mornings, which I am not brave enough to try out. Sucks because we're staying at the connecting hotel for a week.
