In this location, the cashier was super sweet. She was able to give me a minute as I decided on an Asiago bagel with cream cheese. Cheese was added when we said "no cheese", and a bagel was not toasted when we said "toasted". These bagels cost way more than an actual bagel in BK, too much for you to mess up 50% of any order. The whitefish salad is way too good, absolutely love it. The texture and taste are both spot on! No reason to travel elsewhere to big-box stores to find whitefish salad. Kudo to the setup. The coffee/drink station is well-designed and has plenty of options. The bagel selections are decent and are made with special "brooklylized" water. Perhaps is good for you, but taste wise, not as good as other good quality bagel shops. The black russian pumpernickel is just dark and blended. The cream cheese is $2, but at least is very generous. I used to drive 30 minutes out of the way to visit your establishment but now there's no reason to. Unfortunately the service has not been the same. That last two times coming in the staff is rude and acts annoyed that I as the customer don't order the way they want me to. Silly me didn't pay attention and let me tell you, the savory garlic, sesame, poppy seed taste of the everything cream on a sweet bagel was a shock to my taste buds (Not in a good way).
