They have a law office above the coffee shop and offer their clients a complimentary drink upon arrival. The drinks are cleverly named after legal terms and most importantly they're delicious! They're constantly rotating drink specials and the shop has treats imported from Honduras and other Latin American countries. The service and ambiance reflects warm, hospitable latine culture and though they've only been open for about four years to date, it exudes a more established feeling that is a testament to the brand they've built!

The inside is so cool and really gives a historic look into Saint Paul. Everywhere you can find a bustling amount of people having conversations and enjoying coffee. The staff here are wonderful often giving compliments to people coming in and saying hello to the regulars. This is a wonderful neighborhood and a wonderful coffee shop! Now, for the coffee. I love their coffee - whether it's a latte or a Matcha or iced or hot it's always amazing!! (I would gladly drive the 40 minutes out here to have their coffee). Hot fresh mellow brew and a wide selection of bakery, including hard to find biscotti. The crew was working quickly to keep the orders filled and no one at a table near the counter complained when I was crowded into them from someone rushing in front me..that's how packed it was. As some have mentioned don't expect curbside parking as you may have to walk a block or more from the side streets.

It didn't have much espresso, so it ended up tasting more like flavored milk. They do offer a nice variety of milk options at no extra charge, which is a plus. but still the drinks are very expensive for what you get. There's some seating inside and parking behind the building, which makes it convenient. The shop was cute but on the smaller side also the tables weren't very clean when we were there. The staff wasn't overly friendly and didn't make it feel especially welcoming.

I honestly thought the soft serve was pretty bland and the same was true for the butterscotch drizzle. I thought maybe my allergies were to blame, but my partner tried it and agreed that it was very bland. I'm willing to try something different in the future to see if it was one off. I think their prices are pretty fair compared to other locations.

Having a presence at both CHS Field and the MN State Fair, I am all about supporting this local Saint Paul shop. Inside the shop, there are always unique gifts to purchase such as cards, jewelry, painting, t-shirts, etc. I always advocate for shopping small especially for holidays and birthdays. When I stopped in on Wednesday evening, to my surprise, there was an open mic music night and I enjoyed listening to all the artists.
