He then proceeded to do something that feels like a lost art these days: he actually talked to me. A few minutes later, the guy making the pizza joined the conversation too. In the span of a 10-minute wait, we talked about college, sports, music, and pizza. It was such a nice change from the usual "face in the phone" experience you get in so many places now, where customer interaction feels like an afterthought. Then, when one of the pies didn't look up to their standard, they made me a new one and gave me the original pie for free. So basically: go for the pizza, which is excellent, but stay for the great customer service. Solid spot.
