I called the office to get an explanation as to why this has occurred - with any other company they would just schedule out a future date when a technician is available - simple. The is a very shady and dishonest practice. Reading between the lines, they no longer find this work order profitable for them since they had to make 2 visits and needed to make a 3rd (or more) so they declined to do any more work. Throughout this process, their technician never called me, never sent me a report, and the only communication was to message me to pay the fee.

I was informed that the pipes would have to be replaced because my system was corroded! During this conversation, I noticed that the *meter was still in place!! Earl informed me that the *meter would be removed and reinstalled in order to get to the water heater out of the space; I was remembering that it wasn't removed with the prior installation.
