One thing I really appreciated was that he did not try to upsell me on unnecessary things that I thought we had needed to fix. We were so satisfied with Aqua Plus that we called them back 2 months later (the time of this review) for more work. Burchell helped us install a shower and also fixed our front hose spigot. If we need any sort of plumbing work in the future, I am definitely calling up Aqua Plus. Great communication, experience, and value. Well, Thursday rolls around and I didn't hear from, nor did I see Mr. Jackson. Extremely unprofessional!
