I showed up a couple of hours later and my tire was replaced within 15 minutes. $40 cash out the door. Even though the tire was used, it is still in very good condition. I will definitely give them a call when I'm ready to replace a 4 tires. I wish I got the gentlemans name who helped me. He was very professional and friendly.

Said I needed a new tire around $500 to replace!! Put my tire back on now with no metal or patch or plug. Now I'm up the street on side of road with a flat. This shop happened to be the closest place I could pull into, and I basically walked in saying, "I might be low on oil, I know absolutely nothing about cars, but something is wrong." As a woman who doesn't know much about cars, walking into a shop alone is honestly intimidating. I've had enough experiences where my lack of knowledge has been used against me, that I get pretty pissed since I know for a FACT that I will get ripped off. More importantly, I felt like everyone there worked with real integrity and genuine care. I never felt pressured, being played, or like anyone was trying to take advantage of the fact that I didn't know what was going on. I do especially want to give a shoutout to the very nice and sweet front desk man, and most importantly Eric, because he was the one who really walked me through everything. He took the time to explain what was happening, showed me what I should be checking and looking out for, answered my questions, and genuinely made sure I was okay and safe to continue such a long drive home. When you're traveling alone and hours away from home, that kind of care and reassurance means a lot. What started as a pretty stressful situation somehow turned into a genuinely pleasant experience. I left feeling taken care of, and honestly just grateful that this happened to be the shop I pulled into. If a shop is backed up or equipment is down, that needs to be communicated immediately when the customer walks in.
