First time at this establishment and found it to be great. Have said many times that I needed to try this place and we finally did. The place is very large with two main dining rooms and two bars. We were seated immediately and provided with water. We both ordered their margaritas and they were very good. I ordered the enchiladas and my wife had the shrimp tacos. Each order came with three items, three tacos, rice, and beans. Same for my enchiladas. So portions are very large as we could not finish and required a doggie bag. Service was great and portion size v. price is great. Glad we stopped and we will be going back often.

First time in Eden, so found out food options are limited. However, was very glad to find this place via friends' recs even if it was pricey. The chips, guac, & quesadilla were pretty yummy. Thought the Carne Asada tacos were decent (kind of chewy meat). The skinny margarita hit the spot and was not overly sweet! Would come back and try the enchiladas or burrito.

Located in the former general store in The small town of Eden, UT, the restaurant has a variety of places to eat: inside, outside, main dining room and bar. I ordered the chicken tinga tacos which were wonderful. The shredded chicken and pickled onions had just the right amount of spice and were enough without additional beans and rice. We split meals so I also had their shredded beef chimichanga, which was also yummy. It's important to note that the tortillas are cooked on site so both of our meals had that marvelous flavor of fresh tortillas. The service was great and our server attentive. Definitely a great find!

Salmon Tacos. Delicious + healthy option.

Great to have this restaurant in town! The food was delicious - we had the chimichangas and the salmon tacos. The flavors were really good, and the salmon was a healthy choice. The chips and salsa were so addictive! They were definitely slammed because of the unexpected winter weather rush. It took a little while to get a table, but it was worth it.It must be a challenge working with a small staff, but they still managed to create a great meal and served it fairly quickly. Definitely a must-try when you're in Huntsville. The building itself is also really historical.

Food is so good! This one guy always remembers me and my family because of this one drink my mom made called the teripeta idk how it's spelt but they always are so kind and Zack always is so funny and olive is so sweet and kind! The place was clean miss the grandpa mannequin by the bathroom though but it's okay they do need to bring some things back on the menu but everything was a fun experience! Loved this place ever since I can remember and called it the grandpa restaurant because of the grandpa mannequin!

Loved this place! I assumed there was no good food or service in Eden but then I found this place. The food was so good and the service was good for Eden. The waitress was great but handling the whole place by herself, she was a champ keeping up with everything. This is definitely my new spot in Eden

She also took excellent care of us, despite really having to hustle. I had the pulled pork tacos and my wife had the teriyaki wings. The tacos(I ordered two)were stuffed with pulled pork that was very tasty, and came with crema, a sweet relish salsa, and cheese(a slight upcharge). My tacos came with tortilla chips that were crispy and well salted. My wife liked her wings. If we're passing through again, we would definitely stay in Evanston and have a meal at Lincoln Highway Tavern.

What it is, and what I am rating it on. It is a dive bar, it has sticky tables, (not really) it has pool tables and tacky decor, it has really friendly service and it is awesome for what it is. The crowd can be a little rough and it is a Bar, must be 21 years or older. It has typical bar food, hamburgers and anything you can put in a fryer. But on Thursdays and Saturday Nights, after 6:00PM it is steak night. I usually don't like local grills for steaks, they're usually terrible. But not here, one of the best steaks I've had outside a high dollar steak house. After 6PM it is time for steaks, they close down the other menu items and you have a choice of steak (Ribeye) or steak (Ribeye). You can choose your temperature, I chose MR, and it was probably Med, but that's okay. Comes with a baked potato, a roll and grilled onions and mushrooms. But what stands out was the flavor, so good, place got a little smokey as they grilled. I really like mushrooms and grilled onions, but the steak didn't need em. I took mine off and enjoyed the steak as it was. I did finish the mushrooms and onions as a side. Highly recommend steak night. The salad was plain with cheese and croutons, nothing special. The Potato was cooked perfectly with a cooked crunchy skin, soft potato goodness in the middle. Came with butter and sour cream, I would have liked some cheese, bacon and chives, but it was still good. Lots of food, didn't try dessert. My wife enjoyed her steak too but would have liked some other options, it was a lot of food for her. But lunch for me the next day. Our waitress Zoe was new but very good, very attentive, and very friendly. Well done Zoe. Keep it up Rainbow Saloon.

We arrived on a night when they were having a group event for Plant Night. It looked interesting and the attendees were making fun terrarium planters. The bar seats were all taken so we found a table in the back area behind the plant night group near the pool tables which were free play. We had to go to the bar to get our first round of drinks. I stood at the counter awhile without service when the senior bar tender stood nearby and wouldn't look my way. Finally, the other bar tender who was very busy acknowledged me and gave me our drinks. It appeared that the senior bar tender thought we were with the plant group activity and didn't choose to wait on us. After some time passed and we played a few rounds of pool, the senior bar tender came over to our table and filled another round for us. He seemed more friendly and approachable at this point. They looked like they also had karaoke and paint class as activities and other theme nights. My only downside comment is that we did not have any food, but we experienced a rather terrible smell of old fryer grease penetrating through the entire bar. The food appeared to be prepared behind the bar with a counter top fryer. That smell did not encourage us to eat and we were glad to get some fresh air upon leaving. I would certainly return again for the fun but hope the smell would improve upon my return.

It's locally sourced, high quality flank steak! It's tender and smoky, charred a little around the edges. It's muy bien! The Carne Asada is best experienced as part of the Mar y Tierra. Even the rice and beans are part of the main attraction- not to be passed over! They delightfully complement the dish.
