Not your average body shop. They have expertly installed numerous enhancements to my Tacoma. These included front and rear bumpers, skid plates, side bars, lights, and a wench. When I took the truck into the Toyota dealer for service, everyone was impressed by the level of craftsmanship. Well, I had a big ooops in January. The front passenger side of my truck was damaged to the point it had to be towed. Of course I took it to Carls. Kelton stayed late for the delivery of my truck, loaded my baggage into his truck and gave me a ride home. Kelton worked with my insurance company and got a good estimate. The insurance company wanted non factory parts to be used in the repair. Kelton worked with me to get only OEM parts used. This shop provides and demands excellence. Their entire team went above and beyond, but specifically Rachel and Kelton were incredibly professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely cared about my situation. Top notch shop! My wife and I were on our way Calistoga for a wedding when we heard a strange noise coming from under our car. We looked up the nearest mechanic and found Carl's. How lucky were we?! As soon as we arrived, the owner Cynthia told us to pull up and they would take a look at it right away. Kelton (general manager) and the lead mechanic notice a piece of a plastic cover that had fallen off the car as I pulled up to the bay. In less than 10min we were on our way. These guys are the best! Fortunately, I have not been in many (2 now) wrecks in my life, but earlier this year I was, and nobody was injured. My car was taken here and they did a fantastic job. Yesterday, 2 months after the repair, I took my car in because I was hearing a noise near the part on the car that was fixed in the accident. Not only did they fix the noise, but they also emptied the back of my SUV which was full of cardboard and plastic from a recent wine bottling AND washed my car! FREE!! Customer for life!!
