    I have bought plenty of vehicles in the past. An out the door price is everything included, im sure you know as it is your business. Now if you did not run your numbers correctly when accepting an out the door offer, that shouldnt be the consumers issue. I have since purchased another Raptor elsewhere at an ethical Ford Dealership. Thank you.

    **** Bait and Switch Scammers****** I've been trying to buy a ranger truck here for over a week at MSRP , Ed the salesman was very rude , found a car at MSRP on truecar.com and they will not honor the price ,*****Buyers Beware ***** This dealership only wants to charge you over MSRP and get us absolutely much money from you as possible , there is plenty of other dealerships around please don't go to this dealer and get your timer wasted like I did , there are only out for your money nothing else , not to help , what a shame with the owner name on the building , it's not covid anymore , was better with the old owner , guys do not need to charge over MSRP to keep the doors open

When I had mentioned those scratches and dents he asked if I did them while looking at the car. During the test drive the car was in a transport mode, which didn't let the car go above 50mph. And the sales person tried to fix it but they didn't know how and their mechanics were not available to help. During the negotiations we told them specifically to not run the credit unless we agreed to a price. The salesperson after filling out the credit application joked that they are now going to run the credit and smiled then stated that he was joking, he wasn't. Then in the middle of discussions the sales person outside messed with the settings to let the car open up more but with no guarantee that it wouldn't come back they left that car on and we stopped the negotiation to complete the test drive. During that test drive someone ran our credit and we got a notification that it was ran. When we got back to the dealership the salesman that was with us had no idea what was going on and the geriatric sales associate told us that despite the dents and the possibility of the car not functioning correctly there was no way to budge on price and said that it was "crazy that we would ask a small discount". Feeling he was just insulting us at this point and never apologizing for running the credit when we specifically asked not to with us not even being present. We left and disappointed in both the service and quality of care that this place provided. The fact that they claim customer satisfaction guaranteed is the most absurd thing that I have ever heard. Don't go here and don't give them your information. If I could give this place 0 stars I would.

He is detail-oriented and is unwavering from being client-centered. Bob initially called me back and told me that what I was looking for (and at the time) would be very difficult to find. I was looking for a specific pick up truck in a pre-determined configuration. After three weeks of looking, he was able to locate one that was at an out of town dealership that I could easily get to. We made arrangements to see the truck and based on site and lack of other options, I bought the truck assured that it was the last truck in California with my specs. According to the dealer it had just arrived after being delayed in shipment and that future shipments were cancelled due to the world-wide microprocessor shortage. I had Bob review the specs. Bob already had me talk to my Credit Union for a pre-approved loan. The Dealership even talked to my credit union and brought down the APR from 3.02 to 2.9. I did end up paying for nitrogen in the tires and for the "installation" of the floor mats but marginal considering my diminished options. Anyway, Bob seemed to always be on the hunt for me and was very up to date about the goings on with the shipping and other details. He was easy to talk to and precise in what he had to say. No BS talk from him! No smoke going up the tail pipe either. Straight talk coming from a competent, professional who knows his business like no other. Thanks Bob! Next up... Miles of smiles!!!

He said that it was indeed obvious that the oil wasn't changed, and acknowledged this was a "miss" by his mechanic. I appreciated this bc at the time I was contending that the oil hadn't been changed, I felt like the "bad guy" when his mechanic was telling us that he had changed it. So I appreciated the call. In any case, this could have been a real problem for me had I not done my own checking and changed the oil myself, and no doubt I would have just been out-of-luck with no recourse. So even if not attributable to malice in this case, stuff can fall through the cracks and I recommend that you do your own thorough due diligence and not necessarily just take everything that is said at face value. ORIGINAL: Be careful and you should buy here only if you know cars or if you have a good mechanic. I came here only because they happened to have a rare model that I was looking for. The owner represented that they had changed the oil after I expressly asked. I honestly didn't care if they did or not, I just wanted to know so I would know to do it. After a cursory check after some driving, it was obvious from the dipstick that the "mechanic" had not. I went back to the dealership to get them to do it. When I returned, the owner swore up and down that his "mechanic" changed the oil, and that he didn't want to ask him to change it again bc then he'd be "calling his mechanic a liar." I said I couldn't speak to whether the "mechanic" was a liar or not, but see can see from the photo what eventually came out when I changed it. So yea, man, your "mechanic" is indeed, a liar. The owner then offered to reimburse me if I went to go change it at Midas nearby. Not trusting a "quickie oil change" place either I asked instead if the owner would just pay me the cost of the oil and filter and I'd do it myself. So buyer beware. They have a decent selection of interesting cars, but you should assume, regardless of what they tell you, that they did not do any maintenance to the car. Unless you are physically watching them as they do it, and even then I'm not sure I would trust them. You will either have to check everything yourself, or take it to your trusted mechanic. The one thing that is good, is that the salespeople seemed like decent enough people, but definitely are not thorough or take proper care in what they are doing. For 90% of buyers who don't know anything about cars they can probably get away with their behavior. But I'd recommend that you only buy here if if you really know your cars and know exactly what to check.

    I know that this is a family run establishment, so writing this feels bad, but I feel obliged to…read moreleave an honest and factual review. My A/C stopped working in my 8 year old Mercedes. I called St.Helena Auto to book a diagnostic for later that week. They had Friday 10am open. I dropped the car off at 10am and was told it should be 2 hrs or so. I waited until 1pm, then called them to check on progress. They said they were starting to work on it now. After waiting in several coffee shops all day, I walked back to the shop around 3, they were just finishing my car. They said they had refilled the refrigerant to see if there was a big leak (there wasn't) and had diagnosed the compressor's electronic components were bad. The tech said they'd send estimate for work by end of day, or maybe early the next week. I was billed ~330 dollars. The next week I didn't see an email go by, work was busy, and I figured I'd give them time to complete writing up the estimate. The following Tuesday (so 11 days after I brought the car in) I called in to ask if they could re-send the estimate, since I had never received it. They told me that since I'd driven my car off the lot since the estimate had been done, I needed to come in for a second diagnostic + estimate. I emphasized I still didn't have a copy of the first estimate of work. They insisted that since it had been 30 days since my diagnostic (it had not, it had been 11 days) I needed to come in for a second diagnostic. They also said they did have a copy of the initial estimate, and would email me it. They never did. Overall, I am sad that I wasted all of our time bringing my car into this shop. Perhaps they are super busy and forgot to writeup the results from the initial diagnostic, but trying to charge me for a second one is not what I expected.
