Everything was correct but the fries. Large fries container had about 15 fries in it when I got home. The very next day my wife wanted to go there. She knew I had a bad experience the previous day but we went anyways. We get to the window and I told the lady about my fries the day before. Ordered 2 double western combos. When I came in, there was no greeting even though there was no line, and no one in front of me at all. Just a cashier wandering blankly. After a few minutes of looking up at the board, I looked forward then she said next in line, no one is behind me. She took my order and asked if I wanted each and every upgrade available, this was correct and awesome so that my order would be exactly what I wanted. I paid, then she handed me my cup. Normal.
