Idk how else to say this but someone needs to be held accountable. This location is hardly ever busy when I go but somehow my simple one combo meal order is just too much of a task to get right. Twice in the last 2 weeks have I gone through the drive thru (with no one else in line) placed an order, paid, waited and received the completely wrong order minus the drink. What makes this even more of an inconvenience is I live across town in Brentwood and don't notice until I get home. Now should it be the customer's job to make sure the order they placed matches the order they receive? I guess at this establishment if you don't check then that's your fault for eating here. I get it mistakes happen but when customers are almost non existent and employees are just hanging out in the back and your order comes out wrong, it makes you feel some type of way. Our mobile order to be picked in the drive thru was given to a doordasher from inside and when im in the drive thru to get my mobile order, manager says my order was picked up already inside then closed the drive thru window for me. With Wendy's and In-N-Out drive thru line always packed, Carl's Jr is often overlooked but it does bring some good food on the table. Cons: -Fries are meh at best -Ranch sauce is weakest among the bunch, really runny and not too much flavor. Pros: -Its burger lineup is pretty strong. Stronger IMO, than McD, BK, Wendys -Its seasonal sandwich offerings, with copious amount of calories, just makes sense. SO impressed! Best fast food experience In a decade or more. I went inside since the drive through was long and was met by a nice lady that was in training. I ordered a western burger with lettuce wrap instead of a bun. She asked her trainer how it should be rung in and the trainer was quick to give clear instructions. The Burger came with 3 full leaves of lettuce. Sweet Green Salanova "ruffle" lettuce, not cheap head lettuce. It was wrapped beautifully in a fan then waxed paper then and outer wrapper. The bacon was crisp and the BBQ flavorful. Loved the perfectly cooked grilled burger. Great experience! read more

What I didn't need is the attitude from the old Hispanic male that took my order and met me at the window. He argued with me about what I ordered and slammed food on the counter because he got it wrong. There must be 20 other burger joints in this area, most probably cheaper and quicker, I will go to any of those over this place from now on. I think there may have been a change in management and/or staff. My orders have been wrong since we started going to this location due to a language barrier by different employees taking our order. We usually get someone with a heavy accent at the drive through and she don't seem to understand the order or not familiar with the menu. I'm not sure. But either way. I've always been nice to fast food workers. Your order might be repeated to you correctly but the food itself is the wrong order. It would be a hassle to get home and having to drive back after taking our baby out the car. So we usually try not to go there and go to a different location if we want Carls Jr. Go to this location at your risk and you have to open up all of your food before leaving. Sometimes a double Patty burger only was made with one patty but charges as a double patty burger. The list goes on. read more

Cons: * Prices are too high for fast hamburgers. What justifies $7-8 for a burger combo? * This location offers Awful Service. With no line and no other customers in the restaurant, the manager stayed on a personal call for minutes while I waited to order. Inexcusable! To quote one current Presidential candidate, "You're Fired!" * Excessive menu churn. Mr. Karcher's marketing geniuses incessantly introduce new specialty burgers and breakfast food and retire newly-released items. At least one can still order a Famous Star (at four bucks and change, of course). In sum, this joint fails to offer value for a buck. We were choosing between In & Out, Nations, Habit and Carl's Jr. Wanted a drive thru...down to In & Out and Carl's Jr. Didn't want to drive all the way down Lone Tree as game had already started...so Carl's Jr. it was. So disappointed. We usually like Carl's Jr for a quick meal. Our order was a Large Famous Star Meal with Cris Cut Fries and 2 Spicy Chicken Sandwiches. The one thing that In & Out does and Carl's Jr. doesn't is repeat your order. I shouldn't say they never repeat but there is a reason...and this particular employee did not. And the reason you repeat is to prevent mistakes on order. In & Out has never made a mistake because they repeat when you order, they repeat when you pay and they repeat one more time when they are handing you the order. So if you hadn't figured it out...our order was wrong. We received regular fries not Cris Cut. While I was looking through rest of order and my husband was letting cashier know about mistake...he asks for the fries back, so now Im holding onto 3 sandwiches. While we are waiting for our fries to be made...our sandwiches are getting cold. And Im sure the 3 cars behind us were not happy. The cashier brought us our fries...he did not apologize for the error. He didn't say a word. We get home and the burger was good...but cold. And the chicken sandwiches were cold with hardly no dressing. AND we received a small order of fries not Large. The food was good--hot and fresh. A bit pricey for fast food, but worth it overall. (We all love the Bacon Western Cheeseburgers.) The staff is friendly and attentive. Clean restaurant. Not too busy inside, but looks like the drive-thru gets a lot of business. Kids love the play area. It's air-conditioned and fully enclosed, so they don't disrupt the main dining room area.
