Went here for lunch today around noon with a friend. There were customers there, but not crazy busy yet. William took my order (kids' chicken strip meal with waffle fries, chocolate milk, and ice dream in a cup instead of the kid prize). He was professional, friendly, efficient, helpful, and patient. Thanks again, William! Went to find a seat in the dining room. The first table we went to had water on top of the table (probably left by previous diner, no big deal), so we went to another one. The rest of the dining area was very clean, well decorated (the cows and cow prints made me smile ), and nice upbeat music (made me start dancing). Soon our meals were delivered by Thomas in a quick and friendly manner. He even asked if we needed anything else before he left. My kid's meal was pretty good. Only comment is about the chicken strip that I ate (I ate one and brought the other one home). The piece was not one solid strip per-say. It was one piece of chicken with multiple cuts into it before it was battered and fried. That threw me off. The other piece was fine. Definitely will be going back. read more

I had such a wonderful experience at Chick-fil-A today that I felt it deserved to be recognized. I was going through the drive-thru, and when I got to the pickup window, Shelby noticed I looked a little down. We started chatting, and I mentioned I was dealing with a difficult corporate situation and was in the middle of writing a tough email. We shared a couple of laughs before I drove away. A few moments later, Shelby surprised me with a small milkshake, just to help brighten my day. It was such a simple act of kindness, but it genuinely meant so much. As I continued writing that awful email afterward, having that milkshake to sip on really did make the experience a little easier. I normally never write reviews, but I feel like this one is necessary and honestly could be useful for employee training. I've been to this location three times, and every single time something has been missing from my order. The first time, I ordered a Cobb salad to take to work for lunch. When I opened the bag, I realized they forgot my dressing. I ended up not being able to eat my lunch that day, which was pretty frustrating, especially after spending $12 on a salad. The second time, all of my sauces were missing. The third time, there weren't even utensils in the bag. I love Chick-fil-A, so it's disappointing to have this happen every time I go to this particular location. I completely understand that mistakes happen. Forgetting something once in a while is no big deal because we're all human. But when it happens every single time, it makes me wonder if orders are actually being checked before they're handed out. Customers shouldn't have to check their bags before driving away just to make sure they got everything they paid for. I really hope management takes this feedback seriously because I'd love to be able to come back to this location and not have to worry about something being missing from my order. What's better than Chick-fil-A? Chick-fil-A when's it's catered for a lunch work, so it's free! Our spread included individually wrapped chicken and spicy chicken sandwiches, a big tray of chicken tenders and fruit salad, individual kale salads, and another big tray of chocolate chip cookies and brownies. They also didn't skimp on all the individual sauces, dressings, toppings, and we also had squeeze bottles of their notorious sauces. Win! Fresh and delicious, everything was great except the cookies. I love that they decorated their drive thru lane. Makes them seem very inviting. The employees are friendly and the food is always good. We don't live near this location but I made note to come by when we visit family. Keep in mind that they will scan your rewards QR code after the order but I don't know if you are redeeming, I would think that should be scanned beforehand, just let them know. My Chick-fil-A that is closer to me has a one drive thru lane for mobile order pick ups only with only one lane for order there when you get there lane. I couldn't tell if this location was the same but it didn't seem like it. Either way the friendly staff will be there to help. Getting to this location is kind of a maze because the way out is usually busy and same for going in so I had passed the one parking lane that was more of a short cut and went all the way around the parking lot and had to pass by stores just to get here. read more

But how come every time we drop by to by some meals, I am scared for my wallet? A meal and 3-piece tenders? Twenty dollars. Three meals? North of forty five dollars. Tenders equate to two dollar each. Two dollars. And it's not much larger and a nugget. Ouch. Head to head, Dave's Hot Chicken is measurably better than Chink-fil-A. So yeah, in 2025, food per dollar has to be in all of our minds. And my wallet doesn't like it when we pull in at Chick-fil-A. read more

We went there for lunch today. It was my first visit to a Chick-fil-A restaurant. I ordered the Spicy Deluxe Chicken Meal w/Mac&Cheese and a Cookies & Cream Shake. My chicken sandwich was delicious: excellent flavor on the chicken and spiciness. Mac&Cheese was good, too. The Cookies & Cream shake was thick, but I could still drink it through a straw. The was yummy! The line was short, so we didn't have to wait long to order and get our food delivered to our table. The restaurant was bright, cheerful and clean. It was smaller than expected. The layout was different from most fast food eateries. The ordering area was separated from the sitting area. The outside design was a bit awkward and counterintuitive. I didn't like having to walk across the big drive-thru area in order to get to the entrance. We parked on the west side of the building near the Online Order Pickup Area. Anyhow, the cashier was friendly, but he spelled my husband's name wrong. I did get a little bit of a sticker shock also. It was $39.54 for two meals! Went yesterday for opening and then for lunch today before the high school got out and the crowd descended en masse. All the team is doing such a great job and working so hard! They were so friendly despite how hectic it was and obviously putting their level best effort in. The parking lot is a bit of a choke point though, so keep your eyes peeled and stay vigilant navigating the area. It's just food - no need to slam the accelerator or put anyone in danger racing around just because there's a line to exit the parking lot. Anyway, food was good, fresh, and order was accurate. My mom got to pet the highland cow that was at the opening yesterday and apparently people who were dressed as cows on opening day got to eat free, so that's super fun! Love the "eat more chicken" cow ad on the rooftop - very cute touch. What a great opening event and really proud of everyone who worked so hard bringing such an iconic quick bite to our little corner of the East Bay. read more

I brought my entire team here yesterday for a meal after their team bonding. 3 of our girls got sick from their food. I filed a complaint with the company to let them know but I haven't heard anything but or even received a receipt that it was sent into them. I have two that were throwing up and another had the other end. Super disappointed in the food handling process or food safety at this location. They could have taken out our entire team. I wonder how many other people got food poisoning from this location last night as they were packed. Update: 10/12 of my favorite layers got food poisoning from their meals at this location. I love chic fil la the food is always good here and the service is nice when I go through the drive through. I just am pretty upset they keep door dashers, uber works outside they aren't allowed to wait inside in this hot weather and have to stand outside ring a doorbell and get ignored until someone notices them to pick up customers orders. With this kind of weather I'm surprised they would do that to people.
