Place had good decor and food was good but four was dirty we go to this one a lot so I'm used to this place

We needed something fast and good. Yes we came here to Wendy's. Service is always on par and food is always delicious. But mannnn.. they filled my chili and I asked for extra onions and it was delicious. It's so much nicer now with their renovated dining area. It's so much more modern and very spacious. Our order: Regular & Spicy Chicken Nuggets / Dbl Stack / Chicken Samdwich / Large Chili No Cheese Extra Onions / Fries / Honey Mustard / BBQ / Ghost Pepper Sauce I still had leftover chili and nuggets .. but before I forget .. you guys can get a nugget party pack for $15 and it's 50pcs... Minus 1 star! I ordered two Spicy chicken sandwiches , with Add on: mustard, Mayo and ketchup. Both sandwiches had different type of patty. Then look at the mustard dropped in the middle...!!! Who makes a sandwich like that? No lattice in the sandwich either! The chicken patties were hard as if they were old as well. I also ordered the pecan salad and the chicken was definitely not tasting fresh either. There is no quality check before serving the customers! Extremely poor experience. read more

Second time coming to this one. Wendy's is an old time favorite. But the experience has just not been great. I really love Wendy's salad and today we ordered two: The Apple Pecan and Taco Salad. What a disappointment! My friend had to take most of the lettuce of her salad because they were wilted. My salad I took a couple of bites and had to throw it away because it had smelled spoiled. Don't know whether it was the chicken or the cheese. Now, this is especially a disappointment because they had just started lunch hour which means everything should have been fresh. Never again at this Wendy's. Lastly, the only good thing in our order was the nuggets. It was made fresh, we waited 10mins for it. Service was ok. Ambiance is cool. Looks the same as every other Wendy's except this one is fairly new build. Not a great experience at all. And we only ordered simple items. read more

We used to come to this Wendy's all the time but stopped coming due to poor service. The cashier tried double charging my boyfriend for an order even though we had already paid on the app. We asked them to refresh their page because our bank statement stated that we had already paid. Store-Manager was super unprofessional, states that if we paid them the $3 (that we paid in the app) we can come back in the morning and they'd pay us back. Store-Manager also kept arguing with us when we were asking them nicely to refresh the page, as well as showing them proof that we had paid through the app. They continued being very snippy with us, and seemed irritated. They kept saying to give them the $3, and just call corporate and come back the next day to get the money back. We told them that is not fair, since we paid through the app. They said "okay fine go to the next window and get it for free" and aggressively handed us our order. As someone who has been going to this Wendy's for years, I am very disappointed with this service. We would had paid the three dollars if it did not actually go through the bank account, and showed we had paid, but they were uncooperative and unprofessional. We are unsure if it was a system issue, but the manager's unprofessionalism really irritated us. Very disappointed in this and would not come back to this location ever again. read more

Very nice staff. Breakfast sandwiches very good & well worth the price. The eggs are cooked very nicely.

Jr. Bacon cheeseburger had soggy lettuce and tasted like it was premade and had just been sitting there. French fries were cold and the strawberry swirl frosty had the strawberry syrup on the bottom of the cup and the ice cream sitting on the top of it, not "swirled" at all. Oh! And how could I forget?! The french fries also had no salt on them. The only thing I was able to enjoy for my hard earned money was the nuggets, What a-shame. read more

Drawn the last straw... In just a span of 2 weeks, Wendy's Brentwood has royally screwed us over the drive thru. My Dave Double became a Dave single, And my daughter's Classic Chicken (lettuce and mayo only) have magically became a Spicy Chicken with lettuce and tomato. We've never had a problem when ordering here. The food is always hot and the drive-thru line moves fast. Tip: I always place my orders via their mobile app, and just go in the drive-thru and let them know it's a mobile order and my name. Then you just pull right up to the pickup window and get your order! Also, you can get perks on using the mobile order, like free items, and accumulate points ;) read more

It's the best dessert that can cool me down from anything spicy. Unlike most of the folks here, I've never had a *bad* experience at this Wendy's. Unlike most other places in the Antioch/Brentwood area, I've always gotten all of my food in an organized manner and the food has always been good (by fast food standards, anyway). However, if you plan to come here, it's worth noting that the restaurant itself is still closed for dine in and takeout, as of May 2021. I'm not really sure why that's the case at this point when most other places have opened for some variation of indoor service. So if you want to get food here you'll need to get in line for the drive thru and believe me when I say that the line for it is LONG. Very long. You'll undoubtedly be waiting what may end up being an unreasonable amount of time and Wendy's might not be worth that wait for many people. read more

Once upon a Time this Wendy's used to make our food fresh meat was hot fresh off The grill the produce was nice and crisp and cold the world was right! Fast forward to 2024 post covid and what do you get you get hamburger that's been cooked at least an hour or two beforehand maybe taking out of a drawer I don't know but it surely isn't fresh like it used to be. Today I'd rather go to the Wendy's on A street because I know they still make their burgers and food fresh I hate to say it but the one on lone tree needs to get their act together if I'm ever going to try their restaurant again but for now no way Jose! Once again we went thru the drive thru and ordered 3 meals plus 2 orders of chicken nuggets. We do check our bags when we leave unfortunately like I said once again, they shorted us the nuggets. Wendy's on Lone Tree is not worth the trip- 000000 on the rating scale!! They cater to all the DOORDASH orders and drive thru- all in house receipts were piled on the side while all DD receipts were laid out on counter being fulfilled. In house Customers wait 45mins-1hr for their orders. Basically after waiting a long period, you'll have to complain in order for them to put your order together.
