We only come during off hours, otherwise it's too busy and takes a long time. However, we love the burgers, fries and drinks. The chocolate shake is also good. The restaurant is decent inside, pretty standard for the chain. The service is always good at this location. I recently tried the 3x3 burger for the first time. After I gave my order, I paused to wait for the total. She said thank you and walked away. I was confused. I said wait a minute. My granddaughter needs to order as well. I also stated remember we have separate orders. ( 2nd time i mentioned this) I gave her some Grace because it's loud out there in the parking lot. It's easy to misunderstand. She walked back up to the car now she appears to be annoyed. My granddaughter is in the passenger seat and she gives proceeds to give her order. The lady reads back both of our orders. I said one more time are we on separate tags?? she looks confused and says no why? My granddaughter quickly jumped in and says Nana, We will just split the tag. The lady without saying a word turns around and walks away again. We are proceeding up to the pay window, I explained to my granddaughter the tag is not going to be even, maybe I should just have them split it at the window. Her and I agree to this plan. When I come up to the pay window, I asked the gentleman if we could split the tag there and I explained what happened. He begins to walk away. He then read our complete order to us again..We do not want to wait for him to track somebody down to split the tag. I guess if you've been to one In n Out Burger, you've been to most of them. They are usually the very model of consistency. Sometimes their burgers will have a stupid amount of lettuce, but the food taste and quality is usually at worst passable no matter which In n Out you go to. This specific restaurant is the one I eat at the most and they've always treated me well. Even the one time I had what could be called a "negative" experience when I waited almost a half hour for my order and they ended up forgetting about it entirely - they gave me multiple cards to redeem for free meals as compensation. So even when they don't do a good job, they still find a way to do a pretty damn good job. If you come here, I really suggest parking and walking in. It's less of a hassle than waiting in the line for the drive thru, which is always so long that it goes OUTSIDE the parking lot. What's more, the one time I made the mistake of doing this, parts of my order were indeed forgotten. It's simply better to go inside, wait in a significantly shorter line, and talk to the cashier in person. They've always gotten my order perfect this way and I didn't have to wait in an ungodly long line for it. So yeah, In n Out Burger is pretty good. Don't use the drive thru unless you're lazy, though I'd argue sitting in your car and moving it a couple inches once every few minutes takes more effort than going inside. read more

In-N-Out PROTEIN STYLE An In-N-Out gluten-free burger option. Surprisingly even with a 3X3 cheeseburger if it's lettuce wrapped, you don't finish it feeling super heavy. Seriously though, the Flying Dutchman is two beef patties sandwiched around two slices of cheese. No veggies, no sauce, just packed with protein! There's even a vegetarian option. In-N-Out GRILLED CHEESE This is a vegetarian option at In-N-Out. The grilled cheese sandwich uses their baked hamburger buns around melted cheese. You can add lettuce,tomatoes, and grilled onions. The ANIMAL STYLE FRIES (A heap of french fries with special sauce, grilled onions and melted cheese.) All of their fries are hand cut to order and then deep fried according to how you like them cooked. Their fries are not salted, and compared to their burgers In-N-Out fries are just ok for me. If you want them a little crispier, you can order them "light-well." If you want them even darker and crispy, you can order them "well-done." If you want them almost burnt and inedible, you can get them "extra well-done." If you want them to be soft and terrible, you can order them "light. I personally told my server I wanted them soft on the inside and cooked on the outside. The nice thing is they were brought to my table when ready by one of their servers. This place definitely has great customer service and they aim to please. The staff is dressed so cute in their retro red and white uniforms. The staff is very friendly and smiling, not like my local fast food places. The staff is trained very well, and I feel like they enjoy their job. They also have a drive-through and what's unique is they have a girl that stands outside with an iPad and takes your order as you pull up. It's very efficient and helps to expedite the line. I would definitely recommend trying an In-N-Out Burger and definitely get it animal style. You can't beat their prices. They keep it very reasonable to eat here.
