Well, that never happened. Food is not very good, always over cooked. Waiters other than Brandi are great. So manager doesn't manage! Either doesn't care or doesn't have time for the customer. She followed us out the door yelling don't come back. Enough said! The food has fallen way down. Way down!!!! 1 star at best. Everything is over cooked. Yet, we kept going because of the atmosphere and service. Brandi killed that. Have you ever been told you complain too much, get out and don't come back. What a great example. We were on name basis with the waiters. That's why we kept coming. It wasn't the food. Let me be clear, the rest of the staff were amazing. Have you ever been barred by a waitress. We started off with the brown sugar bourbon wings. They were nice and hot when we got them, but the flavor of the rub left a bit to be desired. The burgers were good. I got the sweet heat bbq burger, and honestly it was more sweet because I didn't pick up any heat. The fries were okay. It seems like an alright spot to grab a beer and catch the game. The tacos are big and the full of meat and cheese with cilantro and onions. I always get the tacos, and I had never been disappointed. I've had the burrito before and family and friends have had other dishes, but once they've had the quesabirria tacos, they're sold. Service wait time has improved over the years. Our first experience had us in the restaurant for over an hour (not by choice). Today's lunch was served within 15 minutes of ordering and we ended up sitting and chatting for 2 hours. When I walked up to the window, there were a handful of young associates inside, three or four, all looking much more awake than I felt. One of them zoomed over almost immediately to take my order: a small café latte, no fancy foam--just hot milk and espresso, the way nature intended. Two minutes later, I was back in the car holding a perfectly made latte that tasted like victory (and caffeine). The service was quick, the coffee was tasty, and frankly, Dutch Bros saved both me and my fellow passengers from the grumpy, uncaffeinated version of me.
