I've been a loyal customer at this location since in opened in 2019 Over the last few months a newish "manager" has made coming here almost hostile. Helena is a bully and definitely plays favorites. Because of her rudeness, I've been frequenting Starbucks as they are friendly and happy I come by. I drive from rural Vacaville to this location because it's my mom's location. I often stop here to bring her coffee. Last "merchandise" drop was horrible. I purchased 6 drinks- that I gave away- to get 6 of the same magnets. Mom was out of town and asked for a specific one. I didn't complain. I got back in line and ordered 4 more drinks. Before I put the order in I asked if at lest 1 could be the one mom requested. She said "you get what you get". That's the rules. When I came up for my drink, I watched her hand the lady in front of me this one that she wanted and when I got up to the window, she was rifling through the stack to give me the same ones that she did the first time I bought 10 drinks that I did not drink that I gave away And she purposely gave me the same magnets. This wasn't getting what I get. She was purposely assigning me what she felt I should get. I asked her why she was being mean. She smirked. She's rude and she's mean. I've been back to this location four or five times since then, without any incidents Today was another merchandise dropped in. My mom asked me if I wanted to come over and meet her there. We waited in line for about 40 minutes and when we got to the counter, the young man came to the window and said I'm sorry my manager says I can't take your order and I asked him to repeat himself because I wasn't quite sure what he said and he said it again and I asked who the manager was and lo and behold Helena came up bebop in with a big smile saying you've been banned from this location She made a big deal about it. She embarrassed my mom. She embarrassed me. The people behind me were embarrassed and couldn't believe that she was saying that because we see the same people every time something there and I've been nothing but nice. I hold professional licenses in many different trades that require a heavy influence in ethics. I also have been a successful business owner with three different businesses in this area since 1991. I have never been banned from anything in my life. And I'm as honest as they come, but she was purposely mean last month and this time for whatever reason and I'm not even sure what I've done to her other than call her mean, she decided that she was going to ban me from a store. I have called corporate. I have lodged a complaint. I don't always feel good so sometimes I don't have my normal shining disposition, but I'm generally very friendly very fair and I try to be helpful. After this happened, several people have reached out saying that they have had the same horrible experience from the same individual. They've gone to the other location by tractor supply. I hope it affects the business. This is supposed to be a fun place for people to come get coffee and this company has made it almost a cult following with stickers and merchandise drops. I will go to the other location if I even support this company at all anymore. I really don't care if I ever have this coffee again last November I purchased several of their rebel drinks and it put me in the hospital with 32% kidney function and kidney stones that Took months to pass and I still have a bunch in my kidneys that were never there before I drank those rebels. Just a note, the rest of the staff is fantastic. It's just this one individual that throws her weight around and is a big bully and plays favoritism because we all watch from line her give extra favors or merchandise to people that are her friends. read more

We always love coming to Dutch Bros. The broistas are always friendly and welcoming. My favorite is the Mangonada and I'm always so excited when it comes back on the menu! My regular go-to is a triple shot espresso over ice in a large cup. I add my protein shake to it and it's the perfect start to my morning! read more

So, we pulled off the highway in Dixon and landed at the Dutch Bros Coffee off Pitt School Road. When I walked up to the window, there were a handful of young associates inside, three or four, all looking much more awake than I felt. One of them zoomed over almost immediately to take my order: a small café latte, no fancy foam--just hot milk and espresso, the way nature intended. Two minutes later, I was back in the car holding a perfectly made latte that tasted like victory (and caffeine). The service was quick, the coffee was tasty, and frankly, Dutch Bros saved both me and my fellow passengers from the grumpy, uncaffeinated version of me. There are SO MANY Dutch Bros here in NorCal but one thing about this one particularly here in Dixon, not matter how long the line is, they get you in and out quick! The team works very efficiently, they have their team out and ready to take your order before you reach the window. And Dutch Bros employees customer service is just always top tier! That's just about every location, very kind employees! The drinks are made to perfection and yes it is pricy, but you get what you pay for! And the ice coffee cups are bigger than the mermaid brand. A small is a medium, medium is large and large is extra large if you know what I mean! My personal favorite and go to is the annihilator iced which is a chocolate macadamia nut breve which is espresso and half n half! Recently as I was driving on Interstate 80, I got a hankering for a sweet caffeinated drink. With the current prices as they are now, I rarely purchase coffee drinks. But I recall that there was a Dutch Bros that is a quick drive from the freeway in the town of Dixon. I have been there before and I had no complaints. So off I go. It was close to the freeway, off the Pitt School Road exit. The staff was super friendly, always been. I ordered a Snickers freeze made with almond milk. The drink was a dud. It was all ice. After a few sips, there was no flavor. No peanut, caramel or chocolate. Nothing. Aww shucks. Quite disappointing considering the drink was close to $8. Heck nearly a hour later, the freeze did not even melt. It was still very icy. This is the second DD location in a row that I was served a poorly made freeze. I am apt to come back to this DD. But likely not order a freeze from them anymore. If I am in the mood for one of those, I will consider the SB which is a block closer to the same freeway off the same exit. read more

I've been coming here around Thanksgiving for the last 5+ years. We don't have a Dutch Bros near us in The Peninsula, so anytime we're in the area we make sure to go multiple times, and even take some home! This place is mostly drive-thru, however there is a little window that I believe you can walk up and order. There are also benches outside to sit--there is no indoor dining area. The menu is SUPER extensive! They have a handful of flavored syrups, and lots of combinations with fun names! You have the option to get the drinks hot, iced, or blended. They do have alternate milks like oat, coconut, and almond. They also have cold brew, energy drinks, tea, smoothies, lemonade, flavored sodas, chai and flavored cocoas. The food options are limited to mostly muffin tops, which I have yet to try. They have three flavors: chocolate chip, lemon poppyseed, and orange cranberry. They are very big on seasonal drinks, so I highly recommend looking at their menu online to get the full scope of what they offer, as well as all the fun combos and names they have! The staff here are always super friendly. There is someone standing outside in the line taking your order on a tablet. They're always great with helping answer questions and keeping the line moving to the best of their ability. You pay at the tablet when you order, then proceed forward to pick up your drink at the window. I look forward to my trips to Dutch Bros every November, and wish there was one closer to us so I could go more than once a year! read more

Love any excuse to stop by Dutch Bros! It's been an annual tradition to stop here when we are in town visiting family. Located in a large Their drive-thru is convenient and moves pretty quickly; they also have a walk-up window with a couple of covered tables. Their website/app menu are a bit confusing in that there are a ton of flavor available, but they only show up under "Dutch Freeze". You can get any of their 20+ flavors hot, iced or blended. My personal favorite flavors are Cake Batter (Almond Roca, White Chocolate), Dreamweaver (Hazelnut, White Chocolate), and Nutty Irishman (Irish Cream, Hazelnut). They do have a couple breakfast items (muffin tops: chocolate chip, lemon poppyseed, orange cranberry; granola bar) but haven't tried them since we usually grab a heartier breakfast nearby. The staff is always super friendly and upbeat; they always have some awesome music playing while they serve up your drinks! Definitely worth stopping by for a tasty coffee beverage to start your day! read more

I personally don't live by a Dutch bros coffee location but if I ever past one I try to make it a pit stop! One thing I love is the customer service and this location followed in line. The works were kind and friendly! The drinks are so tasty and the portions of the drinks are generous in my opinions. I had the medium iced chai tea latte and it was perfection! Come here every day sometimes three times a day, we ordered the same drinks every time we come here but for some reason tonight they have a new worker (Jessica) who tried to tell me I'm ordering my drink wrong and correct me on my order..... furthermore told me I didn't have to be rude. When I was just telling her could you please just put my drink in how I order it. Jessica would not let it go so at this point I get frustrated and instead of arguing with her, I said I'm good thank you and drove off. I have never had a problem at this Dutch Brothers and love all the workers there including the manager what I ask at the manager was there and he knows how to make my drink she said "well he's not here, I am". This girl has no purpose in customer service. After her telling me, I don't have to be rude in which I wasn't. I've never visited this location before and decided to drop by to get gift cards for my staff for Admin Day last month since it was right off the freeway. When I arrived, I decided to park and walk up. There was only one lady working at the time and 2 cars in the drive thru. When I walked up, a few more cars arrived in the drive thru. The lady told me she needed to help the drive thru cars first. After waiting, she proceeded to tell me she's unable to help me until the other person gets back from their break and told me I can go through the drive thru. So the first Dutch Bros. I learned of was in Davis. It was and is still a teeny tiny shack with no seating. Its intention is to serve customers in their cars and watch them leave the premises. While this version of the shack is a bit different with parking spaces and tables, the general idea is still the same. Cars line up in their driveway which wraps around the building. So I parked in one of their spaces and walked up to the window to try something different. The music pumping out of the window (almost started to fist pump with the silly amounts of bass) was present so the girl taking the orders spoke in her gentle 15 foot voice. Being the middle of the day, that was fine...just a little awkward. I'm like two feet away man. Anyways, big ups to Dutch folks as they provided my dog with a treat even though she wasn't even there. Went on a 5-star punch day so they stamped my card five times for one purchase. Yay? Not sure how often I'll return, but it's there. Not 2 miles from the other Dutch Bros. in Dixon. The OTHER one...IN DIXON. Seriously. Three Starbucks locations are even closer to it. Not a joke. The large iteration of super sweet caffeine was a little more than seven and a half bucks. It was huge and tasted more like a milkshake than it did a coffee drink. Tried it, got the gigantic cup and the sugar rush. Pretty sure I won't be back. Not for myself anyways. SPEAKING OF THE GIGANTIC CUPS: As a resident of Dixon, I find those cups on the ground all over the city. I know this has little to do with the actual company, but it's discouraging and even a little repellant to see the Dutch Bros. logo on litter in parks and in gutters. Just some advice. read more

Perky staff here and fun drink names. We ordered the ever so popular annihilator and golden eagle. The iced annihilator was creamy and sweet and tasted like a better version of Starbucks white mocha. It was creamier and had a nice flavor due to the macadamia. The golden eagle was hot and less sweet but seriously creamy. Tried twice on the way to Tahoe & back, and was very excited for my first time at Dutch Bros because I'd heard all the rave about it. This is the location we went to on our way to Tahoe, and it's right by The Habit and a couple other eateries. It was 100 degrees in Dixon that day (mid October) and the line was pretty long for a Friday around noon. We waited 5-10 mins to order in the drive thru. Their menu is SO extensive and they have so many flavors I was getting soO overwhelmed while looking online. The menu in person is really simple but definitely go on the website to look. Employees are super sweet and friendly, and we also had our corgi in the car which the employees were super excited about! We were with a group of 4 other corgis! ;) I'm a huge fan of mocha, hazelnut, basically anything nutty, and I'm not a big fan of trying crazy flavors because I hate ordering things that I'll end up never finishing. I went with the mocha (medium sized, iced) with the nutty Irishman and cream on top! It tasted really good.... very nutty but not too sweet at all! Highly recommend if you enjoy mocha drinks and also enjoy nutty flavors (: it was a great drink to introduce me to Dutch Bros. I actually finished the drink, which I normally Dont do. We went back to Dutch Bros on the way home from Tahoe and I ordered another mocha but with white mocha. It wasn't as tasty as the nutty Irishman (nutty Irishman is creamier) but it was still decent! I definitely want to try a couple more of those nutty flavors! My boyfriend got a jelly donut and it tasted like cough medicine though - wouldn't recommend this one. First time ever trying a Dutch Bros product! I absolutely loved the lemon poppy seed muffin top! Drinks wise they're a little too sweet for my taste, good thing I got kids size birthday cake shake. I do want to point out how it right when they opened and the costumer service is GREAT! They gladly helped us choose our order. During Covid - I was hoping that this would be 5 star review from the hype of this place. The drinks were simple there was no specialty about the drinks. It felt as if I could have made it at home. I got the annihilator which was coffee and white mocha syrup nothing special for the price. I love the coffee and lemonades, so many options for flavors. I love that Dutch Bros does stickers every month and for holidays. Definitely an incentive to get me over there! This is the newest Dutch Bros that opened in Dixon. It was kinda like a maze getting here, but it wasn't difficult. Unlike the other Dutch Bros that I have been through, this one has a parking lot, in addition to their drive thru. They also had 3 tables so that you can sit after you've ordered and I've heard that they will be adding more seating. Oddly enough, I think this place has the potential of becoming a hang out spot. The staff here is really nice! I'm always so lost whenever I come to Dutch Bros, but the girl who took my order walked me through it and helped me customize my drink. I came here when they were doing interviews for people to work here, and the guy interviewing seemed genuinely passionate about coffee and cared about the staff. So props to them great service! Dutch Bros isn't my favorite coffee and I often think the coffee is too sweet. But I did really enjoy my experience here. I drove out of my way here just for the novelty, but I would recommend coming here if you're in the area! read more
