I met my son, daughter, son-in-law, daughter-in-law, and granddaughters here for dinner the other evening. When we arrived the restaurant wasn't that busy and it also wasn't as clean and neat as I'm used to seeing most Chick-fil-A locations. We figured out what we would be eating and I went and ordered five adult combo meals, a variety of different sandwiches and nuggets, two kids meals, and a 30 piece nugget for good measure. The cashier took the order and gave us our drinks. Food came out pretty quickly for a fairly large order. Everything came as requested. But, there didn't seem to be any dining room attendant(s). No one checked to see how everything was and no one offered to get us drink refills. In most Chick-fil-A stores we are very well taken care of from arrival to departure. In this location, staff is pleasant, and they accommodate requests, but you may have to make your way to the register to request extra sauce or drink refills. read more

Disorganized staff and felt as if I was a inconvenience by drive thru staff. The first service worker ended up not coming up to my car, she simply stood in her spot at the end of the drive thru tent with a negative demeanor. Instead of having the drive thru menu card I had to ask her for it, and she had to go to another worker to get the card. After completing the order and paying for it, the next worker standing at the curb to check orders spoke softly and very fast while I wasn't even up to his spot, I was still driving up to the curb. I had to ask him to repeat and speak loudly and he seemed annoyed. Finally, I forgot to add cheese to my order and asked it it was possible to add this onto my sandwich, and they said I either had to pay for a new sandwich or get cheese on the side for 43 cents. Had to pull up to a parking spot just for the worker to come hand me the cheese minutes later. Overall in this experience, the drive thru staff was disorganized, looked unhappy, and overwhelmed. I truly felt like asking for simple requests was as if I was an inconvenience by staff. I've never had an experience like this before at chickfila after being a patron to the Vacaville location since it's opening. Staff should be retrained to better understand how to handle simple requests. read more

We went through the drive thru on morning for breakfast. I ordered a coffee with two French vanilla creamer and a breakfast sandwich. As we pulled around to the window and paid, I was told to pull over in front and someone would bring my freshly brewed coffee out. A few minutes later, a guy brought out the food, coffee and half and half. I asked where the French vanilla creamer were. He said he would go and get them. He came back a few minutes later he came back and said that would be 20 cents each. I asked what I would be paying for. He said I would be paying for the French vanilla. I told him that I order coffee from the Fairfield and Vallejo stores and they never charge me for French vanilla. He said he'd be right back. He came back with a cup that had vanilla syrup in. It was not French Vanilla creamer. I told him I didn't want it. By this time I had been waiting for at least 20 minutes. My coffee was getting cold and so was my breakfast sandwich. I asked the guy to give my money back and in fact refund my coffee because this Whole situation took too long and was not well communicated. I figured at least a manager would have come out to make this right, but no one did. I even called the corporate office to file a complaint and I still never heard from anyone. Chick-fil-A is doing something right. I didn't know pickle marinated chicken was a thing until I tried this restaurant. I stop in with my family once in a while to get my chicken fix. Today I got the salad, while the rest of my family got the spicy chicken, chicken tenders, and waffle fries. We love it here and the service is always excellent. It's so clean and bright inside, it almost feels like a sit-down restaurant when you add the tip at the end of your meal. Don't forget the Chick-fil-A sauce and the Polynesian for dipping. Went through the drive-thru on my way home today and placed an easy order - 2 regular chicken sandwiches, no pickles - and 2 spicy chicken sandwiches with extra pickles. Same family, varied tastes, haha. Well there were no pickles in the spicy sandwiches. Not a huge deal, but at $8 a sandwich you'd think they could include the pickles. SMH read more

I gave this location another chance because I was really hoping for a better experience since this location is convenient. I ordered on the app for curbside and they let me know it would be a 7-13 min wait. I was fine with that for two reasons: one because it was a tad busy and because I had somethings I wanted to do on my phone before I started driving again and two I asked for no salt on my fries so I know that requires me to wait for fresh fries. When the food came I expected it to be hot considering the wait but unfortunately It was not, I think it had been done for a while before it was delivered to my car. It wasnt cold enough to make me want to go inside to take it back wait even longer for warmer food. I hadn't eaten all day and it was after 7 so I planned to eat the fries and a few nuggets as I drove. I was already gone when I realized that they put ONE honey mustard in the bag for a 12 count nugget and a fry. I always order through the app and I always ask for honey mustard with my nuggets. Every other location I've been to (across multiple states) gives 2-3 minimum when I ask for sauce as part of the nugget order. Often times, they give even more if they see you also have other foods that may be dippable. All I could do was laugh and remind myself to skip this location. I picked up a kid's meal two weeks ago at another location and recieved more sauces for that 5-count nugget than I did here for the 12-count. My recommendation is to check your order every time for this location. If you ask for sauce make sure to request multiples in the app (hit the sauce option multiple times and it'll say x2, x3, Max) so that you dont end up with one sauce for 12 nuggets (and a fry). read more

Normally Chick-fil-A provides outstanding service all around, from their customer service to the quality of food. But today was not one of those days. Pulled into the drive thru, placed my order, and was stuck in line for 15 minutes!!! Instead of directing the car at the window to pull forward into a waiting spot, CFA had all the cars behind that car WAIT 15 MINUTES until they fulfilled the order. Then when I went to eat my breakfast, you'd think we were in some kind of wartime rationing phase with as little food as I received! The chicken breakfast bowl was all hash browns with a couple of pieces of chicken and half an egg. The vanilla iced coffee was all wrong too. CFA is usually consistent with their vanilla iced coffee but it was like a blind man made it!!! All cream, little coffee, and no vanilla. WTF CFA. read more

Today was a pirates and princess event. It was packed !!! There was a horse drawn carriage, walk the plank, and activities like make a princess crown or pirate hat. This event was the second time I have brought the family here. The first was at Christmas. Thank you to the owners who truly care about having such a fantastic event for its community members. You guys rock :) We saw Mirabel, Rapunzel, pirates and of course the cow. Pictures attached. We ordered our chicken sandwich, fries, milk, and drinks. As usual it was a delight. It's been years since I've been coming to chick fil a and I don't think I will be stopping soon. They are consistently good- food and service. Don't be intimidated by the long lines. They actually move fairly quickly. I'm a big supporter of the original chicken sandwich. Though it's not something I eat all of the time, it can be a nice lunch treat paired with some Polynesian sauce and a shake! Worth the drive out here! No matter what location I've been to, they've always gone above and beyond. Always a solid "fast food" bet. Line goes by fast, they come up to your car to place orders. Definitely got a large waffle fry to last me on my drive back. We also went with spicy chicken sandwiches (plain is FIRE, so good), coffee, lemonade and a mocha cold brew. Everything was really good. Surprised even the black coffee was brewed well, great caffeine kick. Mocha cold brew a little too sweet but probably because al the syrups at the bottom. And the lemonade was perfectly sweet (unless you don't like sweet.. then you might make a sour lemon face at it lol) No photos of food cuz it was THAT GOOD.
