Really how hard is it to get an order right. My two year old could make a quesadilla with shredded cheese and no pico! I like you guys but there's a breakdown in communication somewhere along the way. I also asked for a coke and not this raspberry tea BS!!! I just don't understand how you mess simple things up. This review is based on service alone because I think we can all agree we know what fast food franchise food tastes like. For 6 years, I have had consistently great service. Most importantly, my orders are accurate. I find this impressive because I have 6 kids and usually 2 or 3 friends staying the night, so these are pretty large and complicated orders for a drive thru. My food is ready at the window, with a typical 2-3 minute wait. I can't recall ever being asked to pull around and wait for my order. Somehow McDonalds needs you to wait 15 minutes in the parking lot for a 6 piece McNugget. The staff is always professional and friendly. I have seen a lot of kids come and go as teen/young adult employees. There's never been a change in quality of service and they are all great kids. Honestly, when we have had an exhausting, crap day, and life just is gone from our bodies, we pick this Carl's Jr., in particular, because we know we aren't going to have any hassle. We know we aren't going to have to sit there for 20 minutes, we don't need to analyze our order in the parking lot, and we can just take out stuff home and throw it to the beasts, who won't complain and deaden our souls because a cheese piece touched their burger bun. read more

This place has truly changed over the years. With new owners, a new interior upgrade and new staffing from when I used to eat here back in my high school days this place has really come alive! It was definately not like stepping into a flash back! I have been going here since high school and I am much older now a days. The interior is beautiful and modern, on top of very squeeky clean! The employess are very up-beat, friendly and wonderful to speak with. The food is delicious as always! Galt has quite a few fast food options. To be honest, this is probably the priciest of those options overall. And the food is sometimes very good and other times disappointing, the quality here isn't always consistent. However, it's the cleanest, quietest and most pleasant fast food restaurant in town to actually eat in. So if you don't mind that it's the most expensive and that now and then the burgers are burnt or something, generally it's a nice place for lunch. I come here for the tacos from Green Burrito. They are good, very greasy though. They charge you extra for the pico de gallo and no longer serve rice, just beans. Also to buy the combo instead of getting beans, you get fries. That makes no sense. This location is dirty, the servers at the drive-up window are rude. They're drive-thru service is horrible! You wait forever! Where has customer service gone? They act pissed that they have to help you, hello, it's your job! If you don't like it don't work there. The only reason why I do still order from this location is because I live in a po-dunk town that doesn't have any good restaurants. Fast food is about all there is here,and I hate Taco Bell. Give me a Del Taco or Chipotle any day, but unfortunately I don't have those choices.
