Our family all had cold deserts and were very pleased with the ice cream selection and quality. The service was excellent with a very courteous and friendly cashier. We enjoyed our snacks outside while enjoying the calm ambiance. It's an older location (40+ years) but the ice cream is the same it's always been, YUMMY!

Came back because was craving it. This place was popping even 30 mins before closing. So good! Service is quick too.

Fosters Freeze in Glendora is a great little spot when you are craving something classic. I ordered a vanilla cone and it was way bigger than I expected, which was a nice surprise. The soft serve was creamy, cold, and exactly what I wanted on a warm day. The place has a nostalgic feel and the service was quick and friendly. Sometimes simple is all you need, and this cone definitely delivered.

Local fave. Next to the drive up dairy and across from our local Vons and Starbucks sits a Glendora classic, Fosters Freeze. We mostly stick to ice cream but you can get a burger and other items and they do have a small inside area. Nothing fancy at all. It's what you'd expect but solid. The reason we come to Fosters is that it's a treat for the family or a place to meet up with friends. The chocolate dipped vanilla cone is always my go to and I don't get anything other than that. It reminds me of a small place in NC where I spent a few years of my youth that our soccer coach would take us to after practice - back when the team would hop in the back of the truck for a ride to grab ice cream (different times). That place was called Rooneys Ive cream and they had soft serve and chocolate dipped just like Fosters. Sometimes the best places are the ones where memories are made. For me, it's taking the kids out for ice cream after a school concert or game. It's enjoying a late night treat for no reason. That's what Fosters is for us. Yes, the ice cream is great. The place is nostalgic. And, the service is always friendly and fast.

Chocolate ice cream cone and banana split

My friend got a chocolate ice cream cone and I ordered a banana split -- both were delicious! She said her cone tasted just like Hershey's Kisses, which was fun. My banana split was fresh, sweet, and topped just right. Service was okay, nothing over the top but friendly enough. I liked all the colorful posters on the windows -- it gives the place a nostalgic, old-school vibe. The only downside was the floor outside; it looked pretty dirty and could definitely use a good pressure wash. Overall, I had a good experience here with the sweets. I didn't try their food this time, but maybe next time I will!

We visited on an early Wednesday afternoon with a group of 5 people. The young girl working, took our order right away and it was ready within 5-6 minutes. I got the oreo cheesecake twister which was delicious and had a generous amount of mix-ins. My husband got the cookie dough twister. We definitely enjoyed our desserts and would come back!

Walk up and order your ice cream. Quick and friendly service. Be mindful of the size order. I ordered a large cheesecake and oreo freeze, didnt know large meant Big Gulp large. Had to stick in the freezer and eat it the other half the next day. No air bubbles or hollow core. Packed!

I love this place, hands down best ice cream around. The service is great and quick. The girls that work there always have a great attitude and their recommendations never disappoint

Wow!! Over $13 for a medium malt with two flavors and super cranky service! Absolutely crazy... Definitely won't make this mistake again.

Fosters Freeze has always been a childhood staple for me. Delicious soft serve, shakes, and twisters (basically a blizzard from Dairy Queen). You can make all types of flavor combos and it always hits the spot. The people that work there are very nice and have quick service. It has gotten a wee bit expensive over the years but I keep coming back. I love getting a mint oreo twister mmmm my favorite. Maybe I have to go again tonight now that I think about it! Go to Fosters Freeze for your little sweet treat!

Great place to go get your ice cream fix. Banana splits, Cones, Dipped Cones, Sundaes, Shakes, Parfaits, and Twisters. This place gots you covered. There is parking on site. Tables inside and outside to enjoy your Fosters Freeze favorite. This place always has a long line, seems to move pretty quick. Wait wasn't that long. So with the weather starting to heat up give this local spot a shot.

What a fun throwback! So happy this location is still operating and has a line most days. They have a great selection for snacks & desserts. Outdoor seating. Service is friendly and fast.

She even helped us store a cake before we were seated, which meant a lot for such a special night. Our server, Taylor, was just as amazing. If on a tight budget, the Good Company (Covina) is a prime location for casual drinking or hangout. It's food is not bad, but you can taste its affordability. I arrived on Saturday (around 5:40PM). Customers walk to the counter and order. Staff (Omar) is friendly and hardworking. He's seen constantly moving and interacting with guests. My orders arrived quickly. The Cheeseburger Bun was ready in 5 minutes and 36 seconds. The Matcha Berry Affogato arrived at my table in 9 minutes and 20 seconds. The food's presentation is memorable. The Cheeseburger Bun ($6) includes wagyu ground beef, melted American cheese, thinly sliced pickle, and fried thin onion slivers. Eating it with the white bun reminded me of sloppy joe in a soft taco. This very wet, mushy meal is cheesy and oily. Still, it's filling and cheesy with a very affordable price-point. The Matcha Berry Affogato ($6) is a scoop of ice cream swimming in a lake of liquid matcha. The flavors are decent but not memorable. The ice cream was chill and not overly sweet. Unfortunately, the liquid matcha arrived almost lukewarm. It would have been much more refreshing if the entire dish came cold. The presentation is eye-catching, but it lacked any real taste. Still, it's a very affordable experience. Concerning ambiance, The Good Company (Covina) performs extremely well. The location is very clean and comfortable with upbeat & fun music. There's also one flatscreen tv in the corner with closed captioning english subtitles. The location is well-ventilated, and the furniture all look very new and well-maintained. Even though the location is small, the colors and decor make it feel spacious and comfortable. Overall, The Good Company (Covina) is a good, budget hangout location. The food has an attractive appearance but its taste is unfortunately comparable to premium fast food. If heading there, bring good company and you'll definitely have a good time. 4 out of 5

We all waited about the same amount of time to get our drink orders. This unfortunately is why i took off 2 stars. To me, this unacceptable. After being seated and food came out, no one checked in until I needed a box and to pay. Did not feel welcomed and /or appreciated that I was supporting a small local business. Food- Brisket without the BBQ didn't have enough flavor. These types of meat don't need a hype man- the BBQ sauce. They need to be good on their own. Buuut Meat was tender. I've come here several times over the past couple years and it's more and more dead at the restaurant every time. The waitresses are absolutely dreadful. Every request is forgotten or takes 20 mins to arrive at the table. When we arrived we waited 20 mins for a waitress. We asked for some sauce, they forgot. We ordered a pizza, which was delivered to the wrong table. When we wanted to leave, the check took 20 mins as well. Now I have a crying baby and I'm waiting for them to try and split the check two ways and I eventually give up knowing that the task is too much for them to handle and just pay it all on one card. We had to track down the waitresses multiple times. It's like they have NO ability to anticipate the needs of their customers. "They ordered, pizza, maybe I should bring some plates". Nope! "They'll probably want their sauce before the food item is ICE COLD". Nope! Anytime we went into the restaurant the girls were on their phones. There were five tables in the restaurant tonight so there really was no excuse. I think this will be the last time I ever go to this restaurant. Unfortunately, the reputation of the old Congregation Ale House kept me coming back even when time after time, the service was abysmal, however, now that Congregation's former glory is thoroughly tarnished I can honestly say that I will not be coming back and I encourage everyone else to do the same. Quality like this cannot be tolerated. Travis, the former owner, would be ashamed of this fall from grace. R.I.P. Congregation Ale House
