This I the second time I come here through the drive-thru and the second time that Karina takes my order and is rude while I'm telling her my order she kept cutting me off and saying anything else after each sentence and then I get to the window and she tells me my total and walks away before I can pay... last time I asked for a cup holder for 3 drinks and she said she Dosent have any and once again I asked today same response. It's one of those days where I feel like I deserve a treat from dealing with issues at work. Drove here and ordered a hand breaded chicken sandwich with Swiss cheese and bacon and that hit the spot. Interior dining area super clean. Staff named Joel was super patient and waited for me to order. He's so friendly and smiley and told me to take my time which was nice as I knew there was a line behind me and I didn't feel rushed. Maybe he realized that I was having a hard day and gave me an extra treat to go. So nice! He even wished me a blessed day as I got my to go meal. Overall good ordering process and my sandwich tasted good and it was quite filling. One thing I noticed was that this location had Amazon order pick up lockers so that's quite convenient. Absolute terrible service. Ordered 2 orders of fries and chicken tenders and was only given 1 ranch and told I would need to pay extra for any additional sauce. Already paying an arm and a leg for the meal and it's upsetting to be told I need to pay extra for sauce that pairs with the meal. Do better it's not that serious. read more

I went there to the drive-through and I ordered a Carl's Jr. big burger, which is the basic burger I added a slice of tomato for $.50. My burger was $7.59 for one burger. This is grossly overpriced, especially for the quality that you get the quality is good but it is not great. The service was goid nothing related to right home about. But they didn't share my order was correct and asked me if I wanted anything else. There are a lot of places I can go to get a burger for five dollars and some places $3.75. They dropped their prices when times were tough and gave us good deal and values for our money now they're back to their old ways. Think I'm gonna take a break from Carl's Jr. and save my money. read more

I know about the Carl's burgers, but the charbroiled and Santa Fe chicken burgers are a great alternative, when you want something else. Of course, those criss cut fries are a must order. Also, they serve some pretty good onion rings if you want to change that fry order. read more

Any mobile order I get to this location NEVER includes the condiments as ordered. Bag is sealed! Don't drive off without checking first. Chicken tenders and onion rings without any dipping condiments. Save yourself the aggravation and drive 5 extra minutes to Laguna Hills location. This is not an isolated occurrence at this location. Not too impressed. It's just another Fast food restaurant, nothing above and beyond! The cashier lady was nice and welcoming! The food was ok, not the worst, not best. It was ok. Had good flavor, presentation could have been a bit better lol. I did think that the prices are kinda expensive for what we are getting. my guacamole burger was $12.49 for the combo. Add $1 for large. The food definitely did not match the price tag! At this location they do have an Amazon pick up box location, which can be useful! read more

Five stars for CJ's? Yep! Foodwise, average CJ quality, maybe a little better. Service - pretty amazing for a fast food restaurant. I've been here twice and eaten inside both times. I love this location very much. All of the staff is so friendly and welcoming every time I come in. The staff always does their best to make sure your order if ready quickly and correctly. I have never had an issue at or with this location. I thing I have to mention is I love their coffee. It is always hot and tasty and toasty. The restaurant is always clean from the inside and out. Don't know where to start with this place. I ordered the truffle combo and the drive thru asked me if I wanted medium or large. I said 'regular, please. Thank you sir.' But, he charges me for a medium, I think, because it was 1.99 for fries and 1.99 for a drink. Not a big deal. I would've eaten the medium but I just wasn't trying to eat too much junk food. So, I get to the window and pay 10.75, something, and he gives me a small drink. Hmmm. Thought I was charged for a medium. Maybe this is the medium cup, I'm thinking to myself as I take a sip. Oh wow, the sprite tastes like soda water. 'Oh hey, can you change this out?' Before I could even finish asking the question, it's like he already knew. He grabbed my cup and started to say something. I assumed he was going to tell me the sprite was empty so I told him he could change it to something else, like Dr pepper. But, this was also watered down and it was still a small cup. I try to avoid soda so again, not a huge deal but it was the principal because I'm starting to feel like it wasn't an accident. Then I get the fries. Also small AND all of the fries in the bottom were those rock hard dried up pieces. Like...all of them. Definitely not an accident. Meanwhile, this guy was chatting with me about work like he was my best friend. Now I know why. Smoke cloud. Avoid this place at all cost. I'm hooked on their Monster biscuit. I order it with all bacon, Swiss cheese, three eggs and a slice of tomato plus a large hash browns and a large coffee. I'm not a big fan of fast food, but this combination just hits the mark with me. Very delicious! My only complaint is that it says $2.99 delivery fee and no minimum, but when I checked out the delivery charge was much higher including a $2.00 small order charge. I don't know who to contact with my complaint, but this was false advertising as far as I can see. I would be happy if someone could refund the overcharge. Thanks! read more

I'd give them zero stars if I could. I'm not usually one to leave such negative reviews but I drove home 15 minutes away and bit into my burger which was supposed to be a VEGAN beyond burger, only to find out it's beef. The guy read my order back and said beyond meat and my receipt said beyond but the patty is definitely beef. I called 7 times before I got an answer, and once they finally answered they refused to help me unless I drove all the way back down there with proof. So I'm basically out 8 dollars with zero consideration or help to fix their mistake. I'm home with no dinner and wasted money. Such crap service. Don't go here. read more

I really don't like Carl's Jr., but this one is one that has reignited my craving for their burgers. 2 out of 3 times I've been here, the food and service has been great. The people who work here are nice to talk to when you order and actually pretty honest about the food they sell. Once we we're actually told a friendly good bye by pretty much everyone working there, it's funny how something so little can make you want to come back. That one time I mentioned above where I wasn't satisfied, was not at all because of the staff, well, maybe the kitchen staff... The burger patty was cold, so all it really had was just that char-taste to it, barely any dressing... ...it was just a dry mess. But as it is with almost any restaurant, every once in a while the restaurant has a different set of kitchen crew. Some are more accurate, going for yum factor than the other ones who are just doing the speedy sloppy route. This was an odd experience. Stopped here on the way back from San Diego yesterday and had breakfast. The good news is that the Breakfast Burger and hash brown bites were great. Food quality was excellent overall, and I had a filling and satisfying breakfast. The odd experience was when the cashier told me that my cost was 11 dollars even so I gave her a 20 and a single to make change easy, it turned that the cost was actually $11.08, which she only stated when she gave the change back! Therefore she gave me a stack of change and bills back. She could have mentioned the right amount and I would have given her 8 cents to avoid the change mess that occurred. What a lame ass! Manager-please train your staff on some of the more basic aspects of being a cashier. It ain't that hard! read more

I ate at the Carl's Jr./ Green Burrito on Lake Forest Dr., in Lake Forest, California 92630 . I ordered; the Green Burrito Combo: One Large Steak Burrito, with white rice, beans, chips and a Coke Zero! Inside the burrito: steak pieces, white rice, beans, and salsa. I found out that, I did not have to order the combo, since it already had rice and beans. The meal had a good taste, and all was fresh. Since I was still hungry, I ordered: Dessert!
