Disappointed that I got ripped off on my medium size fries Definitely not the correct portion I thought there would be some at bottom of bag but unfortunately not the case. Check your take out order before leaving or driving off. Seems that employees are in a rush or don't care

Normally Chic Fil A is really good but when I went this time, they called me the wrong name, forgot to give us straws, and they gave us very little whip cream on our shakes which is very disappointing because there was no line which means they had time to make the shakes nicer. Normally it's a 5/5 but today it was just meh. Very disappointing.

My husband loves Chick-fil-A. This Chick-fill-A is at a convenient location off El Toto Road so we usually stop by to get lunch while running errands in the area. We went through the drive-thru today & got a couple chicken sandwiches and waffle fries. I can never finish that whole sandwich so ate a half of the chicken breast without the bun, and added some lettuce and grape tomatoes at home and it was very good with their bbq sauce. Also dipped the waffle fries in the bbq sauce with added Tabasco sauce. So yummy! Hubby had no complaints about his chicken sandwich and fries. :) The associate at the drive-thru was polite and respectful. In fact, we never had a bad experience with Chick-fil-A employees. They all appeared to be well-trained and respectful. Great job in the training there.

First time to Chick- fil-A. Violet who helped us with our orders was super we were lost, she was awesome I'd come back just to see her the restaurant is sparkling clean. We took our orders home to enjoy (2 mile drive) my Cobb salad was very good the greens could of been chilled to make it delicious, lots of large pieces of breaded seasoned chicken the cherry tomatoes were chilled crisp and fresh avocado dressing was great The 2 other combos spicy chicken and grilled chicken were less than stellar both my wife and 90 yr old friend were disappointed chicken was a small portion. Waffle cut fry's were also small portions soft and could have been cooked longer, both didn't finish them. My wife's chocolate shake was good it came with a cherry. We were taken back by the $40 cost I think we need to give C-F-A another try and we will.

Woops I ate it again, got nothing to show

Ice, ice baby Vanilla Ice, ice baby Vanilla Ice, ice baby... Why the 3.5 rating I'm not sure. We went thru the drive thru after a day at the beach and the service was quick and pleasant. Yahir the FOH Champion took our order with easy. Mary at the window allowed us to add on to our order at the window after seeing her make a shake we couldn't resist to try one. She added one vanilla milkshake to our order. Spicy chicken Deluxe hit the hunger spot after a day in the sun. Sorry no photos the empty boxes. The CFA ice makes me want an ice maker that makes their ice at home. We didn't make our way inside since the kiddos knocked out. But it seemed like a good place to eat with all the amenities you expect at a CFA and a Total Wine next door. If we are in town we will definitely be stopping here again and getting our ice iced drinks and chicken sandwiches. God bless

    Couple Minis for a snack.

Service good. Fast. Food was typical CFA good and warm. I had the minis for a quick snack. All that very good. A suggestion is that when the employees come out to the dining room for their breaks, they should not be using their phones on speaker. Using phone is fine, but not on speaker and loud volume. It's annoying. The short time I was there, three different employees sat in the dining room and used their phone speakers to have a loud call or watch loud videos. Since there is already music, the volumes of the phones were quite high. Headphones or a break room would be better. Go. Eat Well. Bring headphones.

It's now a tradition for me to get a heart shaped box of chicken minis on Valentine's Day! It was no different this year but I had my food delivered. I got chicken minis in a heart shaped box, had browns, and a large Dr. Pepper. It came quickly after I ordered it and to my surprise, the Dr. Pepper wasn't included. They left the straw but no drink. I don't know if it was the location of the driver that forgot my drink. I got it refunded so there was no issue there. Overall was a yummy meal and I got Dr. Pepper late from my boyfriend!

I crave In-N-Out and this location is convenient near home and the freeway. My typical order is a Double Double Animal Style with Fries and extra Spread. Same great taste and still more affordable than many burger joints especially compared to NYC. For a family of 3 it cost us $21 (3 burgers and shared fries). Notes: We came around 11:40am before the lunch crowd. There was only one person in front of us. By noon the line was nearly to the door but they had 3-4 cashiers so the line moved fast. I was also impressed by the staff: one cashier explained the secret menu to a guest, another worker walking around cleaning tables was making sure the guests were enjoying their meals, and another worker was making friendly conversations with other guests and they were laughing it up. All the workers were friendly, attentive, and professional. The restaurant continues to look clean even with the high foot traffic. Many tables indoors and some outdoors. Bathrooms too. When our order was ready, the worker gave us an In-N-Out hat and extra spread. Great service all around and once again, happy bellies!

I should probably say that I arrived at about midnight, so there were only a handful of patrons inside. No need to deal with rush hour crowds. I also was coming from the Irvine train station, where the Amtrak train I was on had broken down. So, I was also very hungry. I ordered a double double with cold cheese, both raw and grilled onions, mustard-fried patties, and chopped chilis, plus a fry light-well, and got a pink lemonade and 7UP mixed soda. Everything came out exactly to a T, was super flavorful, and also really affordable at $12.07 total. The place was a bit dirty, but it was also midnight on a Sunday, so they'd probably been slammed for hours. Nothing crazy though--I still enjoyed it. The place is also really large, one of the bigger In-N-Out interiors I've seen recently, which kind of reminded me of the store in Apple Valley. Overall, really good In-N-Out location. P.S. Thanks to Christian my cashier who got everything correct and was super friendly and helpful above and beyond my order.

You will pick up way better quality chicken fingers at their hot bar for about the same price. The taste is exactly the same, but the quality is just unmatched comparing to this place. So now I can say I've been here tried this, but will never be back and I don't recommend this. Also, what's up with that itty bitty tiny side of coleslaw? Can that thing be even considered a side dish? Again, just go to Whole Foods and load up on it. I don't understand people who choose Raising Cane's, sorry.

And we definitely felt the warmth in there. We also ordered some soda, which was just a soda machine with some lemonade dispensers on the side. The mango lemonade was horrendous and way out of balance. The "soda" was basically tasteless carbonation as if they forgot to refill the soda machine with the soda syrup. After 30 minutes, we noticed that they were fulfilling the big ticket online/delivery orders first. We were STILL the only people at the restaurant WITHOUT food. All of this would have been annoying but acceptable if the food was good. However, it was very unremarkable. The food was somehow salty but flavorless, despite the considerable amount of spice. The chicken was more oil than crunch. We ordered the crimson burrito, chicken and waffles, and half a dozen chicken wings. 2 stars because the crimson burrito was somewhat enjoyable and the sauce was good.

I thought the default sandwich variety in the ordering portal was very good, though I adjusted to have two extra veggie sandwiches.
