Ordered 3 beef patty burgers, they smelled like fish, and tasted like trash. The fries were leftovers in the basket that had been in there way too long. The lettuce was dead and had already lost its color from being previously frozen... I paid 50$ for 3 burgers Not a single one was edible. We literally threw all of them in the trash. read more

I came here today for lunch and they staff did a wonderful job taking care of me! I ordered a superstar meal and two of the chicken BLT's, and every bit of my order was correct, and it was hot and fresh!! And I mean HOT and FRESH! The fries still and steam coming out of them after biting into them, which is exactly the way it's suppose to be. It did take longer to get my order. However, they were still cooking my food and making sure it was correct. I don't mind coming to a place and waiting a little longer and paying the extra money for good service and good quality food. Marie was the lady working the window today and she did a great job and was very nice and friendly. 5 stars for her, and the rest of the team! This has put Burger King to shame! There is no way to give it a 0!!! I ordered breakfast at 10 in the drive-thru and they made me park and wait till 1032am . I ordered biscuits and gravy and sausage and egg biscuit meals that comes with hashbrowns. I got them and the gravy was almost all water it was all over the bottom of my bag which in normally in a bowl. I couldn't take it in my house the bag broke. And food went everywhere. Some of the hash-browns were frozen still and the rest was soggy. And my sausage and egg biscuit has cheese!! This place sucks I will never go back!! ALERT Drove up to order location and put on hold for 9 minutes. I order #2 large size with onion rings- sorry we save fries for sandwiches ok. When I drove to pay at window I was told yes we have onion rings but save them for sandwiches our delivery is not till Tuesday. We have been to this location multiple times and every time we have had something go wrong whether it be burnt food, wrong items, or closing early "just because". Today was the latest in a long line of complaints. We called to ask if they were open because we have been a few times where they said they were closed (2 hours prior to their posted closing times) and they said they were. We got there no more than 3 minutes later and they said they were closed because their systems were shut down. When we mentioned we had just called, they said "oh sorry just a second" and turned their systems back on to take our order which meant that there was nothing wrong with the system, they were just closing early for no reason. This has happened more than once and we are at the point where we will just be going to the North Logan one now; much better service there. read more

I cannot believe how dirty this restaurant was. There were employees on their cell phones bored out of their minds meanwhile all of the tables were filthy. The floor in the playland was disgusting too. I didn't want my kids to be without their shoes on. I had the worst experience at this Carl's Jr. first off we could not hear them threw the speaker and the worker was very pushy while we were making an order. Once we waited 10 minutes for him to respond to us once we were trying to make the order we got tired of waiting and pulled up to window where he ignored us for 5 minutes and then finally came to the window then began to ask what we even ordered when he took more then half our order at the speaker. When he finished re asking for our whole order all over again we gave him money then a coupon which he said he could not take even know it was brand new and wasn't expired. Which then after all of this tells me he has no ones and hands me 4 dollars in quarters I mean that is not really his fault but as a business you'd think they'd have the proper change. read more

I don't eat here anymore. The order is almost always wrong, the food takes for ever or for some reason they're out of what you want. There's never been a time where there hasn't been a problem. I love CJ's it's my favorite fast food but not in cache. Both stores up here must be ran by the same guy. Fries are typically terrible, their breakfast is hosed down in oil of some kind making it nasty. There's too many things wrong to remember them all. The last 3 times I have been to the South Logan Carl's Jr., they are out of items I ordered. First time it was the right size of drink cup which they provided a smaller cup and charged me for a larger size. Second, they were out of hot dog buns - try telling the toddler in the back seat that they can't have a hot dog you were going to get them. Today, they were out of fry sauce and offered no help until I finally asked for a few packs of ketchup. The food is good, but it's a crap shoot as to whether they will have what you actually want when you order. You might want to ask first if they have what you want. read more

I'm very surprised by all the negative reviews. I've been a customer since their opening and I've yet to be disappointed... well... except for the fact that their coffee pot is often empty. The food has always been excellent; a full notch above any of the competing fast food spots like McDonalds, Wendys, etc. (which are pretty good). The service has always been friendly and excellent. My many trips through the drive-through have allways been successful, never once a wrong order, which has happened to me so often at McDonalds that I have to go through the order to make sure it's all there. The food is what makes them superior. Fabulous char-broiled burgers and always something new and unusual (i.e. guacamole double cheese). Alway hearty and filling. A far cry from the health food shop, precisely what decadent, don't give a crap about fads and crazes, old bikers (NO! not the spandex variety...) like me crave. read more

Had a bad experience. Manager told us our next meal would be %50 off. Went back a few weeks later and our experience was even worse. Five meals all crammed into one bag. Our drive through hostess was rude and impatient, couldn't figure out how to properly discount. The bag was so overstuffed that it ripped in half and food went everywhere! After waiting 16 minutes after placing our order they finally got to us. 15 minutes were spent waiting on one car in front of us. The food was good but not worth the wait.
