Yo, so my friend was taking a huge shit for over 15 minutes and only to find out there was no toilet paper. Not gonna lie I died laughing, however, that is truly disgusting. If I wasn't inside the restroom talking to him while he took the dump, he had to walk out without wiping his filthy ass. Worst Carl's I've ever been to. This idiot messed up the guys order in front of us at the drive thru.. then proceeded to mess up our order of 2 burgers, by forgetting one of them!! She is very rude and impatient. Don't know what time they close the doors but we tried to take our order in and get our missing burger but it was already locked at 11 pm. This location isn't in a bad location, but when you walk into this place it seems ghetto. It is even more ghetto during the holidays. The patrons that step foot into this place look homeless. My friend and I ordered food here since we had nothing better to do during the holidays. We came here late night. The staff member had told us we cannot eat here, but we can just come in and order, and then leave. There were many others sitting down eating, so we figured why not sit and eat. And so we did. The staff had blocked one of the doors so no one could come in. Actually it was locked by the staff, but the patrons who were already inside kept letting people from the outside in. The burger was good the chili cheese fries were good and the wrap we had was alright. The main problem here was with the service. I come to fast food places for FAST food and man was this food slow. I felt like I was at a sit down restaurant as it took about ten minutes for the employees to get our food out to us. This is my favorite fast food burger chain. The food is extremely filling and no good for you and that's why I love it. Even Carl's CEO explained on TV that you don't come to Carl's for health food. I only eat here occasionally because I'd be as big as the Goodyear blimp if I made this a daily or weekly stop. It's American fast food at its mega-calorie/sodium count best. When I first walked into Carl's Jr. My first thoughts were that Carl's Jr. looked quiet. I was new to the menu didn't know what the menu was like. I've heard that the food at Carl's Jr. was pretty good. The service was pretty busy from all people that were there. A good environment that Carl's Jr. had inside. Carl's Jr. menu had sorts of food from shakes drinks to burgers. The burger that I choose from the menu was the Double Western Bacon with the combo. That burger caught my eye from everything on the menu because it looked delicious from out of everything in the menu to me. Every burger has its on taste from each other. From what i see the burgers looked delicious and Carl's Jr. is known to have good burgers with some nutrients value. I recommend the Double Western because the combination from the bacon, the burger meat ,and the fried onion rings made it taste like heaven. Carl's Jr. is located 450 The City Drive South, Orange, CA 92868. Every friday night Carl's Jr. is packed i suggest to not go on Friday night. Carl's Jr. has been one of the top fast food restaurants in the untied states and maybe around the world. Also, There's other options, you can choose instead of burgers,and fries. The slice of cheesecake is also delicious and the chocolate cookie. Carl's Jr. also has nacho's that I haven't tried but looks good. Most people will not look at the other options or alternatives on the menu. I have tasted the cheese cake that makes you want more until you cant get enough. I regret eating the spicy chicken because of the taster of the burger. I disliked that they didn't have napkins in the top of any table. You had to ask the cashier or one of the servers that are walking around giving people their orders. From what i saw it looked like the service wasn't in control because of how much people inside and also outside were acting. Even though the service was some what poor the foods was very delicious. From my experiences from eating at Carl's Jr. at the block were that it had a good environment but poor service. I regret choosing more from the menu instead of the burger. Omg, I would give this place no stars if i could. just had the worse experience here. I did the drive thru and ordered my food. The cashier (short Hispanic girl) handed back my drinks with only a couple of ice cubes in each of the two drinks. She was really small and had trouble reaching thru the window, so I can totally understand her trying to cut down the weight in the cups. I handed back the drinks and asked her for more ice. A female manager, Lisette arrived at the window. Lisette was throwing major shade at me, for no reason. She asked the cashier (in Spanish) what the problem was, to which the cashier explained the ice situation. Lisette first rolled her eyes, and then asked me 'what the problem' was. I kindly asked her for more ice. She gave me a dirty look and said something about me, in Spanish, to the cashier. She then filled the cup, to the top, with ice. I then asked her to pour half of the ice out, to which she rudely responded, "What?" I, asked her if she spoke. English, and again, asked her for less ice. She rolled her eyes, filled the cup with very little ice, as if to teach me a lesson for asking for more ice, and then handed the drink to the cashier, making a rude comment in Spanish, before leaving. When I asked the cashier for ketchup for my fries, she went to the back and only returned with two ketchups. Really rude, really uncalled for. Did I owe either of you people money, or did you lose the recipe for ice? Don't come here. Mediocre food and really bad service. Every time I come here they are quick and efficient. Its a fast food place so its not like i am expecting ritz carlton customer service. They have made our food right and once they stopped us because they caught that they gave us the wrong order. Worst service ever. I wouldn't recommend anyone to this horrid place. I wish I could give negative stars because this place deserves that. I usually arrive about 20 minutes early to my work area. This is supposed to give me enough time to grab something on the go. I've stopped at this Carl's Jr. several times to order one chicken sandwich. They always make me pull up to the front and then they forget to give me my food. I have to run inside and grab it causing me to be late to work or to make it just in the knick of time. My chicken sandwich is $1.29. All they have to do is slap the chicken and lettuce in between two buns. Why the hell does that require me to pull up to the front and wait 5-7 minutes?! There is barely anyone ever at drive-thru and the place itself is empty in the mornings. These workers aren't even happy about their jobs. They give attitude when you ask for extra ketchup or ranch. I also recall coming here for lunch once and waiting about 15-20 minutes for my food. RIDICULOUS. I can't believe this place is still open and yet they're closing down a bunch of Burger Kings in Orange County. They should close this damn place down and open up a Burger King. read more

As usual they "f" you in the drive thru, Ordered my usually steak and egg breakfast burrito combo, get to work and it's an egg with bacon, so I called in and the lady apologized, said they have stopped serving breakfast for the day, and said she'll write my name down and next time I'm in say my name and they'll replace my combo. So here I am today a few weeks later (I'm not normally in this area) and I go inside and told the shift manager what happened and my name , she said she'll check. She came back and said she didn't see my name and there's "nothing I can do" and moved on to the next customer in line, so I interrupted trying to keep my temper down and asked for a business card with the manager or office number. She said the number is on the door where you came in. Of course this number of the generic corporation 877 number which I called but isn't staffed on weekends.
