Have had issues with the customer service at this location for a while now. Today was the tipping point though. I'm assuming the owner decided to call me to tell me that they were going to start rejecting my online orders for using the coupons given out by Subway? Claimed i wasn't allowed to use them every day of the year (where does it say that on the coupons??) when I only go there every couple of weeks at most. Hard to really understand him through his accent though. Ridiculous behavior. Those sandwiches are barely worth it with the coupon tbh! read more

Customer service was rude since the moment I walked in to pick up an order. As soon as I walked up the register and informed them I was there to pick up an order I was asked to literally move two steps over to pick up the order in right spot which was right next to the register. I informed them my first name when they asked what was the name and they informed me it wasn't at that location. I showed them my order confirmation to an Asian guy and was told that I had only given my first name and they needed my last name (they never asked for my last name) he did not apologize instead wanted to make sure he was in the right. I had a ridiculous experience here this past Saturday, the 22nd, and I will not return to this location. My order number was 0A08BDDB-86. I ordered my sandwiches through the app at 2:20 pm, and my order was to be completed by 2:45 pm. I was close, so I went inside at about 2:25 pm and told the three girls I was there to pick up a mobile order. They said okay, nothing was being made yet, and I knew I was still about 20 minutes early. I sat down and waited as people came and went, it's now 2:50 and I'm asking the lady about it and she said there was no order. I then showed her my app, which shows my order was completed/paid for, and she started to be the rudest person I've ever met. She's like we didn't get a bing so you didn't order anything.. I said I have the app confirmation right here, and the email confirmation and both show I paid for it. I then asked nicely what I should do in this case, and then she kept being nasty towards me for no reason. I pride myself on not being rude to people and, especially not to people working in a service setting;; they deal with a lot of stuff, and it's not fair. Then she's like, well, you ordered the wrong location, and I'm like, no, if you look at my phone, you'll see it's this one. Then she said, " well, no Bing came through, so we can't do anything for you. I asked for her name. I can't recall what it was because she had a mask and told me in a shallow tone, but it was Ilsion or something like that. I then proceeded to leave because, at this point, I had wasted 45 minutes of my life. As I'm sitting in my car figuring out what I'm going to do, the lady from Subway comes out and says oh, one of the co-workers made it and didn't tell me. No apology for being rude, No apology for insulting me, and no apology for anything. Just it wasn't my fault, and it was there. Also, she never asked her co-workers about the sandwich while I was inside... Then I go inside, get my sandwiches, and guess what? They were made 40 minutes ago and were ice cold. This subway is a great location! Small, clean, great employees and customer service! The service is quick and friendly. The reason I gave them two stars was they no longer provide any type of free water cups for you to consume at the restaurant or to go. I'm avoiding sodas and sugary drinks. I didn't feel like buying a bottle of water! I will not come here anymore and will visit a different location. This location is about 1-mile from my home. I'd rather drive further. read more

Worst subway ever. Worst customer service! Uneducated workers. Walked in to order a sandwich and stood in line. I asked the key to the bathroom and the Hispanic women there (Sat 9/14 6pm shift) said I have to order first. It was a long line, but I waited. When it was my turn I asked to have the key, she said not until I bought a sandwich. Totally ridiculous! Woman to woman I feel like there is a shared understanding there. I gathered my family and told her I would just take my business elsewhere if she wouldn't let me go to the bathroom. Her loss! If they can't get business then they will go out of business. Today is the first day of the promotional Footlong Pass that I purchased for $15. I think the Footlong Pass is too good to be true. Ordered a footlong sandwich online this morning and only received 6 inch sub. Went back to the store. Showed the owner the receipt and the sandwich. If I could leave a lower review I would. This was the worst subway I have ever been to because of the customer service. I was attended by a lady who made my sandwich and then a girl with a big bow headband on her forehead who charged me. We paid in cash and said she wasn't going to accept it because it was ripped. Then I asked if we were to tape it would she take it then. She then responded with an attitude saying "no it's fake". I said, "What do you mean it's fake you just said because it was ripped and we just pulled it out of the atm". She then continued with her attitude saying she wasn't going to accept it because it was fake, it's paper. I know what paper feels like and I know what money feels like, it wasn't fake. Went here to eat a little healthier and saw every employee with a mask on. This is March 2023, both federal and state government has said pandemic is over. Really horrible when the cashier is asking you about making your sandwich a combo and you say yes and ask for chips and the other sandwich "artist" is so adamant about telling me I need to wear a mask next time that they forget to put my chips in the bag. I have never been treated like this at any other subway. Employee Nency I believe told me I can not get more than 2 extra crackers for my soup with no option to buy them either! I always get a soup with 5 crackers for my toddler and this has never been a problem at any other subway I've been to. Absolutely the best run Subway restaurant I've ever walked into. And I've been to a lot of Subways. They are fast, the bread is always fresh, they give the right amount of toppings and the employees don't look pissed off. (Like most Subways) Another thing is that they are genuinely friendly. No fake and scripted "Welcome to Subway" when you walk in. The Asian guy, whom I'm assuming is the owner, is always smiling and asking how your day is going, even when they are incredibly busy. This is the best subway in the area. The lunchtime staff is quick and friendly and gets it right. The franchise owner is a real friendly people person and really knows how to run a business. He mans his register and keeps everything running efficiently. He never misses a "hello, welcome" when the door opens to a new guest. There are always coupons in the weekly mailers, and subway also offers a text coupon that changes about every two weeks. Even if you ask if you could just tip them instead, their "store policy" is you need to purchase a cookie at least. I ordered a turkey bacon avocado wrap, and the employee who made it knew exactly what she was doing. After buying this product around 10 times, a subway employee finally told me what was exactly in it. And... Well that's what I have been getting.
