On our way to Mt Shasta and stopped by this location for lunch through drive thru and ate in the parking lot. The staff were friendly and Thomas was our server and he was fast and customer oriented. They have a code for the bathrooms and you have to ask for it. Angus burgers were good and even my little one ate some chicken nuggets. read more

They took their one good item off their menu, And when i asked for a sandwich, they removed my pickles, let lettuce and added mayo when i said not to. Ariel works there and have the most horrible customer service i have ever received in my 30 years of life, she is very rude to both customers and from what i can gather, the employees as well. I was on Eureka yesterday and l hadn't had breakfast yet so l went into Carls on Eureka and Court St. A sign on the door offered a nice looking breakfast burrito. 2 for $5.00. I ordered the burritos and three packs of salsa. What a laugh. It took ten minutes for the order so l waited. What l got was a flour tortilla with about half of an egg and one piece of bacon, l think there may have been half a teaspoon or less of cheese to validate the offering. The first bite was all tortilla, except for the salsa l out on it. The second bite was same as the first, except now l could see some egg inside. I took another bite and found the bacon, egg and cheese, and the salsa. What a poor excuse for a breakfast sandwich. If you're even in the area, do yourself a favor and DONT stop at Carl's on Eureka. You will be wasting your time and money. I was going to give the second burrito to a homeless guy but l thought, why should l ruin his day so the second burrito remained in the bag and my dog had it for dinner. He complained too. A couple nights ago I witnessed something that shouldn't be tolerated! While waiting for my food in the parking lot I witnessed a couple employees and a couple other people harassing and threatening a customer in their car! They were yelling profanities and flipping this person off as they were just sitting there! It was a bigger girl, a red haired shorter girl and 2 other females! Haven't ever really had a positive experience at this location but tonight was pretty much the final straw for going back. Drive thru only these days. Ordered 2 menu item burgers on my way home, nothing special, no combo, just 2 burgers. Since they are never hot figured I would eat mine on the way home, have about 20 minutes. Rifled through the bag only to find the order is wrong back around through the drive thru since I was still close. Got a pretty blank response and was asked for the wrong one back. Got another one, should have checked but didn't since I was pretty peeved at this point. Told the guy it was pretty irritating to have it wrong and glad I checked before heading home. More blank and shut the window while I was still talking. Not going back to this site. If hubby didn't like the place I would never go to any of them again read more

I stopped in yesterday morning to get the $4 Real Deal. It came out to $5.38 because the price had gone up. I was staring at a sign that said what I wanted was $4. The girl in drive thru said there was nothing she could do, so I asked for the manager. She came back and said he was too busy unloading the truck. I realize it's fast food. I get that I'm not paying for 5 star service, but come on. UPDATE: The GM emailed me, apologizing for the service, an gave me assurance that I had a free meal at my convenience. Arrived at about 7:40 pm last night. 3/4 of the dining area was blocked off. The restroom was filthy. Like a truck stop restroom. The garbage can outside was overflowing. The self serve soda foundation was disgusting. Even the order counter was gross. I chose not to order....the other 4 in my party took their chances. They ordered to go. It took forever, the order was wrong, the fries were cold, the food was edible ( just barely), even the cookies were inconsistent, one very brown, one done right. I actually took pictures! The drive thru literally had cars backing out. We heard the " manager" take and order from an irritated drive thru customer....he dropped his mic and said loud enough for us to hear him, " jeez lady! It's not my fault you picked a bad time to come here!" TERRIBLE Terribly filthy and horribly old buns. Ordered a famous star 8:15 am, I was really hungry and Carls being my favorite restaurant, was right there. I noticed the messy place but I figured the food should be safe, and the buns should be fresh. I went in and ordered to go and took my food down to the rivertrail to eat it. Food was disgusting and the buns were old, I mean really stale and crumbly, Like they were left out in the open overnight or all week. That's what they tasted like. This is the worst Carl"s Jr I have ever eaten at in my many years of life. They ruined my experience and made me sick. I should have realized it would be garbage just by the appearance of the restaurant and the employees, including the manager. I will never be going back to this store and after my experience there, I likely won't be dining at any other Carl's Jr ever again! I have a service dog because I have severe health issues. My dog helps make it safer and easier for me to go around. I've had him for 7 years, and in those 7 years, I have NEVER been treated so horribly. I came in to order and as soon as the cashier saw my dog she demanded to see a doctor's note regarding him. If you don't know, it is very illegal for her to even ask that... she can't even ask what my disability is. She's allowed to ask if he's a service dog, if I have a disability (but not what it is) and what tasks my dog does to help me. Anything beyond that is illegal. I explained just that to her and even pointed out that legal, my dog doesn't even have to wear the vest he had on. She just kept saying, "my manager said I have to get doctor's papers". I told her to go to their office computer and she can pull up the ADA service dog laws on the Dept. of Justice website. She refused and said, "no, it still doesn't matter". My grandmother who was with me told her the same stuff I did. I asked to see this "manager" who apparently wasn't there and the person I was talking to was the shift leader. I said "fine, give me the manager and restaurant information and I'll deal with corporate." That was a wonderful way to start the long drive I was going on for vacation.... not! In my 7 years of having my service dog, I've only ever had a problem with one other restaurant. As soon as I explained to them the law, they promptly apologized and even cover my meal. They just didn't know what the law was. This was just someone being on a power trip, refusing to admit they were wrong and seemingly taking pleasure in making someone with a disability feel absolutely horrible. read more

When I asked her, she said very rudely, that she was very busy and did not have time to make any coffee right now.
