Ashley the "GMIT" was the worst employee I have ever dealt with ever at any fast food chain. We drove thru this morning and ordered a simple grilled cheese with beyond meat. We open up our food, after waiting 10 minutes in a drive thru with nobody in it, and find that out grilled cheese is cold and not cooked at all. So we take the food back inside and ask for a refund. She looked at us like we were stupid and was extremely rude right off the bat. The situation escalated very quickly and she became extremely rude. After arguing she started cussing back at us and proceeded to call us a "bitch" and "fucking rude" and as I was leaving she said "don't ever come back you fucking bitch. Get the fuck out of here bitch" I will not only never go back to Carl's Jr. I will be reaching out to corporate offices. If you want to be cussed out and have cold food then come here. Hopefully management will pull the camera footage and see how she treated us and acted out. read more

I got their California classic meal for $4.99 because I was starving & stuck at Kohl's for hours Xmas shopping. This place is always clean and food is always hot and fresh. You can order burgers or Green Burrito Mexican food. I had the steakhouse burger today and it was perfectly cooked. If you like blue cheese, give it a try. The combination of the cheese, onion straws, and A-1 sauce made for an excellent flavor. I'll have to add a photo later. There is a play area for kids that is separated from the main dining area. Even when it's full of kids, it's very quiet. For fast food, it's really very good. read more

Can never get an order correct. Ordered a #6 combo and asked for light sauce, add extra lettuce They now charge for lettuce which is fine. Well, hate to say it but there's an employee working the window here that likes to pocket extra cash. I didn't realize it until I got home but 20.00 - 8.31= 11.69 Not 9.50... The heavy set guy working the drive through window around 4-5 on Fri the day of this review. He did not give me a receipt so I can't go back and make a argument, so I leave my incident here for those in a position to do something about this. Usually I like this place, but today I received some bad customer service. I came through the drive through and placed an order for a couple of meals. They repeated my order correctly. I pulled up and they handed me my order. I checked my bag and everything seemed correct, so I drove home. When I got there I realised they had switched up my chicken stars with some jalapeno poppers. I work in a drive through, so I know it happens and it wasn't a big deal. I called and they said to come back and they would replace my order. I drove back and my chicken stars were still there. It looks like they had been opened to fulfill other orders. When I asked for my chicken stars not only did they just add a couple they had taken to the old ones, they weren't wearing gloves when they did so, and one of them was eating while fixing my order. At 1:20 this afternoon - while refilling my drink - the cone blew off the dispenser - covered my arm with soda - and left the cone in my cup. Just had one of the worst lunches ever here... Ordered the Six Dollar jalapeno combo with med size sweet potato fries, some how the cost was $9.40!! REALLY?!?!? its a drive-thru not Red Robin....... On top of the cost the container for my fries was busted so they dumped out all over the bag, when I put them back in the container it wasn't even half full and they were cold.. the SIX Dollar burger was burnt and sure seems to be much smaller then I remember, its honestly not much bigger then a normal patty, it lacked flavor and was very dry, All in all I'm not a big fast food guy and with this lunch I now remember why I hate fast food, very disappointed and wont be eating here again... This Carl's Jr is horrible. our order was wrong, the fries we did get were cold and rubbery, the six dollar western bacon burger we ordered was the size of a child's cheeseburger and the worst of everything was used to make this burger. I don't know what's wrong with this place but for us local folks its just not up to par. read more

Went here today 9/11/19 to grab lunch and let my kid play. They gave my order to another customer that also had the exact same order number- odd. After the other customer opened the food -touching it to check it, the employee brought the same food over to me. Yuck! So I politely requested new food and she walked away. A few minutes later a different Employee came to my table, dropped off a tray of food and immediately walked away. It was the exact same food, they didn't even bother to change the ripped bag the kids meal was in and simply folded it over thinking I was too stupid to notice. So then I was the villain who had to take my kids meal back and request a refund and leave with my child who just wanted to play and have lunch. No apology was offered by any of the employees and they seemed irritated that I would ask for a refund. I already contacted corporate and will be contacting the health department soon! read more

I went there a few weeks ago on my way to the auto place to get my oil changed and tires rotated. I ordered a #2. When I got to the auto place, I sat down to eat while waiting for my car to be serviced and there were no fries. I called to let them know. I just said that I was there about 10 mins earlier in a red car and I didn't get my fries. The girl said... like really quickly almost like she was expecting me to call... "#2 no mayo, right?" I was like yeah. She quickly snapped, "Well, she didn't charge you for it." I said, "Doesn't it come with fries?". She said, "Yeah, but you didn't get charged for it, so we don't owe you any fries." I said, "Ok, but I still want my fries." She said, "That's not how she rung it up." There was NO ownership of the mistake. She never asked me what she could do to help or if I wanted to come and get my fries later. I wished, looking back, that I would have gotten the GM's info. I will drive up the road to the other Carl's Jr before I ever go back there. Doubtful that they even care, though. I worked fast food once upon a time. It sucks and it's hard to deal with so many people, so I try not to be hard on the people trying to make a living in a difficult, low paying job... but we always tried to make up for mistakes. read more

I am currently sitting inside this location. The service is horrible. Daisy is at the register and was helping the people in front of me and once she finished that transaction she just walked away from the register. There were people behind me as well. There was no "can you give me just a second so I can run these orders out" or anything. She literally just walked away and had no sense of urgency to get back to the register. Once she said she could help me she wasn't rude, per say, but she just had no personality. She was rushing me through my order and had a mild attitude. I am extremely disappointed. If there was another Carl's closer to where I lived I definitely would NOT give this one my business. Plus it's always gross here. Just went through the drive through with my husband after work since it's on the way home. My husband wanted to stop by since he loves the fries and burgers. I'm vegetarian and I always figure out what to eat, even here. I simply ordered a Guacamole Burger with no meat, simple as that. I don't like making orders complicated especially at a burger place. When we get the order i had my husband check (without opening the burgers) and everything was accounted for. When we get home, which is about 25 minutes away I look at the order and they got mine completely wrong. They slipped someone else's burger into our bag because there was no guacamole at all on mine, and it had tomato, onion and a big ol juicy patty. I call them instantly, 1, 2, 3, now 4 times and NO ONE IS ANSWERING!! I call corporate and let them know so I'm now expecting a call from someone. I didn't want to call corp, but the fact that no one is answering the phone is pretty ridiculous. Who ever ended up with my burger, must be pretty upset because the one I got looked pretty damn good. Came here time to time to have their Big Chicken Fillet and I always enjoy it. Trued their Moonlight Burger to and man, I just loved their sauce. Whenever I need a quick food to eat I come here and order their spicy chicker. Its cheap and tasty. read more

One star is too much! My family used to frequent this location ALL the time when my children were young (5 to 12 years ago). Since then this location has gone downhill. On two seperate occasions we have gone through the drive thru to order chicken stars for my kids only to be told that they were out. The first time we ordered chicken strips instead, but my kids were very unsatisfied. The second time we literally sat in the drive thru and ordered nothing opting instead to drive down the street to Del Taco. Also, for some reason this location does not serve the famous Carl's Jr house dressing. This was a favorite with the zucchini and chicken stars, but about 5 years ago they just stopped offering this option (however I know other locations still do). Today was the final straw. My youngest begged to come here before baseball practice to get chicken stars. We orders (a total of $35 of food including 3 orders of 9 piece chicken stars). We sat down when 5 minutes later the manager came out and informed us that they were (once again) out of chicken stars. Of course my kids didn't want anything else (this was the entire reason we came here!). The manager kept offering other food but didn't understand why we were upset about this. Had they told us they were out when we ordered then we could have left and ordered the food we wanted from another establishment. Instead they took our money and did not provide the products! We finally convinced the kids to just get a hamburger (2 cheap hamburgers instead of the 3 orders of 9 piece nuggets) but had to argue with the manager that this was not equivalent to what we paid for. He asked if he could give us fries to which I explained that we had already ordered everything that we wanted and did not want anything else (otherwise we would have ordered it!). Finally he agreed to refund us the price difference. However, our order then came out one item at a time,and twice we had to remind them that we did not receive an item (we still never got the kids meal fries or toy). If the experience couldn't get worse, the chicken tostada salad came with a chewy and soggy bowl. The entire meal was a disaster. Needless to say, three strikes and this place is out. We will NEVER again give this establishment our business. Bakers is right down the road and they are never "out" of items! I urge you to do the same. This place needs new management or just to be flat out shut down!! read more
