Ok so I haven't had Carl's Jr in years due to multiple bad experiences, but I just wanted to say this one rocks! I had a super bad day, had to get crutches in the hospital, was there all day, and starving. First off, the employees taking the order were very polite. I ordered a Famous burger with added bacon and an Oreo shake. Not bad, fries were good - quality of better than Wendy's or McDonald's (in my opinion). The tall bigger guy at the window was super nice and chill, wish I knew his name to thank him. Next when I got my Oreo shake they put EXTRA whip cream. Now I'm the kind of person that loves extra whip cream, asks for it, and never gets it. This one time I didn't ask and they seriously blew my mind and expectations. For a minimum wage job, most people half ass it and don't care, but it seemed like this guy was on it for everything. He asked if we wanted sauces and I requested ranch. Typically a fast food place will only give out one sauce if not specified due to tight rules/budget/not caring. But I got 3 buttermilk ranches and HELL YEAH. I'm not one to compliment lightly because I previously worked in the food industry so I understand the ins and outs - but for what this place offers they did an awesome job and I really hope that tall guy can get some recognition. Unfortunately this place is a no go. Rude workers that don't care even if they are "trained". I once got a burger with no patty inside. Whatever job you have , do it well. You never know who you will encounter and all the connections that can be made. Some people are miserable and their life sucks. I will never spend my money at this establishment. And the bathrooms are disgusting. I walked in once and walked right out immediately. Good luck to management. Went through the Carl's Jr. drive-thru and had a really frustrating experience. The woman taking our order was incredibly rude, kept cutting off my husband while he was talking and acted like listening to us was a burden. When we got to the window, she rolled her eyes at us while handing over the food. If she hates her job that much, maybe customer service isn't the right fit. Lol this is a fast food joint it's pretty much self explanatory. I came down here cuz McDonald's line was too long. So I ordered a egg, cheese, and sausage biscuit combo. He was doing every job he could do and never stopped working to keep up the pace of operations. I don't typically think to give fast food establishments reviews, and neither do most people based on their horrible rating, but I realized that after the dozen or so times I've been here, they deserve a review. Really just a quick note that they ALWAYS have EVERYTHING correct. Silverware, sauces, etc. never have to remind them of anything. Which for whatever reason seems to be an IMPOSSIBLE FEAT for most fast food places. To top that off, the people that work here all really get along and treat each other with respect. Even when they've been there for hours (I usually come close to closing time) you can tell they're all nice to each other. Polite people + correct orders. What more could you ask for? Ok I love Carl's Jr. Better then McDonald's and other places, not best but better then most. One by my house is amazing! Orders always correct for me, food fresh and hot! This one by my job. Lack luster, friends just warm,burger was warm but did not looked grilled for long (I've worked for fast food before so I know most cooking methods) just lacking care for the product. Not sure why but of all the Carls Jr's I go to, this place is the worst! Most of the employees have trouble understanding your order when you go thru the drive thru. Today someone had to repeat their order 3 times. I only had to give it once, but I asked for Mayo, they said it was already in the bag. I said are you sure, because I normally have to ask for it beforehand. I looked in the bag and no Mayo, the guy ended up walking away from the window because i caught him in a lie. I think this is one of the first times I've ever got created from the cashier so warmly at a fast food restaurant. He quickly told us what do you feel like ordering and gave me the special of the day. They have the new Beyond Burger which is fantastic I ordered one of those and I also ordered a special Big Carl Burger. We waited a little while for the burgers to come in, and once they were complete the man graciously brought them and apologize for the long wait. I came here hungry for a breakfast sandwich. I didn't eat breakfast prior to coming here. I saw the drive thru and pulled up. I got the grilled cheese with sausage and egg. I got the small combination meal which came with hash browns that are shaped in a circle. Yummy! I got an orange juice to drink. The line went fast. It's fast food. I needed to eat something fast. After I got my food, I parked in their parking lot. I had to eat before going shopping. The sandwich was pretty big and filled with scrambled eggs, melted cheese and sausage. It was good. The hash brown circles were crunchy and greasy. I had some ketchup to top my hash browns. The orange juice was in a small carton. Pretty descent for fast food. I've been to this location more than a few times (usually in the mornings) and the girls who work the cash register are ALWAYS trying to rush you when looking at the menu, ALWAYS disgruntled when you walk in, (Even when it's not busy) They talk to you as if you've ruined their day. By far the worst experience yet! I ordered the hand breaded Swiss bacon chicken sandwich X2 and received two dehydrated faux chicken patties in between two slices of stale bread! I also ordered French fries that were a sneeze away from being mashed potatoes, cold and soggy! I was so frustrated I was going to go back and contest my order but I realized that the manager is the one who took my order.
