Onion rings were ok. Nothing to rave about honestly. The seasoning on it made them seem nicer but I think it just took away from a good ol fashioned onion rings, they also added a seasoning to the ranch to pair with the onion ring and I wasn't a huge fan. I've gone here several times and each experience has always lived up to the great expectation of each burger I've tried. Prices are a little up there given "the size" of the burgers, but you're paying for the ingredients and quality of it. The flavors of each burgers are truly incredible. Everything is fresh, cooked to perfection, and explained very well when brought to the table. I forgot the name of the burger I tried, but it was chicken based that was like a curry infused (it was yellow) and I thought it was a nice edition to the menu. Been wanting to try this place for a few years but parking was always the problem. Went on a Monday, found a parking spot! My husband and I split the two sliders combo- we got the Rosiemac burger and the little munchies chicken sandwich. Also a side of Elote fries. You guys.... It was to die for good! Just to give some background, we came to San Diego for a food tour, and Rosemarie's was one of the stops on our list and I'm SO glad it was! This is literally a MUST TRY if you're in San Diego. Our group ended up trying about half the menu, and EVERYTHING was SOOOOO good! Maddie and Sol were also so sweet and welcoming. We stopped in after not being able to decide what to eat, their menu sounded good and the kids were hungry. As it says, 1 is a snack, 2 is a meal, go for 2 or more. The meat had that smash burger-style crust and was packed with flavor. The bun was thick and held everything together nicely. * The Little Sal: another solid slider. I really enjoyed the sauce on top, which added a lot of flavor. * French Fries: the seasoning was phenomenal. The fries themselves could have been crispier, though. I ended up taking the leftovers home and throwing them in the air fryer. The staff were friendly, especially toward the dogs. They don't offer dog treats or a dog menu, but they are dog-friendly, which is always appreciated. Service was a bit underwhelming. When I asked about happy hour, I was directed to a party pack special that included four sliders, chicken tenders, and fries or onion rings (I believe) for around $60, which didn't seem like much of a deal. I was also told they have happy hour pricing on beer, but when I asked what the discount was, I was simply pointed back to the sign and told happy hour on beers without much explanation. After that, no one really came around to check on us. Overall, it's a convenient spot, but parking can be difficult. The Little Sal may be my favorite burger that I have tried in San Diego. I loved the bacon whiskey sauce ; it gave it a sweet taste and the meat was perfectly cooked. I got in no mayo and with the bacon whisky sauce and onions you don't need the mayo. I also tried the Nashville Hot Chicken and I just didn't love it. Maybe it was because it just couldn't compare to the burger or maybe it just had a bit too much breading for me but I will stick to the burgers.
