This is the most awful place ever!! I vowed a few times to never come again, but then decided to give it a second chance. This was the final straw and I will NEVER eat at Carls Jr again. I placed my order and they got it incorrect (no cheese), I took it back and the shift leader whispered under his breath "they never told me that" as he threw the sandwich. When I got the order correct the the sausage was so hard that it was apparent that it was re-cooked. I asked about it and they said that's how it is, as the cooked began saying "ahora que" meaning "now what". I almost responded to her but I thought I would keep my cool. I have not eaten at a Carl's Jr. in years so this was a treat. The restaurant was very clean and there was no line when I got there. I decided to order the All American Thickburger, so I told the cashier I wanted the thickburger. When I got my burger it was not what I ordered. I didn't realize that there were multiple thickburgers and the cashier never asked me to clarify which one I wanted. So they gave me the basic one. Maybe she should have double checked before assuming? Especially since my husband and I were discussing the All American thickburger (which is a crazy burger with a hot dog and potato chips on it) really loudly right in front of her. Oh well. I live in the area and have been here a few times. After each time, I tell myself that I would give them another chance. But this time was the final straw. Always before it was something pretty minor (got the wrong drink, left out the fries, etc.) This time, I ordered the chicken strips for my wife and daughter to share. When we got home (after checking the bag to make sure everything was there before we left), my wife opened the container with the chicken and was greeted by 5 chicken pieces that were at MOST 2" long and thin. PLUS they were burnt (like they had been sitting and they tried to 'warm them up'). My wife called and the shift leader answered the phone. My wife explained the situation and the shift leader said, "Oh.". Not "I'm sorry" or 'I apologize', just Oh. She didn't offer any regrets or apologies at all. After a few minutes of my wife explaining what she thought of her lack of empathy, the woman said "Well, I guess I can replace them for you". LOUSY customer service. On Saturday June 5th I stopped to get a burger at this location, a western bacon cheese no BBQ sauce add extra Mayo and extra special sauce. When I got home there was hardly any sauce on that , basically a god dame dry sandwich !!!! On the 4th of June Thursday I stopped to try the new chicken Waffle sandwich and the Waffle was so bad that I had to dump it. I just went trough the Drive-true and ordered the Swiss bacon chicken burger and it taste horrible. The chicken taste like it's been left out and over cooked, and worst of all the breading is as hard as a rock and the meat was yellow. I ordered the cheese bacon fries, instead of waffle fries the lady at the drive thru just threw in the french fries, some no good looking bacon and some cheese.i went back and she knew she was wrong but tried to cover it up vy telling me that its a same price. Of course , i wasn't going to pay more , since you wasted my time ad i had to wake my baby up to walk into the restaurant. The young lady that served me on drive through was closing her shift when i walked in and she seemed she didnt care, however the lady who was getting on the shift seemed to understand my frustration even though i wasnt dramatic. First, I want to say that I love Carl's jr. Burgers! I'm a simple guy I love the taste of the famous star burger. I don't know exactly what the problem is but I've noticed in the last couple of visits the service and quality of food have declined rapidly. Only reason that I am on Yelp complaining about Carl's jr. Is because I had to wait over 25 minutes in the drive thru in order to get a famous Star Burger that was not only cold but tasteless! That was hands down the most I have ever waited in a Drive-Thru. And the reason was not because of that one car in front of me because half of the time that I was waiting there I was next to the window. This location is okay. There food quality has always been great. I would recommend this place for drive through! They really seem to care about their drive through orders that they work so speedy!! But for ordering in the store is horrible. It's like they really dont care. I recently went to this location to order food and decided to go in the restaurant. I had to wait about 3 minutes to receive service, for they were too busy attending the drive through. I believe it was the manager who took my order, and she seemed to be in such a huge rush when at the time there were only 2 cars in the drive through. Then I waited for over 15 minutes to receive my order! I watched them take about 5 peoples orders through the drive through and give them their orders quick! I had ordered first before all of them and received it very last. Which is BS. I had ordered a burger with jalapenos added to it, then i got a kids meal for my son. In the end, I had to go back to the register twice to let them know my child's toy was missing, and then because they forgot to add his orange juice. Oh and they didn't even add Jalapenos. read more

I went in Feb 31st around 1/2 pm, pulled up to the drive though and asked for a spicy chicken sandwich and fries (I have had them before and they're small enough to eat on a lunch break). A young man was taking my order and I guess he had never heard of this sandwich and he kept repeating they didn't have it on the menu, but it's there. I was patiently repeating my order, then another employee (who probably got frustrated) yelled "we don't have spicy chicken!". So she chimed into the conversation yelling at me. I asked the young man who was yelling and he calmly said "no one"; he told me the total and I pulled up to the window. I asked who was the woman that yelled and he said it was a woman (Peggy), who was standing next to him. I asked her why she was yelling and said maybe her headset worked a lot better, but either way she wasn't taking my order. I asked for her name and she told me to give her a minute and walked to the front; from the window I saw her packing other orders. She came back to the window from the front with my order while the young guy was swiping my card; then I asked for her name again and she finally said Peggy. I know work can sometimes be frustrating for all employees, but having a bad attitude not only creates a negative atmosphere for coworkers but also customers. read more

I went into the drive thru the employee greeted me and said pull up to the window without taking my order which I thought was very strange so I pulled up and they tried to charge me for an order that a customer placed behind me I told the employee you never took my order she started arguing with that she never told me to pull up I kept my cool because I was literally so feed up with her disrespecting me her shift leader came to my window asked me who told you to pull up I responded idk one of you two if it wasn't you then it was your employee.
