I generally don't write reviews of fast food restaurants because they are all the same. We stopped off at Carls in route for a bite to eat and a potty break. Food was good- made for us as we arrived, famous stars w cheese and fries. What was noticeable to me was how clean the restaurant was. The bathroom smelled of comet and bleach. I have been here 3 or 4 times since they opened and all 4 times I have got food poisoning from there grilled chicken sandwich all 4 time in the last few years that they been open I will never go there again the cashier was a nice guy vary plight but I wont be eating there anymore at the one here in Winslow,AZ my suggestion would be don't get the grilled chicken sandwich it will make u so sick!!!! read more

My man & I stopped here while being stuck in traffic for 3 1/2 hrs . Breakfast was amazing ! The lady at the drive through who took/gave us our order was the sweetest & made us smile . There was a man outside on the corner , playing guitar . Specifically Blink 182 & it was beautiful . If he's there when you go , I suggest stopping & asking him to play Bored to Death . He has an amazing voice & brought tears to my eyes . All around great experience . Don't understand why this establishment has 2.5 stars . Makes me sad . read more

Tried to get food at 730am with not a soul in the parking lot. Employees sat at a table eating and staring at us and then told us we needed to move our truck....because it was in the way....of all the customers? No greeting no sign of getting up. Great service, the people working here are kind and the food is always hot and fresh. I'm a traveling nurse in Winslow, and it's been nice to get the Beyond Burger and fries for dinner though the drive through. The staff are wearing masks so I feel safe consuming food from here. The Beyond Burger tastes just like a regular burger and is prepared well here! I will definitely return to this location. The fries are better than McDonalds. read more

I read the older reviews and they were all pretty bad. There were a couple of newer one's that were a lot better. We were traveling, stopped for gas and took a chance. We ordered a Super Star combo and a Famous Star combo. They were both very good, fresh, hot and cooked nicely. The fries were hot, crisp and delicious. You can't even get food. 8pm - no one in dining room, workers cleaning and in the kitchen. No way at register. Stood around 15 min waiting for someone to take an order. 2 cars came through drive thru and were served. I asked if they only taking orders through drive through and was told no someone would take my order. I asked if they knew when and they said they didn't know--soon. Finally just left. I really wanted to love this place. Our town waited a year for them to build it. But the customer service is by far the worst I've ever had at any fast food joint. I always give restaurants 3 chances and each time I went it was decent to plain bad. I had a cheese burger that tasted like a fish burger. Been coming to this place for several months now on our way thru town. Place has been pretty good service until today. 5 minutes just to be waited on and I was only person in line. Drive thru was backed up and several orders on their board. Women came In Complaining she was given wrong order in drive thru and she was helped before me. Some employee was barking orders at the cashier who was running both front and drive thru. Cashier was obviously new and had no idea what she was doing. Finally got my order placed. The employee who was barking orders finally came up front to help the girl bag her orders. But yet there were two other people cooking all the time while the cashier was falling behind. As my order was handed to me 15 minutes after I placed it, another girl came from the office and told the girl barking orders to the cashier that she needs to run her own shifts. This must have been a shift manager as she just walked away from everything and went to restroom. Food was cold, ice tea was actually light brown water. Had no taste of ice tea.
