Waited for our order for over 15 minutes. They were out of several of the popular drinks. The pop machine in the lobby didn't work. We ordered extra meat on each item and only one we could tell that it got it. Each item there was something we added along with extra meat. You could barely tell if that extra item even got put on like onions. We put our order in and was paying with cash. It took 5 minutes to get someone to take our money. Just watch one of the workers running to Safeway. Taco Bell has been our favorite fast food place to eat at, but we came to Winslow from Mesa to visit the town and the experience here was the worst we have ever had. We will never eat at this Taco Bell again. The experience here made me download Yelp and leave this comment. I have never left a comment before. read more

Wow! First when we got there we were the only ones in the restaurant and it took us asking if anyone was available before we were even acknowledged then we were told use the kiosk right over there to order. After we ordered they screwed up checking us out because we chose to pay with cash!! I got the 3 taco meal please look at the pictures to see that I only got a third of a taco in each one. And not only were the tacos stale and no cheese there was 2/3 of it empty!!! They supposedly gave me two tacos to make the checking out mess up right.... So yeah no I got total maybe a taco and a half! Don't waste your time here. Either the employees didn't care because the manager was not there or they just plain need a new manager. Either way don't waste your time or money for sub par food and sub par service Also I am posting this review just in case my mom or I end up with food poisoning there is a record!!!! read more

This has got to be the most gob smacking taco bell I've ever eaten at, the food was so good it made my taste buds jump. On an extended road trip with the family - we stopped in last night and were wanting to order about 20 items with some customization of the ingredients. Walk in customers have to use the touch screens (which I disagree with) so we asked a young man, Caleb, who was working there, if he could help. He promptly came around the counter and input our order. He was super polite and did it with a smile - this seems to be rare these days and he really exceeded my expectations. And the prep cooks were fast and efficient and our order came out exactly as we wanted, so thank you Caleb and the entire crew for a job well done. It was a pleasant experience after a 10 hour driving day. read more

Taco Bell may be the second-most-underappreciated restaurant chain in America. They have a lot of cheap, tasty options! We were there during tight Coronavirus restrictions, and the employees were there and doing their jobs. I would add that eating in your car stinks. read more

Rude Customer service at the drive-thru. Close the drive thru window on us while handing our money to her. She seem like she didn't want to be there and her attitude wasn't very good. So just drove off and left our order. Plus a week ago, I walk in and the place Was disgusting. Food and napkin over the place. The bathroom had pee and human feces on the toilet. Worst Taco Bell ever. The staff is friendly but this is the second time they messed up my order. Won't mention the first time because the store manager was nice enough to help solve my problem. Second now around they didn't give me my special soft taco that was suppose to be for my 1 year old. So I called back and they say "come back" like people are busy that's why we go through drive through, I don't want to wait in your 15 minute line again so I suggested they do the order right the first time. Don't do it. Stop in flagstaff for food or go to the Safeway in the same parking lot. All the food tastes like fish oil. It's also a Long John Silver, so that's probably why. They are super overpriced. It's the only one in town and one of a few name brand fast food locations for a good 52 miles. read more

So I go to Taco Bell in Winslow today, August 12, 2019. Trying to figure out something I would like to eat. I ask the person taking the order about different things. He is impatient, and though he says order when I am ready, keeps rushing me. He seems annoyed at the questions I am asking. I have ordered things by looking at pics on the board, in the past, that ended up having a funky sauce I can't stand or so much sour cream is ruins the flavor. This guy was not a good customer service person. Then he says the ingredients are on the board. Well if they are, they are not clearly visible and then he says it's in the pic. Ummm you can't tell squat from pics. The point is, he shouldn't be impatient. No one was behind me. Then the cinnamon twists taste like bug spray smells. Not at all happy. read more

This is the single best Taco Bell in the country, I swear. The staff is super friendly and very efficient! The entire place, including the bathrooms, was immaculate and well stocked. Management at this particular location is doing something right. The warmth and attention to detail from the staff is remarkable. Watching them go about their work, clearly in good spirits and with utmost diligence was remarkable. I've been a staff trainer for fine dining restaurants in the past and wish that I had managed to produce similar results. The food itself was Taco Bell, i.e. neither better nor worse than one would expect, it was absolutely fine. What made the experience itself noteworthy was this location's crew. Courtesy and attentiveness of the sort my family and I recieved are far too rare and this team, along with their management should absolutely be commended. Well done! read more

We stood waiting for a chashier to show up for 5 minutes. Chashier was a dime. Then we get our food and they forgot a slushee then one of Our quesadilla was wrong so I took it back and got another one. The second one the cheese wasn't melted at all. They are really un-organized and disfunctonal. The eating area was nasty and tables weren't wiped clean. Not a very fine sight to see in Winslow Arizona. read more
