What happened to this place?…read more I just had the worst restaurant experience of my life. Our order consisted of only three pizzas, and two appetizers yet it took more than two hours to arrive. During that time, I eventually had to go to the counter myself and ask for a pitcher of water because my seven grandkids had been sitting there with nothing to drink. Service was virtually nonexistent throughout the entire visit. My family and I have lived in Heber for more than three years, and this restaurant has been one of our favorite places to eat for most of that time. We kept coming back because of the good food, friendly staff, and efficient service. Unfortunately, this visit was the complete opposite. The food was just okay, but the service was by far the worst I've experienced. To make matters worse, my bill went from a reasonable $105 to $139 after additional charges were added, including a catering fee, a credit card fee, and a tip--which I still left because I respect food service workers. This experience was incredibly disappointing, especially considering how much we used to enjoy coming here. I can say with confidence that I won't be returning. When we went on Friday, we noticed a lot of people had ridden their side-by-sides there. The next morning, we went out riding ourselves and ended up flipping ours onto its side. We weren't sure what to do, so my boyfriend called the restaurant to see if maybe someone could help. One of the owners answered and came out to us within about 20 minutes no hesitation, just asking if we were okay. We're not even locals, just visiting, and they still went out of their way to help us. Truly some of the kindest people we've met. I'm so grateful and would recommend this place to anyone.
