Very fast delivery from a really nice driver. That's where the positives end. We had ordered a thin crust cheese pizza with extra olives. Who could screw that up? Why, Pizza Hut can! Crust tasted like soggy cardboard, and the cheese and marina were basically tasteless. Why are they even legally allowed to call this a "pizza"? Never again!!! read more

We are still going to give them 5 STARS because we didn't get our DEEP DISH PEPPERONI PIZZA that we ordered over the phone last night but a Pan Pepperoni Pizza instead. We still tipped the delivery guy a good amount even though we didn't get any napkins as we had our food delivered to our hotel room late at night. We stopped off in Winslow and ordered pizza to be delivered to our motel. I called and gave my credit card over the phone to Pizza Hut employee. Less than two days later my credit card number was being used fraudulently around Winslow. The number had to have been stolen when I ordered over the phone. I would not recommend this place and I would caution anyone from ordering from there. read more

This location in Winslow Arizona for sure gets a 5 star review from us... being greeted and very welcomed by Mariah Faith the employee that was staffed there today, her customer service was excellent... she was absolutely so nice and friendly... kind and made sure we were very well taking care of... Unprofessional-Pizza Hut I think Pizza Hut needs to be more professional on the people they hire by at least inspecting the decals of their delivery drivers' vehicles. Delivering pizza with obscene decals is not good especially for kids that admire transformers, in this case transformers flipping off other drivers. read more

Called for delivery on a Tuesday around 6p. Placed the order, was told it would be about an hour. Called an hour and a half later, was told that the order was out for delivery. No delivery. Called another hour later, was told that the order was out for delivery and that they could not call the driver to see where they are. After getting hung up on, we drove to the location and the employees told us that they cancelled our order because the call center took all the wrong information. They blamed all of their issues on the call center, which is the only reason I'm giving two stars instead of one. You would think a well known restaurant in a tourist spot would have a better system down. Employees were nice but complained about how busy they were and how much overtime they were owed. They tried to right the issue but the location needs a huge operational overhaul. read more

I always love Pizza Hut Buffet. We were in a hurry to get a reception and needed to eat, they were serving buffet and the hostest got us To-Go buffet boxes, I'm not even sure if that option is on the menu but they took care of us. Excellent pizza, great service. Not a whole lot different from other pizza huts I've been to. There is free high speed wi-fi internet and lots of TVs to watch while you are waiting for your pizza to cook. Waiter was really nice and chatty. The table and utensils were clean. Stopped here for lunch 2/2/19. Service was awful! We were seated but the server never got our drinks. After 10 mins of waiting I had to go up to counter ask for our drinks and placed our order there. My elderly father who is a diabetic fainted in the dining room we quickly grabbed something for him to eat from the salad bar. Finally, our drinks came. The pizza was not what we ordered but by that time we were frustrated with the lack of service. Finally, we got our refill towards the end of our meal. Diners beware. If you think you found a lucky spot in gulf shores for a restaurant with very few cars parked, it is not luck, save yourself the trouble and find somewhere else to eat. There is a reason they are not busy. This is one of the strangest and worst experiences I've ever had at a restaurant. We walked in and there was two tables eating in the entire restaurant. The hostess yelled from across the room that we cannot come in and will have to wait. She then told the waitress that she would not let us come in until she bussed all her dirty tables because she wasn't going to get stuck doing it. We waited about 5-10 min. The same hostess/lady then came into to the ladies restroom where I was and gave instructions to the lady in the next stall who apparently is an employee to come out and help with all this work. As I was washing my hands she commented that she's got to get out of here. I gathered my family and appropriately left to accommodate their need to have less work. The customers also leaving that just finished dinner said it took 1.5 hours for their party if 5 to get their pizza and they were the only ones in the building for a while. read more

I'm gonna be honest with you - I like pizza... it's my favorite food. like McDonald's consistently making the perfect quarter pounder with cheese, and they do every time. it works. contrast that with this particular pizza hut... I don't like it. it feels dirty... the server " aura " , " aurora " or whatever... she flicks food off the tray... or maybe a bug... the numero uno in cerritos buena park was like that... mini cockroaches crawling around. similarly, at this Pizza Hut. I don't like overpaying for terrible food and terrible service. it's like run down. it's badly imitating in the most remote way the east coast sports bar experience. and it doesn't work. if you eat here, I promise you, you'll hate the food, dislike or find the service annoying, and, you will not want to pay what they charge you. read more
