Everyone dreads buying cars, the hassle, the lies, the salesman, the finance guy, the manager, etc…read more I am happy to tell you, NOT here! Run by two of the nicest gentleman I have met, and that is it, they do it all from the time you walk in the door till they hand you the keys, you dont deal with anyone else. No pressure, no haggling, no lies. They let me take the vehicle I was interested in to my mechanic to check out. I would definitely recommend checking them out, especially if you are tired of the old way dealerships "do business"

It was quick, they explained everything, they gave me ample time to test drive, and the paper work process was very transparent. I felt very comfortable doing business with them. Two days after driving the car off the lot, the car wouldn't start. I got it towed and found out it had a blown head gasket! I was shocked and very concerned this would end up as one of those nightmare stories about used car dealers. I had bought the car as is, so while I couldn't expect them to do anything I felt like I had been wronged. After explaining the situation to Khaled at Bingo Motors, he assured me that this was not who they are as a company. He then took the car back and dumped $3000 worth of repair into the vehicle to remedy the engine. He didn't charge me an additional dime. I was blown away by their professionalism and integrity! I've had the car now for several weeks and it drives perfect. I would definitely do business with them again.

Mar 2026 - NEVER AGAIN WILL I USE THIS DEALERSHIP.... 3 weeks and no one calls, or provides updates…read moreon the vehicle, unless they want money and to charge for the vehicle to sit on their property. Where to start the horrible service and billing add-ons? Had my Ram 1500 towed from Carmax on a Carmax warranty to the dealership for diagnosis on why it would not start. It was the radio frequency hub, which is covered by the warranty. The initial reason it went bad by the dealership was because of water leak. No signs of water leak, no smell of mold, no pictures to prove it was the water. Asked the dealership to contanct the warranty company and request for an investigator to come out. Dealship did not request the warrenty but wanted me to pay over $4k to get the hub replaced and fix the leak. In the end, I had to pay for the RF Hub, and then they tried to charge me for towing my truck into the bay, plus and extra charge for them to remove the seat to access the RF Hub. Isn't that what general labor charge is for? NEVER AGAIN WILL I USE THIS DEALERSHIP

Chronology of Events:…read more 1. March 28, 2025 - First Incident My vehicle was towed to your dealership due to a complete transmission malfunction. Diagnostic codes (P1DB9, U0101, U0402) were retrieved. The issue was traced to a faulty connection in the XY230A connector. I was charged $148.58 (including an unspecified discount), despite the repair reportedly falling under the powertrain warranty. No rental vehicle was provided despite multiple requests. 2. August 4, 2025 - Second Incident The Jeep was again towed in for intermittent shifting issues. A single code (U0402) was retrieved. No issues could be duplicated by your team, and the vehicle was returned without repair or charge. Again, no rental vehicle was offered. 3. August 12, 2025 - Third Incident Similar transmission issues led to the retrieval of codes P1DB9, U0101, and U0402. A faulty valve body and TCM were diagnosed and replaced under warranty. No rental vehicle was provided despite repeated requests. 4. September 16, 2025 - Fourth Incident Transmission issues recurred, with the same codes reappearing. Your team diagnosed a faulty engine and transmission wiring harness and also replaced the starter (which was damaged during the repair process). Repairs were completed under warranty, and I picked up the vehicle on October 14--after nearly a month without reliable transportation. A rental vehicle was only made available on the evening of October 8, despite multiple requests during the four-week service period. Customer Service and Repair Quality Concerns: During and after the most recent service, I experienced serious issues beyond the mechanical failure itself: Lack of Communication: Repeated requests for updates went largely unanswered, leaving me in the dark for extended periods. Delayed Rental Car Provision: A rental was only provided well into the fourth week of service, despite my multiple and timely requests. Vehicle Condition Upon Return: Upon picking up the vehicle, I noted and reported the following concerns: Fender liners improperly installed (now corrected) Power wire for aftermarket tow harness routed incorrectly (corrected personally) Damaged interior trim (pending replacement) Gouge/scuff marks on interior panels (pending assessment by a specialist) Missing exhaust clamp causing increased noise and interior odor (now resolved) Interior left dirty with visible grease and grime (cleaned personally) Additional issues since discovered: Loose upper trim on passenger side Loose/misaligned lower interior B-pillar trim Loose ground wires Worst experience of my life no respect at all for my vehicle and still no return email from the general Manager Ralph Perkins. Justin Watson failed to make sure my Jeep ground issue was correct when picking up the Jeep so when the tech came out he notice yet another thing broken and had to order new battery terminals. Rob the tech was embarrassed and has shown more concern than anyone. He actually took a moment to care how they left my vehicle. The loose ground cause the Jeep to cut off right in the bay on 10/23/2025.

Tri‑State Nissan (Marlow Motors) April 22, 2026, I purchased…read morea vehicle here and experienced several serious issues that I believe other customers should be aware of. My paperwork contained a $658 Tire & Wheel product that I never selected, never initialed, and never signed for. This amount was added to the total loan amount. When I went home that day, I knew what the odometer was. When I reviewed the documents later, The Odometer was the same 7 on the July 10, 2025, State Inspection form. I only have 5 pages of the ILAW Finance form that is printed on a regular-size bond paper. 1 front page of gap without agreement Disclosure the same as the tires /hazard. Odometer 1 front page, so no sales receipt, no Buyer agreement. When I asked about it, the Buyer's Order showed misaligned formatting and reconstructed sections, which raised concerns about accuracy and transparency. When I asked for the contract to be corrected, I was told it "could not be changed," even though the product was later canceled and refunded -- proving the original contract was incorrect. Despite this, the dealership refused to correct the Amount Financed or provide a clean, accurate Page 2 for my lender. Communication was evasive, and responsibility was repeatedly shifted between staff and management. Instead of addressing the issue directly, I received short, dismissive responses that did not match the dealership's stated values of honesty and integrity. I have since reported the matter to the appropriate agencies and my lender, and I hope my experience helps others approach this dealership with caution and awareness. The salesman Darrell Webb. I give him 10 stars: "Community‑Minded, Innovative Problem Solvers Who Exceed Customer Expectations With Honesty and Integrity." ...is exactly the kind of corporate message that sounds beautiful on paper but collapses the moment you compare it to how they actually treated me. I was discriminated against based on age. Maybe so, Marlow, but you are not in your dealership at Tri-State Nissan. You are Hiding inside your GM Jeremy Skirt. I give Marlow Tri-State Nissan 10 X 0s. I will not recommend this place for buying your vehicle when you are 66+ years old. They will not give you all paperwork, secretly adding an add-on because they assume that you are old, you are losing it, that you never know what hit you. But I know what the Finance director did to my purchase. But I am 66 years old. I found out everything about how they do business with elderly buyers. It has been two weeks now that we have been emailing back and forth, and Nissan USA is replying to all my emails to Tri-State Nissan. But we are not done, I filed my complaint with the FC 3 days ago. Update: After posting my original review, I reviewed the "Marlow Motors Principles" folder the dealership gave me. It states that they are "Community‑Minded, Innovative Problem Solvers Who Exceed Customer Expectations With Honesty and Integrity." My experience did not reflect these values. The paperwork I received included an unauthorized product I never selected or initialed, and when I asked for the contract to be corrected, I was met with evasive communication and shifting explanations. The dealership's actions did not match the principles they promote in their own materials. I am updating my review so future customers understand that the values they advertise may not reflect the actual customer experience.

Jason responded right at opening to my query and we conducted the majority of business over text. I explained that I needed to be in and out at the dealership because I was in the throes of a migraine. When I arrived Jason was waiting outside for me, everyone greeted me speaking softly and I spent the majority of my time there in an office with lights off, and no speaker system feeding in. I also forgot the title to my trade in and Jason picked it up from me the next day. I didn't want all the car purchase fan fare, but he did hook up my Bluetooth and even followed up the next day to see if I needed him to go over the car with me now that I wasn't compromised. I would recommend the dealership to anyone, and I would be a return customer.
