To give this dealership credit, they did offer me a free oil change. Second, I called about the TCM recall. The letter says to take your car in if either the check engine light is on or the car is having transmission issues. They did not want to even look at my car without the check engine light on or I pay $500 to check the transmission. I did say that my car is stuttering and feels like it's going to turn off. But the advisor insisted I pay 500 if I wanted checked out. Lastly, my horn went out. The advisor quoted $500 to fix my horn. It sounded excessive to me. So I didn't have them fix it. But then I was still charged $10 for looking at it. Not only did they want to overcharge but nickel and dime a customer. I'm not 100% sure that the advisor for my second and third issues were the same. Since one was over the phone and the other in person. But it seemed like it. JR and Joseph. They definitely need some customer service training. He did not seem trustworthy at all. Which you want to trust the person you are giving your money to. Also, they charge a 3% surcharge on credit card transactions. Which is nuts, considering it's such a big company.

I will start with the good. The young lady at the service desk, blonde hair, well done tattoos on…read moreleft arm, and the two cashier ladies were awesome. Very friendly, very nice, and very helpful. Now the bad. I took my avalanche in because of an airbag recall, however, I was having issues with the stabiltrac, the #1 cylinder was miss firing. So I replaced all the coils, wires, and spark plugs yet the issue remained. To give context as to why I went to the dealership, years ago I bought a Nissan pathfinder that was over heating. I changed out everything possible and still the same issue even after taking it to two mechanics. No idea what the issue was. Took it to Nissan in Winchester and Nissans have a heater switch that is more or less specific to Nissans. Only a Nissan mechanic would know about this issue. So it was finally fixed. So I took my avalanche to Malloy because I thought maybe they had a better way of determining the issue. The way I had to park my truck there was at an odd angle due to the parking lot being full, this matters later. I asked them to do a diagnostic on the truck for 180 bucks. What I was told a day later was that the #1 cylinder was bad, they would have to break it down to see what the issue was which would be expensive and they took an oil sample and found metal shards in the oil. When I came back to pick up the truck I noticed it was on the exact same position, the dirt on the hood was the same as when I left it, and there was no way someone got an oil sample, I crawled under the truck to look and there was zero fresh oil and the plug had not been touched. So I paid 180 bucks for what AutoZone does for free. Their solution was a 12k engine replacement. I cannot prove they did nothing, but I could see that they only hooked up the diagnostics device to the interior port and that's all. I would never take a vehicle to this place for work nor would I buy anything from them. Finally, all cylinders began to fire properly, the issue is with the computer. And they never even mention that.

Everyone dreads buying cars, the hassle, the lies, the salesman, the finance guy, the manager, etc…read more I am happy to tell you, NOT here! Run by two of the nicest gentleman I have met, and that is it, they do it all from the time you walk in the door till they hand you the keys, you dont deal with anyone else. No pressure, no haggling, no lies. They let me take the vehicle I was interested in to my mechanic to check out. I would definitely recommend checking them out, especially if you are tired of the old way dealerships "do business"

It was quick, they explained everything, they gave me ample time to test drive, and the paper work process was very transparent. I felt very comfortable doing business with them. Two days after driving the car off the lot, the car wouldn't start. I got it towed and found out it had a blown head gasket! I was shocked and very concerned this would end up as one of those nightmare stories about used car dealers. I had bought the car as is, so while I couldn't expect them to do anything I felt like I had been wronged. After explaining the situation to Khaled at Bingo Motors, he assured me that this was not who they are as a company. He then took the car back and dumped $3000 worth of repair into the vehicle to remedy the engine. He didn't charge me an additional dime. I was blown away by their professionalism and integrity! I've had the car now for several weeks and it drives perfect. I would definitely do business with them again.

Jason responded right at opening to my query and we conducted the majority of business over text. I explained that I needed to be in and out at the dealership because I was in the throes of a migraine. When I arrived Jason was waiting outside for me, everyone greeted me speaking softly and I spent the majority of my time there in an office with lights off, and no speaker system feeding in. I also forgot the title to my trade in and Jason picked it up from me the next day. I didn't want all the car purchase fan fare, but he did hook up my Bluetooth and even followed up the next day to see if I needed him to go over the car with me now that I wasn't compromised. I would recommend the dealership to anyone, and I would be a return customer.

Tri‑State Nissan (Marlow Motors) April 22, 2026, I purchased…read morea vehicle here and experienced several serious issues that I believe other customers should be aware of. My paperwork contained a $658 Tire & Wheel product that I never selected, never initialed, and never signed for. This amount was added to the total loan amount. When I went home that day, I knew what the odometer was. When I reviewed the documents later, The Odometer was the same 7 on the July 10, 2025, State Inspection form. I only have 5 pages of the ILAW Finance form that is printed on a regular-size bond paper. 1 front page of gap without agreement Disclosure the same as the tires /hazard. Odometer 1 front page, so no sales receipt, no Buyer agreement. When I asked about it, the Buyer's Order showed misaligned formatting and reconstructed sections, which raised concerns about accuracy and transparency. When I asked for the contract to be corrected, I was told it "could not be changed," even though the product was later canceled and refunded -- proving the original contract was incorrect. Despite this, the dealership refused to correct the Amount Financed or provide a clean, accurate Page 2 for my lender. Communication was evasive, and responsibility was repeatedly shifted between staff and management. Instead of addressing the issue directly, I received short, dismissive responses that did not match the dealership's stated values of honesty and integrity. I have since reported the matter to the appropriate agencies and my lender, and I hope my experience helps others approach this dealership with caution and awareness. The salesman Darrell Webb. I give him 10 stars: "Community‑Minded, Innovative Problem Solvers Who Exceed Customer Expectations With Honesty and Integrity." ...is exactly the kind of corporate message that sounds beautiful on paper but collapses the moment you compare it to how they actually treated me. I was discriminated against based on age. Maybe so, Marlow, but you are not in your dealership at Tri-State Nissan. You are Hiding inside your GM Jeremy Skirt. I give Marlow Tri-State Nissan 10 X 0s. I will not recommend this place for buying your vehicle when you are 66+ years old. They will not give you all paperwork, secretly adding an add-on because they assume that you are old, you are losing it, that you never know what hit you. But I know what the Finance director did to my purchase. But I am 66 years old. I found out everything about how they do business with elderly buyers. It has been two weeks now that we have been emailing back and forth, and Nissan USA is replying to all my emails to Tri-State Nissan. But we are not done, I filed my complaint with the FC 3 days ago. Update: After posting my original review, I reviewed the "Marlow Motors Principles" folder the dealership gave me. It states that they are "Community‑Minded, Innovative Problem Solvers Who Exceed Customer Expectations With Honesty and Integrity." My experience did not reflect these values. The paperwork I received included an unauthorized product I never selected or initialed, and when I asked for the contract to be corrected, I was met with evasive communication and shifting explanations. The dealership's actions did not match the principles they promote in their own materials. I am updating my review so future customers understand that the values they advertise may not reflect the actual customer experience.
