Interstate is great- they have very competitive pricing and labor costs. They also are quick to get your problem diagnosed and repaired. Interstate does excellent work and they back it up with a guarantee. They are my first choice when it comes to transmission work. They can save you big over dealer shops. One thing I think they could do better - they charge 3% if you pay with credit card. I think it would be better to just include that in their pricing and then offer customers 3% off if they pay cash. Next time you need work done check this place out - ask for Randy! My clutch is working like new - quick turnaround. Two thumbs up

It's been 4 days and I have yet to hear anything from them. So now I have a vehicle with a bad transmission and a place that refuses to do a damn thing about it. Other than that they do good work just don't trust them to actually get back to you when they say they will.

Less than a $50 part and 30 minutes to replace. Called corporate, they told us to take it up w the shop. Called the winchester shop. The guy wouldn't even listen. It was recommended by a few local residence to take my truck to JR care repair and we are so happy that we did. my alternator let go, so I was loosing battery power, my heater died and it was cold and my truck was taking in cold air. My engine and batterie lights came on. JR and crew seemed more concerned that we were broke down and how cold it was for us without heat. they fixed everything on my truck plus topped off all fluids. he wanted us to arrive home safe and sound.
