At the time of purchase, the dealership charged me for wheel locks as an added accessory. I never wanted any addons in the first place. Nonetheless, after installing the wheel locks, the dealership refused to provide me with the original OEM lug nuts that came with the vehicle. Since these lug nuts were originally part of the vehicle I purchased, I believe they belong to me and should have been returned when the wheel locks were installed. Poor Experience Purchasing Vehicle from Rick Hendricks. I had an extremely disappointing experience purchasing a vehicle from Rick Hendrick Chevrolet out of Duluth, GA. Initially, both the sale representative (Norman Dismuke) and the Finance Manager (Gerado LNU) were eager and responsive to my questions prior to purchasing my 2024 Ford Raptor-R. I am from out of state (North Carolina) and communication was key in the initial stages of setting up this deal from afar. Once the purchase was complete and I took ownership of the vehicle, that is when I started to experience delayed responses from both Norman and Gerado when I needed additional information or had questions. To say it was severely lacking is an understatement. At this point, I truly understand that this dealership is all about the "SALE" and no care or concern once you've signed on the dotted line. They were unresponsive, to the point I would have to take my time to follow up and make numerous attempts to reach out before my call would be answered. I had excuse after excuse that it was their day off, I was in a class or just straight up not return a call or text until I would reach out multiple instances leaving me frustrated as you might imagine. My two primary gripes were the delay and lackadaisical approach to ensure the vehicle I traded in was paid off in a reasonable time frame. I purchased the vehicle on 11 June 25 and the finance manager Gerado had still not sent the payoff to my credit union as of 30 June stating he did not have the "loan number" to forward the payoff. Certainly one would think 2 1/2 weeks to address this is a bit much. My second gripe is that this particular vehicle was bought at auction had a special feature added by the previous owner that was used as a means for protecting against being stolen and if so, easily tracked by preventative features activated by that previous customer. I called numerous times to obtain assistance with this, truly not getting a solid answer only to have various EXPERTS in the dealership put me on a wild goose chase that led me to wasted time at the FORD Dealership and on the phone with Ford. I contacted the sales manager (Michael "Max" Portanova) today in hopes of escalating the issues I was having only to have Max provide a Fed Ex tracking number for the check with proof of delivery to my credit union on 3 Jul 25. (Almost an entire month had passed since purchasing the vehicle). And secondarily, requesting assistance with removing the previous owners name/info from the truck so that I could connect via the Ford Pass connect. After catching Max up on the steps I had taken and the information I found, I was informed that the truck was in my possession and this really was my problem to figure out. I wish I would have had MAX provide this level of frankness before I signed on the dotted line as I would have passed on dealing with this shady dealership. IF you purchase a vehicle from this dealership and by chance have some out of the normal issue with your purchase, you certainly will be greeted (after much persistence) with a dismissive and unhelpful attitude. A little accountability and willingness to assist is all I sought. With this being said, the poor customer service and lack of communication has left me regretting my decision to purchase a vehicle from this dealership. Was very impressed with the updates, the dealership has done in the service department. They use this new system called UVeye to scan your vehicle and it's absolutely amazing. I was pleasantly greeted by Daniel one of the service managers and he directed me straight to Don Peterson my service advisor that was absolutely outstanding. I was in for routine maintenance. I was happy they were able to take care of me, even though I walked in at the end of the day. I will definitely be back and if anyone's looking for a good advisor, Don Peterson is your man. I think the attached photos say it all. Sometime after this tech finished with my car, I found I needed to replace my relatively new rear tires which had less than approximately 8,000 miles on them. They are soft, but I usually get 22,000 miles out of each set. This man was a hooligan who went out and abused my 2017 Corvette Z06 while it was in for repair after running over a dead deer that was in the road and Hendrick Chevrolet has exercised every legal maneuver to avoid financial responsibility for the wear and tear he clearly has done to my brake rotors, pads and the transmission and clutch as well as my tires. Someone claiming to be their service manager called me a day after I brought these screenshots to the attention of the collision repair department and informed me they would be giving me a lifetime warranty on my drivetrain and that it would be in their computer data. I thought I would get that in writing, but was unsuccessful and they have been anything and everything but cooperative ever since. Their lawyers have expressed a desire to depose me for some reason. I would imagine it's to see if I ever drove my car in the fashion demonstrated in those screenshots. I don't and never have, EVER! It would seem their assertion is that there can be no damage to my vehicle as they must believe it was not abused in any way. Their case is in taking another Z06 and duplicating that data without abusing the car or causing excessive wear to a brand new set of Michelin Pilot sport tires. They won't, because they can't! I visited Rick HendRick's Dealership in on 3/13 in Duluth GA at 3277 Satellite Boulevard to purchase a 2024 Volvo XC40 that was located at a Hendricks Dealership in Norfolk, Virginia. I found the car on the Rick Hendrick Chevrolet Dealership website located in Duluth, GA. I inquired about the car and received a call from Alex Beaulieu about purchasing the car. The way the process was explained to me, it seemed like a seamless process. Alex explained to me that I would come in and purchase the car sight/unseen and then the car would be shipped to the Rick Hendrick dealership in Duluth. When I came in to the Duluth Rick Hendrick dealership the next day the seamless process that was explained to me was not what happened. Alex contacted me asking if I was still planning on coming in to purchase the car today and I said yes, I am 5 min away. I had been getting numerous calls about the car and was literally being begged to come in, only for a nightmare to ensue shortly after. When I arrived at the dealership with my father, Alex was not even there and I was handed off to another car salesman named Nathan Watson. I told him which car I was interested in purchasing and he went and spoke with his manger/director, Edinson Villaquiran and Nathan came back out and said the car is available but its being test driven. This dealership had me finance a deal, get a check from my credit union and sign for the car as if I was purchasing the vehicle. I was told I would know in a few hours the status of the deal I had just signed. I was told nothing!!! I did not receive a call from a representative at the Chevrolet dealership in Duluth until later that evening at around 8:30pm, and it was from a finance personnel member named Keith Richardson. He then informed me that there was miscommunication with the deal I had signed, that particular car was in fact not available when I came to dealership and that it had already been in the process of being purchased and the car was being driven as a loaner vehicle. The way I was handled during this fabricated deal was unethical and unprofessional. This was a complete waste of my time and financial resources and I was handled with lack of care and concern. Buying a car should not be this stressful and demeaning. Both the salesman and the manager lied and were not upfront with the honesty regarding the status of the car. The salesman, Nathan Watson did not even call me back with the status of the vehicle at the close of business for the day. This was by far the worst car buying experience I have ever experienced! To be treated with such disrespect when you are trying to make a purchase and spend your money in establishment is unfathomable. Both the car salesman, Nathan Watson and the used car director, Edinson Villaquiran treated this deal as a joke and a what if gamble and lied to me from the moment I sat down in the dealership. When a customer comes in to make a purchase all facts regarding the vehicle need to be divulged and presented to the customer. Buyer beware: FALSE ADVERTISING - believe the reviews! I called ahead to confirm vehicle availability and price. My family drove over an hour to purchase a new car for my mother's birthday. A day that was supposed to be of celebration ended up being a waste of time, topped off by the insulting finance manager. Greg told us that besides the expected dealer fees and a few upgrades already installed in the car, there are over $3,000 in add-ons "Mr. Hendricks won't let him touch it". The non-negotiable extras make the REAL price for the vehicle go from the advertised 12,461 to over 18,000. After trying to blame the price difference on the customer, the finance manager thought it was appropriate to asked me "what makes you think this car is worth 12,000?" - I work for a Fortune 500 company, have over 20 years of customer service experience and I've never seen or received this kind of treatment. We purchased a brand new suburban in 2019. We also purchased a five-year 100,000 mile warranty with it. We tried to turn on our AC for the first time since the winter and it was not blowing cold air. I called to file a warranty claim only to be told that the warranty expired last month. The vehicle only has 82,000 miles on it, but we were told that since it expired, there was nothing they can do unless we paid full price. The problem clearly happened before the warranty period was over but since I called shortly after, they basically tried to dodge the problem, even though it is a relatively low mileage vehicle. Very shady practice, and I would never buy another vehicle from this dealership again. purchased a 2024 camaro 2ss on 08/26/2024 for $61,588.81. because i live in texas the car had to be transported and i received the vehicle on 08/31/2024 with no paperwork of the transaction! i spoke with rustam and he informed me that it would take a couple of days for the paperwork to be finalized. i've purchased several new vehicles before in the state of texas and i've never heard that before so i thought maybe it's a georgia thing. after numerous attempts to get the paperwork for the car that i purchased, i was unsuccessful!! on 09/26/2024 the vehicle was stolen.....yes stolen!! with no paperwork on the vehicle, and with total aggression and anger i called back to the dealership and spoke with shon to get paperwork on a vehicle that i now owned for a month!! he sent me copies of only part of the paperwork. as i'm asked to provide paperwork for my insurance carrier that i do not have in my possession, i'm forced to call back to the dealership to try to get more paperwork!! my credit union lien holder is asking me for the title because they have not received it on a $61,588.81 that they have financed. on 11/01/2024 the lien holder still has not received the title. upon further investigation from the texas dmv, the $61,588.81 2024 camaro 2ss that i no longer have because it was stolen and has not been recovered, that is now 2 months old, has never been registered with the state as me being the lawful owner!! i called back to the dealership and asked to speak with the manager/owner over the dealership and was given the run around and was transferred to shon! which shon stated that he was going to look into the situation and was to call me back and i've yet to hear back from him. i called back to the dealership and was transferred to some asshole that would not tell me his position but responded that he does eveything!! he may do eveything but he didn't provide me with any answers but continued to be an asshole throughout the entire conversation. i continued to call the dealership all day and i got nowhere!! this whole situation is now looking real scamish that i would buy a $61,588.81 car, that is now nowhere to be found and that has never been registered with the state as me as the owner!! not to mention that the car was equipped with lojack that the dealership made me purchase and onstar that i was never able to access because the dealership did the enrollment incorrectly!! sounds scamish to me and to everyone that hears this story, including the police!! i'm in need of a vehicle because now i have been driving a rental car for over a month through my insurance and now they are no longer paying for it. and to top it off, i go back to navy federal credit union, the lien holder of the $61,588.81 2024 camaro 2ss, to see if they would finance me another vehicle. they will finance me another vehicle but with conditions, the condition of if they receive the title or the vehicle is paid off. my insurance will probably not pay the car off because the car is not registered in my name and the lien holder does not have the title!! talk about frustrated, i'm f%#king frustrated with rick hendrick chevrolet duluth and the scamming, lying staff, that i don't trust!! reputable my azz!! if i could have given them a quarter of a star or even a no star, then i would!!!!!! read more

So instead of making me a priority since I'm dealing with the same issue that isn't fixed the first two times they tell me I'll need to drop it off and wait my turn which can be up to 5 days for another diagnosis. took my car in today (2/5/24) to have an oil leak looked at. they gave me a list of things to have serviced including a transmission fluid change. I kindly pointed out that they had performed a transmission fluid change only 7 months ago. they said, oops, they didn't realize it had been done so recently. clearly they were just trying to charge me for an unneeded service. will not be bringing my car back here again read more
