It seems like Carmax is catering to desperate individuals? $71-$600 for a 2015 VW CC in good condition runs well no issues etc. Get the F ck outta here.... I will either trade it in or sell privately.

What a great experience we had!! I liked it because: Easy and quick inspection process. Covid friendly. They took so many precautions. Excellent customer service. Impecable location inside. Huge variety of used cars.

I am very happy with the level of professionalism and trust they placed in the experience and would recommend anyone looking to sell your car to give them a chance. I had originally taken my car to Carmax, and the individual that appraised my vehicle did not quote the accurate vehicle. Paula and the team at We Pay More were willing to work with me. I had gone back to Carmax for a correct appraisal and immediately, within 5 minutes Paula got back to me and worked with me to provide a better offer. She remained in contact with me the entire process. No 10-day drafts to be held at the bank for any positive equity, and reassured payoff would be made on time within 15 days. Paula followed up with me today to confirm the payoff was made. The level of customer service was excellent. They made the process easy and quick. Car max will take 3-6 hours to process the sale of the car. With We Pay More it was only 25 minutes and I was in and out. If your looking to sell your car you should give Paula and the team at We Pay More in Doral the opportunity to earn you as a client! I'm a very happy client and I'm not the only one. Stop by the office and see just how many clients they have helped! The almost 5-star reviews this team has is no surprise! I happily provide my 5-stars today and have already started to share my experience with others! Thank you, Paula and Team! You all were great!

WARNING. GIANCARLO MOTTA and IVAN MOTTA AKA AUTO SOURCE GROUP are CON ARTISTS…read more I purchased a 2002 Porsche 911 Turbo X50 from Giancarlo Motta at Auto Source Group on July 7th 2020. I live in California and worked with Giancarlo via telephone and internet to complete the purchase. Giancarlo was initially very friendly and assured me the car was in perfect condition. We agreed on a price, and agreed that the car would be inspected by Parkhaus1 Porsche in Miami (an independent dealer) prior to shipment to California. In our contract we also agreed that any issues discovered during the inspection would be paid for and repaired by Auto Source Group. "It is Seller's duty to ensure that the Acquired Vehicle is delivered in the same condition as when last inspected by the Buyer plus the completed Acquired Vehicle Repairs." When the car went to Parkhaus1 Porsche for inspection. The technicians immediately identified loud rattling noises coming from the transmission. It was abnormal and very obvious. As a next step, they would need to remove the transmission to diagnose the problem. Now unable to send a car that failed inspection, Giancarlo agreed to have Parkhaus1 Porsche remove the transmission to identify the problem. When the transmission was removed, it was found that the issue was inside and likely serious. The transmission would have to be taken apart, diagnosed and repaired. When the transmission was opened, it was found to have damage throughout. Multiple bearings, plus first, second and third gear all needed to be replaced. Here's a complete list of the damaged parts. They also provided photos of the damage. 1 PINION BRG (4POINT) 370.00 1 PINION BRG (ROLLER) 585.00 1 PINION BRG (CASE) 565.00 1 PINION BRG (REAR) 410.00 1 INPUT SHAFT BRG (4POINT) 425.00 1 INPUT BRG (ROLLER) 410.00 1 INPUT BRG (CASE) 410.00 2 DIFF SIDE BRGS 240.00 2 SYNCROS 1ST & 2ND 190.00 1 SYNCRO 3RD 190.00 1 Labor 1850.00 With the damage now documented, Giancarlo immediately backtracked on our agreement, stating that he wanted to cancel the sale. he wanted Parkhaus1 Porsche to put the car back together un-repaired so he could sell it to someone else, presumably without telling them about the transmission issues. I had already paid for the car, and I have a contract stating that Auto Source Group will make any needed repairs. Furthermore, I don't like the idea that Auto Source Group wants to sell a damaged vehicle to another unsuspecting buyer. Parkhaus1 Porsche was also shocked that Auto Source Group would try to do this. It is completely unethical. Per our agreement, I have asked Giancarlo to complete the repairs and deliver the car. Giancarlo refuses, and after three months, has still not followed through on our contract. He has my entire payment for the Porsche of $50,000. Auto Source Group is dumping good looking, but damaged cars on unsuspecting buyers. They are selling the cars As-Is No Warrantee, hoping that customers don't do a proper inspection. With nearly three months gone by, the car is still sitting in Miami with transmission out. Auto Source Group is holding $50,000 of my money and refuses to make the repairs. I have made multiple attempts to resolve the issue with them and they ignore me. My attorney is now filing suit for damages with Florida Attorney General. WARNING. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THESE PEOPLE. THEY ARE CON ARTISTS.

WARNING TO FLORIDA CONSUMERS -- CARVANA…read more In March 2026 I purchased a 2024 Jeep Grand Cherokee from Carvana for $29,990. Within four days and 250 miles the brakes were violently shaking and the AC was failing. Two independent certified mechanics and Carvana's own warranty provider Silver Rock confirmed all four brake rotors were warped and dangerous and the AC system had an active refrigerant leak. Here is what makes this worse -- Carvana's own 150-point inspection conducted just 15 days before the sale certified eight safety-critical items as passing. Every single one was confirmed defective. What Carvana did: Sold me a vehicle with dangerous safety defects that their own inspection missed or ignored Took my trade-in keys before I could access the replacement vehicle -- preventing any real inspection or test drive Required me to drive a vehicle with confirmed defective brakes on public roads as a condition of returning it -- with full knowledge of those defects Offered no accountability for the failed inspection Never compensated for approximately $2,000 in permanent financial losses resulting from the transaction What I did: Filed a formal complaint with the Better Business Bureau (ID# 24692878) Filed a formal complaint with the Florida Attorney General's Consumer Protection Division Filed a formal complaint with the Federal Trade Commission Sent a certified mail rejection of their arbitration clause preserving my right to pursue legal action After extensive documentation and escalation Carvana ultimately returned my money. But the inspection failure, the dangerous drive requirement, and the trade-in key practice that prevents customers from test driving their vehicle remain completely unaddressed and unacknowledged. If you are considering purchasing a vehicle from Carvana -- do your research first. Get an independent inspection immediately upon delivery. Document everything. And know your rights under Florida's consumer protection laws. #Carvana #ConsumerWarning #FloridaConsumers #FDUTPA #BuyerBeware

This dealer is CONSISTENT!…read more Consistently incompetent. Consistently non-communicative. Consistently disappointing. I bought a beautiful truck from AutoNation Chevrolet Doral. I'll start by giving credit where it's due: my salesperson, Carlos, was on point from the beginning. Unfortunately, my experience with just about everyone after the sale has been the complete opposite. Alain, the finance manager, said all the right things while I was sitting in his office getting ready to sign on the dotted line. But once my truck started having serious service issues and I was struggling to get anyone from the service department to communicate with me, that helpfulness disappeared. I wasn't expecting him to fix my truck--I simply expected someone who helped earn my business to have the decency to point me toward someone who could actually help. As of today, I've owned this truck for approximately two years. During that time, it has spent an unbelievable amount of time in service. By my count, I'm somewhere around 200+ days without my truck due to service visits--and counting. And these haven't all been minor issues. My truck has already required a complete transmission replacement, among other service problems, and now I'm experiencing the same hard shifting/kicking symptoms again. The service department experience has been HORRENDOUS. Rather than write another five paragraphs about their communication, I'll simply attach screenshots. They speak for themselves. Multiple texts. Multiple days. Multiple attempts asking for nothing more than an update on my vehicle. No response. What makes the experience even more disappointing is what happened when I finally went to the dealership in person. After dealing with repeated problems and a lack of communication, I was visibly frustrated. Instead of someone attempting to de-escalate the situation, listen to why I was frustrated, or help resolve the underlying issue, I was told to leave and threatened with having the police called if I didn't. Think about that for a moment. After buying the vehicle there, repeatedly bringing it back for service, spending months of my ownership experience without my truck, and struggling just to get basic communication, I showed up frustrated--and the response was to threaten to call the police unless I left. I have also tried escalating my concerns through AutoNation directly and have not received the assistance or follow-up I expected there either. At some point, a customer shouldn't have to repeatedly chase a dealership just to find out what is happening with a vehicle that is sitting in their possession. I didn't want to write this review. I've tried communicating privately. I've tried being patient. I've tried following up repeatedly. I've gone there personally. After approximately 200+ days of my ownership experience being affected by service visits, and now once again being unable to get basic communication regarding my vehicle, I don't know what other recourse I have. I'm not asking for special treatment. I'm asking for basic communication, accountability, and competent service. The truck is beautiful. The ownership experience with this dealership has been anything but.

Arrived at the time of appointment and greeted with a sales reps that didn't know the meaning of a smile. Then only to find out the car we came to see wasn't available at the dealer and it was at the west palm beach location going through an inspection! Why??? Why confirm appointments and why post the vehicle being available at Doral when it wasn't. False advertisement and bait and switch tactic likely. However, luckily my son was also interested in other vehicles at the location so it kinda worked out. Another issue as well was their key management system as they seem to have a hard time finding keys for the car we where interested in and when found and ready for a test drive, they had trouble finding keys for cars that were blocking us in. Advice to call the dealer directly to confirm availability compared to dealing with the online customer service. And be prepared to wait! Everything else is also true about other reviews with the high dealer fees of $1299 and a mandatory protection plan that's $1699 which along with sales tax and title and tag fees will likely add $4000-$5000 extra for your out the door price. Although it's all extra fluff, it's common with many dealers so continuing your search for a car anywhere else you may encounter similar outrageous fees.
