POLICE REPORT OF THE CARS STOLEN ON DECEMBER 18. REPORTE POLICIAL DE LOS AUTOS ROBADOS EL 18 DE DICIEMBRE
    Y C.

Why buy from this dealer if you then take your car to check it and they steal it, then they treat you like shit, they are so "trustworthy" that in one night 6 vehicles were stolen from the property! Para que comprar en este dealer si luego llevas tu carro a chequear y se lo roban, luego te tratan como mierda, son tan "confiables" que en una noche se robaron dentro de la propiedad 6 vehículos!

A happy customer dealing with questionable dealership pricing strategy. I own a Chevrolet Cruze 15' and I just paid $150 (not including taxes) for just an oil change and replace oil filter. Parts (includes oil and filter): $84.21 labor: $45.95 On to the next Chevy dealership/alternative service shop. I asked what changed and it seems like the operation/ leadership team has very little to-no communication to the service advisors which already deal with agitated customers due to HORRENDOUS turnover for servicing vehicles in general. I requested my suspension and brakes to be inspected and it was deflected by I will need your car to be here one to two weeks in order for a technician to inspect the car properly. My follow up question was how many ASE certified personnel's do they have staffed? Couldn't care less for the answer just a bad experience when servicing. Oh and they stopped google reviews so that is the reason I am spreading the information here and anywhere else that can be shared.

I been waiting two months por a part. This is ridiculous, I have a 2023 Chevy Silverado it is unacceptable that a customer has wait this long for a part that is supposedly on back order. Unacceptable!

Arrived at the time of appointment and greeted with a sales reps that didn't know the meaning of a smile. Then only to find out the car we came to see wasn't available at the dealer and it was at the west palm beach location going through an inspection! Why??? Why confirm appointments and why post the vehicle being available at Doral when it wasn't. False advertisement and bait and switch tactic likely. However, luckily my son was also interested in other vehicles at the location so it kinda worked out. Another issue as well was their key management system as they seem to have a hard time finding keys for the car we where interested in and when found and ready for a test drive, they had trouble finding keys for cars that were blocking us in. Advice to call the dealer directly to confirm availability compared to dealing with the online customer service. And be prepared to wait! Everything else is also true about other reviews with the high dealer fees of $1299 and a mandatory protection plan that's $1699 which along with sales tax and title and tag fees will likely add $4000-$5000 extra for your out the door price. Although it's all extra fluff, it's common with many dealers so continuing your search for a car anywhere else you may encounter similar outrageous fees.

When we arrived, Simon was ready to show us the car. We took a quick test drive and then returned to the dealership to engage in the usual song and dance. Simon returned from the manager's office with the typical BS stuff tacked on, and we had other cars to look at, so we departed. After looking at all of our options, we thought the CRV here was the best. I texted with Simon the following day and asked for the add ons to be removed and negotiated the dealer fee down a little. Much to my surprise, we were able to quickly agree and come to a deal. The only catch was that I needed to finance the car to get the advertised low price, but they said I could pay it off before the first payment. Juan, the finance manager, was great - no BS, no games. I ran all of the documents through Claude AI and confirmed that there were no tricks, no secrets, no "gotchas". We were able to e-sign the documents from home. I ubered to the dealership and arrived at 12:30. I was in the car exiting the lot at 12:54! It seriously could not have been easier. Please be advised that they keep the dealership refrigerated to arctic levels, so if you need to spend anytime there for negotiation or credit approval, bring a sweater! And a coat! And maybe some gloves! Kudos to Simon and Juan for not being the stereotypical vultures! This was a really relaxed and stress free process.

I've purchased 2 vehicles from CarMax and recently traded in or sold them my 3rd. I appreciate the fact that the first offer they give is generally their best, and there is usually no room or chance for haggling or negotiating and all the BS that comes with that. Most importantly, I've never walked away feeling that I wasn't treated fairly or didn't get at least an above average deal. During our most recent experience we were buying a new car from another dealership, but their trade-in offer on our existing vehicle was very low. When we checked Kelly Blue Book/Edmunds to see what the trade-in was worth, we received an immediate offer from CarMax that was above what KBB indicated we should expect to receive at a dealership, and it was valid for several days. When we came here to do the trade-in, the process was relatively painless, though not necessarily quick. When we arrived here at around 11 a.m. on a Friday, we were about the 8th or 9th car in line to get an appraisal to either trade or sell our car. It took some time to get through that line, then the actual process of the staff examining the vehicle, taking photos and test driving it took another 15 minutes and then once done, it took about 20 minutes before the trade offer was ready for us to view inside the dealership. The offer CarMax made was in-line with the one they'd offered us via Kelly Blue Book/Edmunds a few days earlier, and in my opinion was very fair. We then had to go to the business office to accept the offer, present ID and turn over the signed title, then pull our car into the service bay and turn in the keys. They told us the paperwork would take about 40 minutes to process and that was spot on. She called us over to sign a few things via Docusign and 5 minutes later she called us back to the window where she gave us copies of all the paperwork from this transaction along with our old license plate, a check for the trade-in and we were on our way about 2 hours and change after we'd first arrived. Simple, easy and painless with a fair price for our old vehicle.

However, cars cannot last forever and when it was time to retire my beloved Rouge, my first stop was Carmax to see the value so I could use that towards a new car. On Friday, I put in all the information about my vehicle into the Carmax website and got an offer that was valid for 7 days. Carmax gave me more than Carvana and so I took that online offer to the dealership on Saturday. The dealer offered me much less than the Carmax offer - so I walked out of that deal, and went back to Carmax to see the official appraisal. I made an appointment online, arrived on time on a Sunday afternoon (the last day of the month) - and was out with my appraisal which matched the online quote in real life in 40 minutes. I found this to be quick and painless, and a great experience. I did not get a car from Carmax, but I feel like they gave me a great and fair offer on my car which helped me leverage a great deal at a dealership for a new lease.

I called the 800 number and asked for help at a harsh time, my lease is about to expire but I need to return my vehicle sooner due to health issues. The representative who helped me, advised me to call the dealership and speak to the finance manager who would most likely help me. I decided to call and ask for the finance manager. A very friendly voice answered yes, that she was the finance manager? Francelys Veloz is her name, she replied with the same friendly tone. I then explained my situation at a very vulnerable stage of my life, and she assured me that they would be able to take my car, pay it off to the bank and I would get to walk away free of debt (which sounded too good to be true). I immediately asked her all these questions: "are you sure?" and "will this not affect my credit?" and "Is this a sure thing, or you have to keep me there a while until you decide if yes or no?" I insisted. She answered 10,000%! we will buy your car, pay it off, and you walk out of here in 15 minutes. I saw the light at the end of the tunnel and scheduled an appointment which i couldn't keep, and she wrote to me reminding me to come the following week and see her, so i did. I went in on Thursday august 13, as scheduled, but to my surprise she wasn't there. I wrote her an email and she said to speak to one of her sales people. I did. Their story was completely different; and what i expected all along. She was a scam, she lied to me continuously. First assuring me she was the finance manager, then assuring me it was completely doable, fast and easy. My frustation increased when the salesman and manager said they could only pay 26000 out of the balance due which was over 28000. The manager promised to call me within 24 hours and try to help me but to this moment 48 hours later I'm still waiting for the call. My intentions were to go back to Lincoln when my situation goes back to normal, which eventually will. Honestly at this point I feel cheated, lied to and played with by Lincoln altogether, and don't plan on ever going back to this dealer. They are unprofessional, liars and a scam. They are playing with people's feelings at their times of vulnerability and have no intention of trying to fix the mess they have caused. This lady Francelys Veloz has no clue on what customer service or integrity is and should be fired from her job as whatever it truly is her title may be.

Mike Martin at Midway Ford Turned a Stressful Situation Into a Great Experience…read more I brought my Ford F-150 in for recall 23S65 -- a rear-axle hub bolt issue that, if left unaddressed, can cause loss of drive power and even prevent the truck from staying in park. It's a legitimate safety concern, and I wanted it handled. What I didn't anticipate was how long it would take. As it turns out, this particular recall has been plagued by severe parts shortages -- at one point there were reportedly over 100,000 vehicles waiting on backorder nationwide. My truck ended up being out of service for over a month, and that's where Mike Martin came in. Before I even had a chance to stress about being without my truck, Mike had already arranged a loaner vehicle for me -- completely unprompted. I didn't ask, I didn't hint -- he just made it happen. What truly set Mike apart was how he communicated throughout the entire wait. He reached out regularly with honest updates, never left me guessing, and was always upfront about where things stood with the parts delay. He made it crystal clear that the holdup was a Ford supply chain issue affecting dealerships across the country -- not something anyone at Midway could control -- and that transparency made all the difference. No runarounds, no vague non-answers, no feeling like I'd been forgotten. Just consistent, genuine communication from someone who clearly takes his role seriously. By the time I finally picked up my truck, I wasn't frustrated at all -- I was genuinely impressed. The parts shortage was a national problem that no one at the dealership could fix, but Mike controlled everything he could control, and he did it exceptionally well. If you're bringing your F-150 in for this recall -- or anything else -- ask for Mike Martin. He's the reason a month-long wait felt manageable, and he's the reason I'll keep coming back to Midway Ford.

WARNING: READ THE FINE PRINT BEFORE DOING BUSINESS WITH FORD MIDWAY MALL…read more My experience at Ford Midway Mall left me feeling ripped off and extremely disappointed. In my opinion, the lack of transparency regarding the final cost of the service is unacceptable. I went to the dealership expecting to pay approximately $194 to replace a tire. Instead, when I picked up my vehicle, I was presented with a final bill of $260.59, including several charges that had not been clearly explained to me beforehand: * $25 labor * $26.02 "misc. charge" * $9.17 "less insurance" * $17.15 sales tax * $7.59 -- an additional 3% charge for paying with my Ford credit card The problem is not simply that the final amount was higher. The problem is that several of these charges were not clearly disclosed to me before the work was completed. For comparison, Costco quoted me approximately $210 for the same service. To make matters worse, the day before, I was stranded because I needed to change the tire and had to pay $100 for a tow truck because my truck did not come with the necessary tools to change the spare tire. After this experience, I am seriously questioning whether I made the right decision purchasing this truck and, especially, whether choosing this dealership for service was the right decision. And to be clear: I am not looking for a free oil change or some small courtesy offer to make this go away. That is not the point. The point is transparency. Customers should know exactly what they are going to pay before authorizing a repair--not discover additional fees when they are standing at the counter picking up their vehicle. I intend to pursue the appropriate complaints with the relevant Florida and Miami-Dade authorities because I believe consumers have the right to receive clear information about the total cost of a service before agreeing to it. My advice to anyone considering service at this dealership: GET THE COMPLETE PRICE IN WRITING BEFORE YOU AUTHORIZE ANYTHING. Ask specifically about labor, taxes, miscellaneous fees, insurance-related charges, credit-card fees, and any other surcharge. Don't assume that the price you are quoted is the price you will actually pay. This was my experience. You can draw your own conclusions. Ford Midway Mall 8155 W Flagler St, Miami, FL 305-266-3000

The vehicle was advertised online at $37,990, but the final contract reflected a higher amount -- a difference of $1,582.90. I was clearly told that in order to receive the advertised price, I needed to meet two conditions: trade in my vehicle and finance through the dealership. I agreed to both. As a result, I traded in my vehicle and accepted financing at 7.09% APR, even though I had already secured a 5% rate through my bank. While in the finance office, I repeatedly asked to review the full breakdown of numbers before signing. The finance manager, Jesus, told me I would see everything at the end and stated that "the numbers are what the numbers are." After reviewing the loan documents at home, I discovered the pricing discrepancy between the advertised price and the contract. I brought this to their attention on March 13 and was told on March 18 that it would be reviewed. Since then, despite at least four follow-up emails, I have received no response. This is not about negotiation -- it is about honoring advertised pricing and basic transparency. I am still open to resolving this directly and will gladly update this review if the issue is addressed. However, the lack of communication is concerning. Buyers should carefully review all numbers and ensure everything matches before signing.
