Untrustworthy Dealership - Avoid at All Costs…read more If I could leave a negative star review I would In 2023, I purchased a car from Fast Lane Auto Sales under the agreement that they would repair a damaged bumper as part of the sale. Their associate assured me they would order a new bumper and install it. For months, I stayed in contact with him and was repeatedly told, "I'll let you know." Weeks turned into months, and despite my efforts to follow up, no one ever reached out to fulfill their end of the deal. Now, two years later, I called the dealership again when preparing to purchase another vehicle, only to be told by the manager that there was "absolutely nothing" they could do for me. I was informed I had a 60-day window to get the repair, something that was never disclosed to me at the time of purchase. To make matters worse, their associate had specifically told me the part wasn't available at the time, which left me stuck waiting. When I reminded the manager of this, he dismissed me, talked down to me, and even hung up on me after saying, "I'm done with this conversation." This dealership failed to honor a agreement, brushed me off for months, took advantage of my inexperience as a younger buyer, and then shifted all responsibility back onto me. To add insult to injury, the manager tried to bait me into trading my car in for "more than anyone else would offer," as if I would want to buy yet another unreliable vehicle from them after my past experience. I've now bought two cars here -- both were disappointments, both came with broken promises. Fast Lane Auto Sales is dishonest, unprofessional, and unwilling to stand by their word. They prey on younger and less experienced buyers. If you value your time, money, and peace of mind, do not trust this dealership.

A…read morelot of problems with them like transmissions issues, bald tires, engine over heating and tire suspension clanking. They will fix the minimum so they can pass inspection and then promise the customer that they will fix it when they come back and then when the customer does come back with any type of issue they go back on their promise. Craig the COO will smile in your face then turn around and talk smack about them, VERY DISRESPECTFUL! Don't trust this company please believe me. I've worked there for two years. I delt with all the cars so if anybody wants to sue fastlane car sales ILL BE A WITNESS.

I purchased a 2015 Dodge Durango for my FAMILY from them on June 10th. PLEASE PLEASE AVOID THEM, WORST CAR BUYING EXPIERENCE I'VE EVER HAD. Tracey our saleswomen was great but Mansoor the manager doesn't care if he sells you a family car with safety issues like tie rod and shocks needing to be replaced. Here is a list of current issues I'm dealing with that I'll have to pay to fix without even making my first payment yet. Back passenger tire wouldn't hold air, had leak. Oh they were nice enough to replace it with a very used tire LOL after they told me they had ordered a new one. Additionally, I had to bring the car in and drop off due to a vibration and clunking noise I noticed. They took it to a local shop up the street who probably didn't even test drive it and stated it was fine. We'll I got a second opinion since I don't TRUST this dealership and as you can see below I'm now out another $1000 and haven't even made my first payment on the vehicle. Needs inner tie rod $200 New rear shocks $800 Thanks again Mansoor for selling my family a car that isn't safe to drive without $1000 worth of work.

I have never had such a horrible experience as we did at Hamilton. I wish I would've read reviews…read moreand researched them a little bit more before we decided to purchase from them. My husband and I have bought several vehicles over our life. My son just out of high school had been working on building credit. We decided to co-sign on a loan for him to get the vehicle in hopes of building credit and being able to eventually get the vehicle he wanted. He works a great job, as a responsible kid and deserves everything he works for. From day, one after getting the Nissan it has been nothing but problems with Hamilton. Unable to get a hold of a person. Unable to have somebody explain what they did in the paperwork that they snuck in to even just schedule an oil change. Luckily my son makes enough money to correct their mistake. The things that they did, the things they snuck in that my son had to correct was definitely an eye-opener. I truly hope people research this place before going there. They are very shady and I do not know how they are still in business. I will never recommend them and I am so happy my son found another dealer that helped him get out of the mess they made. I wish I could give it zero stars. Have a nice day

Both times, my car was serviced in under 1.5 hours. The representatives I worked with (most recently, Evans) were kind, communicative, and transparent. The service area is well taken care of, the WiFi is great, and they provide snacks and sandwiches. I also appreciated that they were able to give me insight into upcoming service and pricing. I will never take my car anywhere else.

Few weeks ago, I drove ~2 hours to see a 2018 White Subaru Forester with 190,000 to buy for my…read moredaughter. I wasted gas money and a whole Saturday. They were extremely dishonest. What is so surprising is that they are still trying to sell this car and I do not think they have replaced the AC in it. I spoke/wrote three different people (I will refrain from mentioning any names that were involved in this subject) and I truly feel they do not give a damn. Once I stared the car, I turned on the AC and it did not come on at all. I told the salesman that the AC is broken and it is the compressor. They are trying to sell a car without AC and NOT disclosing this defect. I do not know how can you expect anyone to buy a car from a dealership and before driving it out of the parking lot, you expect the buyer to spend ~ $2,000 in repairs. This is beyond disgusting. Once the salesperson had the AC checked, he came back with ~$2,000 written estimates to fix the AC and expected me to agree! The car is advertised as having an "A/C" BUT, it actually does not since it is NOT working at all. It is like selling a car and then telling a customer that if you want tires and steering wheel to go with it, you need to buy them separately. This is not how things work. This is false and misleading advertisement and you should know better. I do not see how did you not know that the AC is not working at all??? You are a car dealership after all and you see/inspect cars all day and every day. Before coming to see the car, I asked ( in writings) two questions: make sure that the AC and the power windows are working properly and I was told that you have the car "fully MD inspected" and this means all in working order, but that is not the case.
